At lunch most the other spots had a line, was a bit rushed so tried here. Ordered a chicken Caesar Wrap– grilled. Wait time for the food(only 1 person ahead of me) for both of us was excruciating long. Staff seemed nice enough but whoever was cooking must have been asleep. My wrap was near gross… chicken was ok but not much of a portion & way too much lettuce & issue was the lettuce: limp & yellow & tasted on verge of throw away. I ate half the wrap & thew rest away. On positive side Fry’s were fresh & decent as well as a generous portion.

My husband and I both got the crispy chicken fingers. They were perfect! Very juicy, with not too much breaking. The sauce was a great pairing. I got the fruit salad and corn as my sides. The fruit salad was nothing special, but the corn! The corn was so sweet and fresh. I’ll probably get two sides of corn next time! This is a little pricey for a food court, but it was worth it!

I was going to only give one star but decided to boot it up to two because the chicken was at least cooked and decent. The people who work here seem sweet enough — I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and garlic bread for sides. I suppose my low stars are mainly for the mashed potatoes. They looked like vomit. :(They looked like they had been sitting there for over 10 hours — I ate a bite or two and was sorely disappointed. I know I know… mall mashed potatoes… but come on… mush vomit looking ones? No thank you. My soda wasn’t flat though. That is always nice. The garlic toast could have been cooked much longer — I prefer it crispy and not soggy and limp. Mainly I was so disgusted with how the mashed potatoes looked and tasted I couldn’t really enjoy any other part of my meal. I suppose the only decent thing was the chicken and BBQ like sauce I dipped it in. Otherwise…I have had much better. Very sweet staff… just…step it up on the potatoes and garlic toast, guys. And maybe keep some of your sides fresh instead of letting it sit under a hot lamp for 10 hours?

2012 Review #316: Chickenow is like a knock-off Chick-fil-a, except they’re open Sundays, and this location is exclusively run by East Asian immigrants. The menu is mostly breaded chicken and fries, but it seems to have a bit of southern influence; there are sandwiches and plates, and the plates come with 2 sides and Texas toast. Although the salads and wraps say«crispy» or «grilled» in the name, apparently you can get either in them. I got a crispy caesar salad, my mom got a grilled caesar wrap. When they came out, they gave us both crispy chicken but we didn’t send it back. The chicken tastes remarkably like Chick-fil-a, but not quite the same. The chicken texture is a little different, seeming a bit overdone. The salad was pretty boring otherwise– romaine lettuce, tiny pre-made croutons and Ken’s dressing on the side. Prices for food court food are quite high. For two of us to get an item each, no fries, and one drink was $ 15. For this food court that’s not too nuts, but for fast food in general it kind of is. If I’m craving Chick-fil-a on the day of rest, I’d give it another shot, but if Chick-fil-a is open I’ll probably go there instead.

My husband loves this restaurant at Flatirons Crossing. He’s tried the breaded chicken sandwich, the chicken wrap and the chicken salad. He’s enjoyed them all. I’ve had the grilled chicken sandwich which was very good. It was on an interesting roll.(A cross between a sandwich roll and an english muffin.) The sauce was great, the meat was tender and juicy. I will be trying this restaurant again. Next time it’s chicken tenders because they’re supposed to be really good. It’s a welcome addition to the food court that has been a disappointment the past couple of years.
