They refused to honor Groupon more than once. The staff there are rude and not helpful at all. Stay away!

I went there a couple of weeks ago to order a sandwich, when they completely got my order wrong, and I asked for a new one, they refused. The employees there are very rude, and they seem to have a lack of care for their work. There is upstairs seating and outdoors seating, but i recommend outdoors because the whole place smells like a bread factory. Overall I would not go to this Subway in particular simply because of the employees.

So this place is ok. The staff making the sandwiches are very rude. And therefore they take it out on the food. Definitely need a change of staff here.

It’s a rather small location, so if they have 3 – 4 people waiting, it’ll get crowded quickly. The staff has always been friendly to me though certain workers are very very slow and deliberate. Otherwise, it’s great. It’s always very clean and well maintained, which is something I always make a note of. If you’ve been to a Subway, you’ll know what to expect with the portions and prices. I will remain a patron until I leave the area.

The lady undercharged me, but then she realized what she did then made up an absurd amount price I was suppose to pay, so I just looked at her like what? So I starred at her till she put in the actual order then paid her which was a lot lower than what she told me to pay. Like excuse me lady, don’t except me to pay an amount you just made up on the spot. Anyway, the food was okay.

This place is very nice. The only complain is that every week they have new workers working there(probably something is bad with the management) and I wish that they could put more toppings. Other than that a very nice café.

Very rude and absolutely unprofessional staff. They messed up my order and gave my 1 napkin for 2 big sandwiches. Told them to put more lettuce, more mayo since they are so greedy and couldn’t even make a normal sandwich. Avoid this place. Just disgusting people

This location is very small and narrow. The service is pretty quick & friendly. The cookies are baked fresh everyday and are so soft. They have a great selection on chips. There is a small seating area, but you are better off taking it to go. Prices are standard, so they’re reasonable..

Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service, and exactly what you expect from a Subway restaurant. There are only two tables inside and two tables outside, so it’s more of a pick-up and carry-out stop in downtown Brooklyn Heights.

I’m not one for eating at chains but I had to put in my two cents here. I was seeking a quick, cheap and filling lunch. Obviously not much beats a $ 5 foot long unless there is a decent street meat cart nearby(there isn’t).Anyway, this Subway seems perfectly serviceable. The food is filling. However, as you would expect from company that freezes its bread dough, the food is BLAND. There is no flavor in these sandwiches. They simply serve as sustenance to keep you from feeling hungry. There is no crafting of a sandwich that is is good or unique. What was interesting today was that I noticed that the little containers holding all the veggies had frost on them. The pickles container not only had frost on them but the top layer of pickles did too. It never occurred to me that they freeze the vegetables too. Sure, I thought the veggies didn’t taste fresh but really freezing vegetables? Now I don’t know if this holds true for other locations but I would steer clear unless you really need something just to get you by.

This is your typical Subway shop. Fast, predominantly healthy food and always questionable in the fresh and clean department. However, this particular shop if very efficient. You can get in and out of there in less than 5 minutes easy. The staff knows the deal and even though sometimes they carry on a complete conversation on their phone(earphones at least) while making your sandwich, they get it done without delay. It is a small one on the lower level, a few tables crammed in, but there is also seating upstairs. If you are running through the Heights with kids and in need of a quick fix, this Subway will get it done and quickly. Best thing about this Subway — no pictures of Jared anywhere!
