Come to Vinnie’s for a smörgåsbord of delicious vegan pizza options. Every slice they serve can convert even the most vehement meat-eater into a flower child. Vinnie’s easily has the best vegan pizza in NYC, and I would know, I’ve been to like three places. Eat your(soy) heart out Two Boots.

Really yummy pizza, fresh. They offer several unique toppings. Location is small. Staff are friendly.

Great pizza for pick up or delivery. Always have some crazy toppings which are worth a try but I now stick to just a classic large pepperoni and am never disappointed. Open late, gets crowded but never waited long and everyone seems willing to share their booths!

After a night of bar hoping in Bedford this is the place to go! There pizza is heaven and it’s perfect for a quick bite to eat. Their crust is light and crunchy just how I like it. Give it try to see for yourself. I have to try the pizza box

Super good pizza, friendly customer service, vegan options, Slice options, cold drinks, fairly priced. Closes late. Only downfall is its CASHONLY, which is a pain in the butt!!! Lol!

This was my first experience of authentic Brooklyn pizza, and they didn’t disappoint. The place is simple but honest with comfortable but limited seating. The food was excellent– we got a meatball hero sandwich(big eat– you were warned!) and a pepperoni pizza– both delicious. Prices are pretty good for the quality you’re getting.

Vinnie’s, of «OMGPIZZABOXMADEOFPIZZA» fame is known for their plethora of combination slices and abundant toppings. I only like plain or pepperoni pizza. Maybe Vinnie’s is not for me. Vinnie’s has a really good crust, as it’s really nice and thin, the way a typical NY slice should be. However, my opinion is that they use too many herbs, particularly basil, and that ruins the balance of flavor for me. Don’t get me wrong, I would certainly come back here, but I wouldn’t prioritize it over Joe’s, which is just a little further down Bedford Ave.

Had the pizza box pizza, Enjoyed it as an experience. I wouldn’t however get it again. I appreciate the work that goes into it but it just seems impractical for the price. A large garlic bread folded over a Sicilian pizza, with a small pepperoni pizza in the center. To make it more appealing for repeat customers I would recommend a seasoned tomato dip, or a marinara sauce for the garlic bread.

i sincerely wish these guys would cut the shit with, like, pizza topped with other pizza, or pizza in a pizza box made of pizza. i feel it must be exhausting to schtick all day long and i do not want them to tire themselves out because they don’t have to do that foolishness, their pizza is already good spring for a special slice, cheese is well and good but don’t sell yrself short my boyfriend, an avowed carnivore, swears by the vegan slice for some reason, not that there’s anything wrong with that only get garlic knots if you’ve already come to terms with the fact that there are never enough garlic knots and that they will leave you feeling saddened by life’s limitations

I’ve been coming to Vinnie’s since I was a kid and I actually remember Vinnie, who has long since retired and sold this place to a group of hipsters. I’m generally not a fan of hipsters, especially since I grew up in the area and see how they have destroyed the neighborhood, but I must say, the hipsters of Vinnie’s pizzeria know their pizza. I think good pizza cannot be judged solely by it’s toppings. The most important part is the crust. Amazing toppings cannot make up for crappy crust. The crust at Vinnie’s is on point. I’ve never had a slice here that was made from bad dough. Add their amazing tomato sauce and fantastic toppings, and you have the best pizza in Williamsburg. I highly recommend the black bean avocado slice and the white slice, but you can’t go wrong with their regular cheese slices either. I am also a fan of their garlic knots, even though they are tiny. I’ve also had the spinach roll, which was mediocre. The service is great and friendly, and the vibe is good. The décor is a lot of fun. Seating is limited, but generally available if you’re willing to wait for a few minutes. There’s also a bench outside, where I’ve enjoyed many a slice. Don’t forget the Coke and enjoy!

I think this is the most Williamsburgy place I’ve been to in awhile. Retro 80’s and 90’s memorabilia on the wall, a clear love of puns, vegan pizza(oy), slow moving skinny hipsters both in front of and behind the counter. I overheard the following conversation, «Don’t you think it’s interesting that Philadelphia erected a statue to Rocky Balboa? He’s not even a REALPERSON». Anyway, the pizza is fine. I’m not too into their plain slices, but the eggplant and ricotta slice was actually really good. I’d eat again, but I wouldn’t make this a destination. The space is standard pizzeria sized, with just four booths. Service was good.

Needed a quick Vegan bite after Target First Saturday’s at the Brooklyn Museum. Popped into this spot after almost walking right past it. The place is very small, which is typical of most pizza places. Was excited to know that they had vegan options, and CREATIVE vegan options. I ordered one slice of the spicy«chicken» and was incredibly surprised. As a vegan I am not a fan of the daiya cheese but somehow they made it very delicious. So much that I needed to order a second slice after inhaling the first slice. Hands down best vegan slice(with«cheese») that I’ve had so far! Even their non vegan slices for high accolades from my friends

Vinnies continues to amaze me every time I grab a slice. Whether it’s because of the punny name or the incredible taste, it’s consistently on point. As of late they’ve been doing a President Pizza Party, I stopped in for a Cheddy Roosevelt. Yes, that is pizza with shredded cheddar, ground beef, bacon, chopped tomato, red onion and BBQ sauce. I think Mr. Cheddy would have been impressed(with the slice and my ability to make it disappear so quickly!). If you saw my photo… by now you’re thinking… I spy with my little eye… Mac and cheese on Pizza? Yes, yes you do. A regular slice here, topped with everyone’s favorite cheesy snack and ranch. You can look forward to having this bad boy time and time again. Read more on : Ps: If you want to drool while on Instagram, I advise you to follow @VinniesBrooklyn ASAP. The best part about it is that if you’re in New York, you can actually partake in the drool worthy eating picture adventures. On Sunday, I finally made that dream a reality.

Randomly craved pizza and luckily for me, this was the place I decided on. You walk in and it kind of had a Chinese Take-Out restaurant feel which isn’t a bad thing at all! You grab your pizza, and sit in the benches and enjoy. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to snap a photo of the white pizza slice I ordered, I was just THAT hungry, and it smelled amazing! Just by looking at the pizza I could already tell that first bite was going to be crisp and flavorful. It had small plops of ricotta cheese and little pieces of basil on each plop(cute), and don’t even get me started with the crust! I don’t know how they’re making that dough, but they’re making it right.

LEGIT So I was drawn into this place, I don’t know what it was, but something told me I had to go in. They have all this rad pizza art all over, but it’s still definitely divey. I had no idea what I wanted, and the guy working was super nice and told me all the different options I had instead of being annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted. I ended up getting the special of the day, which was the grandpa sriraza — holy moly!!! It was so freaking good. I ate so much this day I didn’t plan on having the whole slice, but I finished the dang thing. Limited seating, so some random couple asked to sit in my booth with me, which of course I let them… but slightly awkward. Vinnie’s totally has a place in my heart now, and it’s one of the few places I’d have to go back to again in NY.

Last stop in our self-created pizza tour. Ambience: Place is super small so do not expect to get a seat. Luckily the weather was nice and we sat across the street on the brownstone stoop. Pizza: The Eggplant Parm slice was amazing. So flavorful and so so good. Just get it. The only bad thing is that they did not heat it enough. Service: Quick and to the point. If you are a pizza lover, this is a most.
