Yum! If u can avoid a dinner rush, you’re in luck! This spot is legit! I was raised on this stuff, and this food is delicious! I love their seasoned carnitas! Just like momma used to make em! Great serving of avocado on the tostadas… I always get 2 tostadas and a taco. They overstuff the tostadas so much, that I actually turn my taco into 2 tacos (their tacos are double wrapped!) So I take the extra toppings off my tostadas and wrap up another taco… Booyah! This is such a great technique, my boyfriend copies me! Write your name on the top of a card and whether it’s to stay or go… Then write your order and wait for them to call your name!
Seating is creative and does the trick! It seems like all their prep is made in-​house and I believe the tortillas are made on premise too (they might actually sell and distribute their tortillas!) It’s cash only, so make sure to come with that paper!
This place is bring your own booze too, if you are into that.

This is the best food-​venture you could go on when you have good weather. Pick up a six-​pack with a friend at a bodega down the street, place your order, have a beer while you wait for your food to come out and then down some of the best tacos in New York.
I am a real believer that food is a social experience. I find it hard to believe that you can enjoy food without taking into account the social experience that comes with eating– and let me tell you, eating a lung-​capacity-​reducing number of tacos in a garage while watching the fine people making the tortillas in the assembly line in a light-​beer-​buzz is quite a lovely experience indeed.

Decent food, pretty cool place. Worth going to if you’re walking by, but doesn’t cut it against the nearby competition.

i seriously think they have the best tacos i have ever had. and i eat a lot. somehow they manage to keep the prices low, yet the quality is superb!
