I dealt with Franklin Feliz at POM realty. Frank. Frank. Frank. Where do I start?! He’s simply amazing! No, really! It personally took me some time to trust him because this was my first apartment and I heard so many horror stories about sketchy brokers. But not my Frank. He is definitely trustworthy, knowledgable, patient, respectful, professional, extremely down to earth and the list goes on… I love that he is swift with his responses and makes himself very accessible to all of his clients. He seamlessly took the time and initiative to remember my family members name. Brilliance. This was definitely a great experience! I love my apartment and if I ever decide to upgrade to a greater palace. I will definitely contact Frank. Clearly, I loved him a little too much. Lol. He’s just that awesome. I already recommended him to several of my friends. Please give him a shot you won’t be sorry.
