McDonald’s

Me: 20 Nuggets and a Plain hamburger happy meal.
Worker: A happy meal really?
M: Yes
W: Cheeseburger?
M: No a plain hamburger happy meal.
W: Cheeseburger?
M: Sure whatever cheeseburger with no cheese happy meal.
W: Ok
…15 minutes later…
W: Cheeseburger?
M: No I asked for a happy meal.
W: Can I see your receipt?
M: Awe Fuck it says Cheeseburger.
In a couple of years they will be getting $ 15 an hour.
Thank God the person getting the cheeseburger wasn’t lactose intolerance. 15 minutes for 1 McDonald’s cheeseburger and 20 Nuggets. Oh and no they did not make the nuggets from scratch because they had a tray full of them. 0 stars if I could. Plus why is this McDonald’s in Bed Stuy cost more than the McDonald’s next to the Javits Center in Manhattan?

As every review on this site it’s pretty much the same for me. I always go thru the drive thru and every single time the young hispanic girl or the black guy gets the order wrong… And that’s all the time. I don’t think they even care to be honest…

Cheaper than other mcdonalds for some reason. But the line can be long and slow.

This is one of the Worst McDonalds I ever been to! There A lot of flaws that I want to address but the biggest issue which I been complaining the most is customer service. There a lot of bad fast food restaurants but this one is the worst I been in so far! The wait time was pretty bad, but the worst was customer services. The food was alright as usual. But if it wasn’t for this person atttitude, I would had gave it 2. The place was pretty dirty too.
To Begin with, when i came in to the strophe line was pretty long and I barely knew where the line started, to make matters worst there were 3 people. NO, I kid you not, there were only 3 people doing shit. My mind asked where the rest of everybody. Also a lady ask if they still was serving breakfast, and they say they didn’t but yet they still had the sign up that still says breakfast!
Also they were disorganize, as in they didn’t know what the hell they were doing. She on the cashier and I think she the manager, she took her order and left me waiting an extra 3 mins. It was not good customer service, to make matters worst when I ordered the Chicken & Bacon Wrap. She said 5 mins. She looked like she had an attitude problem.
When the orders came up the other girl clearly said Chicken Snack wraps & Fries. Thank GOD the other lady told me to look in the bag, it was her order that they was suppose to give! I was about to tell her she gave me the wrong order and she yell at me unprofessionally saying I SAID 5 MINUTES ON THE GRILL CHICKEN WHAT ELSE!!! She also yelled at her trying to charge her extra of the sauce even tho they put very little mayo on her burger!
Not to mention, the place is dirty, it look like they had not mopped the floors in days, & the bathroom is no joke. It fucking dirty as hell. If anything i can suggest, please don’t go there around Mid-​Morning — early Afternoon (11 am — 2 pm). Also as for the place, I would not come again until some major overhaul take place. Like for her to fix her attitude.

I have to say that I am oftentimes disappointed with the level of customer service at this particular McDonalds location. Other than some occasional attitude, and the cheese on my cheeseburger rarely being fully melted, McDonalds does have some tasty sandwiches. If you are new to the area, make sure you try their «Big Mac» double cheeseburger sandwich. Topped with thousand Isalnd dressing, or «secret sauce» as they used to call it, and always delicious for a quick meal on the run!

Filthy! I have, unfortunately, visited this location in Bedford-​Stuyvesant on several occasions. Every single time, I have left with a feeling of disgust. The tables are not cleaned. The staff seems scattered at times. The orders are completed too slowly. I wish I had a better McDonald’s in my neighborhood. This one is just one big, happy mess.

The absolute, hands-​down, worst McDonald’s on the face of the planet.
Soooooo, so, so slow. This pace remains steady at any hour.
You could be one of two customers there and they would mess up your order.
Honestly, this place is a soul eater (to a larger degree than any fast food joint). It has all the down sides that a normal fast food place has (lousy food that bad for you) but this McDonald’s has somehow managed to f-​up fast food’s saving grace — it is supposed to be fast and easy. Not the case here.

So I was just doing some wandering shopping around downtown, OK, lets go into a McDonald’s, hmm, a Nuggets Meal to go. The cashiers was extremely rude, I dunno, I think they got something against me (?). OK, ignored it. Everything seem normal, paid, ask for sweet&sour sauce… the cashier was laughing with her friend while they was tryna hide something. But whatever, maybe theyre just weird… Didn’t check my food, left the resturant, about half-​way down the block, I’m like OK lets eat, looked inside my bag, found out that the sweet&sour sauce was POURED all over my food.
Guess the cashier did that on purpose — when she was hiding to open the sauce and laughing with her co-​worker.
I wanted to go back, but my ex-​boyfriend stopped me. We came to the conclusion that they didnt like to see a black man with an asian gurl?
Whatever, I’ll just be more cautious and check my food next time instead of having the atitude of «Nah, pplz cant be that bad».
*Only at this McDonalds though.

Now I love Bed Stuy and don’t usually agree with haters but this Mcdonalds is as bad as the Home Depot. Now that is fucken bad. I have been there maybe 4 times in the past year and two of those times I have left without even waiting for my food because they suck so bad… I swear I will try to never go back there…

haha this place. the one girl served us without opening her mouth to talk. one of the guys working there was telling a child what toys the have. he goes «an octopus, a dog or some shit…» i’m not sure what convinced this guy it’s cool to swear at children. they completely screwed up our order & charged us the price of the wrong order which was more than the correct order. it was so brutal in there that we just left with our food & without our money.

Some way, some how, you have managed to step into brooklyn’s hidden and dirtiest secret BEDSTUY You have been led by hunger or maybe by desperation or lack of funds into this McDonalds. Do not get me wrong, I love McDonalds, just not in this neighborhood.
First of all, the service was horrible. There was this girl behind the counter who would talk in between her teeth and extremly low .I softy whispered to my friend in spanish «Can you understand what she is saying because I am completly lost».The girl turned around, rolled her eyes at me and said «Are you deaf?».
While we grabbed our food and sat down, across from us were a group of people banging on the door and screaming «there is a crackhead in the bathroom».One of the junkies was in there injecting himself.
So while eating, we had to listen to screaming and yelling, the smell of cheap liquor and crack and bad service to top it all off.
Feel free to stop by and see for yourself. Bring you’re own needle…
They say McDonalds is a kid friendly enviroment but I would freak out if I had to explain to my child what a crackhead is.

Really if you’re going to McDonald’s on Fulton Street when there’s tons of stuff to choose from including Tastee Pattee and Bush Baby you pretty much suck at life. The lines here are usually very long, and I’ve fallen in here a time or two b/​c I was craving a happy meal (it happens).
I mean it’s McDonald’s…so you know what to expect. But kids don’t eat here. You don’t have to.

This was my old routine:
1) Throw my clothes in the washer at the laundromat across the street
2) Head to McKers to chill and get something to eat
3) Take my clothes out and throw it in the dryer
4) Sit on the sidewalk and people watch until my shit is dry.
Ok, so the McDonalds here is crazy packed.
1) Maybe it’s cuz it’s right outside of the subway entrance,
2) or maybe it’s because the man doesn’t know what to do other than slap an assload of McDonalds in a Black neighborhood.
3) OR McDonalds is the closest thing to a ‘restaurant’ in this part of Bed-​Stuy. (Trust me, the grand opening of Applebee’s was the most exciting thing that happened all year.)
BUT – the folks that work here are daaamn goood at pulling a Chocolate Sundae with Nuts.
1) Fill ½ of the cup with yogurt
2) Bang cup against the table to condense it
3) Add ½ inch of chocolate syrup
4) Fill the rest of the cup with more yogurt
5) Finish with a generous helping of more syrup
6) Top with nuttsss
Some say that the sundae is now cheaper than a cone because there’s an empty core inside the sundae, but damn, the way this McDonalds makes it, every penny is well spent!
