Always yummy, fresh and good food. I have been for breakfast, lunch and smoothies. I appreciate the service, the ambience with the cute menu names and the quality of ingredients. Also it can be hard to find a spot that accommodates allergies, food sensitivities and also is tasty, but this place does it. Good amount of space to sit and eat or take it to go. Calming dark wood interior lends itself to staying for awhile.

Tried this place this morning for a quick breakfast and was not disappointed. I had the vegan blt(tempeh) with spicy vegan mayo… deliciousness. I also had a chai tea latte which was ok but I prefer Tinto’s version better and it’s only s couple doors down. The chai I got at memes is a good organic brand(tazo) but I believe they make there chai tea bags at Tinto’s and they do not use syrups… I had mine with almond milk and it was good. I will definitely come back to meme’s for a quick breakfast or lunch. Great healthy options and very nice staff!

Meme’s is my go-to spot for when I don’t feel like cooking, but I want a healthy take-out option! I love that here are so many gluten-free options! I’m never able to have a burger with an actual bun(I generally go bun-less, or do a lettuce wrap), but Meme’s has two different gluten free bun choices! Their house salad is delicious, and all of the juices are great as well. Only downside is that they close early(9 pm), stop delivering at 8:45, and don’t deliver on Mondays. However, once I was placing an order at 8:55, and they kept the kitchen open for me to pick it up.

When I heard the term vegan friendly and organic I get very excited. .but now have to question the integrity of these business owner, and asked my self do the people that eats here, are the really vegans or they just trust Meme. LYINGOWNER(Meme) Beware this store do not cater for serious vegans, maybe if your vegetarian or don’t understand veganism it will work. Owner claim true vegan should not purchase from her but prepared their own food, since 90 percent of foods she provides are frozen box ready to heat and serve. . FALSEPRETENSE. BOLDFACELYER. I specifically ask before I ordered my juice if the ingredients are organic and was told by the young lady that cashes YES, while the owner was standing right next to her. Ask the owner and she says yes, only to finds out and get her to accept no its not after a long argumentative conversation over what I saw right in front my face. She had this spanish guy juicing all this conventional fruits and veggies and charged me organic price for conventional products, this is ROBERY and a SCAM this business is running. CUSTOMERSERVICEFROMHELL.(MEMETHEOWNER) ROBBING, LYING and still had the nerve to argue with me that I should not order out, just because I refuse the garbage she is disposing. This really question her morals and standard of what this store has to offer.

I love this place! Their food is so good, with plenty of yummy vegan and gluten free options. Everything is fresh and cooked really well– you can taste all the different flavored working together. Their coffee is hot and fresh, the staff is friendly, and my food always comes out really fast.

Went for breakfast because it was so close to the house. Do not regret my decision. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of different fruit juices and smoothies. In some other great alternatives for healthy eating in the area whether it’s breakfast lunch or a quick snack.

The food quality and variety is great especially for vegans or the gluten sensitive, but the customer service falls short. The owner is very rude and made no effort to accommodate the guest. She is also openly condensing with staff in front of customers.

I stupidly ordered the wrong thing and they changed my order after they already made it and we’re really nice about it. Lots of vegetarian options, nice ambiance, and friendly staff.

Hmmm thought this place had paleo food based on the description of the menu. But paleo diet is so good!!! And everything i had was bland … Didn’t taste greasy though and it is affordable that’s why I gave it three stars. Got the salmon burger and sweet potato fries. Fries needed tons of ketchup smh. burger was a bit spicy maybe it’s the dressing. Should warn ppl though. I doubt the salmon is wild caught because of the texture. But it’s filling. Maybe they need to change the recipe Plus this place has a B grade which is odd to me. I have never seen a C place so as far, and I’ve been around NYC since they have been incorporating these grades. Definitely never seen this grade at a healthy food place :/I’m concerned B might as well mean«eat at your own discretion but it’s clean. I guess» loll

Other reviewers have mentioned the blandness of the food and the fact that all the options are overpriced and easy to make at home. I totally agree with them and would like to add that my server was snappy and rude when I asked why two ingredients had been left out of my sandwich. Would not recommend and I don’t understand why this place has 4 stars. I know what good vegetarian/vegan food tastes like and this is not it.

I had a wild salmon burger with grilled onions and what tasted like bbq sauce in a wrap(it may have been a flourless wrap or something) and it was delightful. It was all I needed to taste to know I loved this place and that I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

I can’t even begin to say how nice the staff is here. They are so polite. The man there talked to me, assisted me and asked me how my food was. He was friendly and funny. It definitely made my visit very pleasant. He made me a great Cappuccino. Which he promised me I wouldn’t be disappointed with. And I wasn’t.(BTW I am a big fan of good Cappuccino.) The food was good. The veggie omelette had lots of vegetables. It was tasty. It had enough salt. Which I can say is a plus. Some places I go to seem to leave out the salt. Food without salt is just yuck. The grits could have had more butter but they were pretty good. The restaurant is VERY clean. And I was actually on my way someplace else but decided to come here instead because when I passed by it looked so nice. The restaurant really does present itself well. One more thing they have a discount card so if you make so many purchases you get a freebie.

Wonderful, fresh, organic food and juice bar — they even have raw and live food nibbles! After yoga at Urban Asanas, I want something clean but also tasty and filling. Meme’s does the job every time. I get the«I Am Alive» fresh organic juice and then — depending on the time of day — a breakfast sandwich or a salad — all made to order. You order and purchase at the counter but then they will bring your food to your table. The best thing about this place is that it’s food-flexible, meaning you can go with a vegan friend and you’ll both find something delicious to eat. Or if you’re like me and can’t make up your mind about to meat or not to meat — here you don’t have to. I’ve had the Kale and Quinoa salad vegan and with organic grilled chicken — either is very tasty. Plus, non-diary ice cream! In a cone! But I just did 2 hours of yoga so I earned it, right?!? UPDATE: I give it 4 stars cause they can get a little backed up. Always friendly and apologetic but the delicious food sometimes take a while to come out.

Stumbled across this place today in search of a coffee after Lula bagels line was literally by the door. The first thing I noticed always the menu was overwhelming. They literally have any and everything you could want with a wide range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. I usually don’t indulge in places with such a variety of food options because I feel it’s almost impossible to make them all as delicious as they should be. I decided to order a breakfast sandwich(sausage egg and cheddar on multigrain) and a latte. The cashier and barista were super friendly. I ordered and my food was ready in a few short minutes but somehow they forgot my latte. No biggie, the young lady behind the counter made it in a flash. I do enjoy all the options here. You can customize just about everything. Different bread types, meats or meatless, a variety of milks and substitutes, That’s nice… But I hate to say it… The food looks better then it actually taste. Don’t get me wrong it is not terrible by far but the flavor components were just ok. If I’m spending over $ 10 for a quick breakfast(sandwich $ 6 small latte $ 4) I expect it taste pretty good. I was underwhelmed with the sandwich but my latte was delicious. The portions here are a plus, the sandwich I ordered was completely full and I ended up sharing half with my friend. Since I frequent the area I will most definitely be back to give something else a try. I’m still routing for this place.

Tasteless food that one could make at home. Sorry to be harsh but this is a $ 10/dish vegan and vegetarian place with a good menu and I would normally expect a higher quality of preparation. We tried a wrap and a salad and a smoothie. All of them felt poorly done and lacked taste. It’s not bad. It’s just bland and boring. Sorry. Don’t recommend.

Me: Can I get a BLT please? Cashier: What kind of bacon? turkey? soy? or gluten-free Me: *blank stare* Regular bacon. none of those choices are regular bacon Cashier: Ok turkey bacon it is. I was prepared for a horrible BLT meal(cause turkey bacon ain’t real bacon in my book – thanks Canada), but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. crispy bacon, good amount of it on my sandwich, and the avocado pieces made this an enjoyable turkey bacon BLT experience. –Other than that I enjoyed the fact that this place looks like a hipster/Williamsburg sammich spot. I’ll be back

I’m always looking for places that use organic products. This place is everything I need to eat clean. They have turkey bacon, turkey sausage, vegan bacon options for breakfast. I had multigrain pancakes topped with bananas and strawberries with turkey sausage(patty) and two eggs fried. I also was able to drink coffee with my breakfast which is often hard from other restaurants because I’m Lactose intolerant. They offer almond milk and various Raw Sugars. Vegan Ice cream also available. I will be coming back soon. On my second trip here I had a Vegan Cookies & Crème Banana Milkshake it quite delicious.
