Go here. I smashed my phone in a drinking accident and had to get a replacement. I have an s4 and insurance through diamond wireless and they replaced the phone in days for $ 100. The phone I got wad horrible and crashed every 10 minutes (thus the 4 stars), but when I went in here to replace the replacement, Alex Middleton called the insurance rep and got me a new, working phone within 20 minutes. No questions asked. Best customer service ever. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the new upgrade options that are available for the s5 while being able to save money on my bill. Needless to say, I’ll be going back in a few days to get an upgrade.

The service here was very nice, and they provided everything we needed. I would definitely buy my phone here again. But, I would insure it through Verizon. Diamond wireless insurance is a joke. I ended up paying $ 11 a month for almost a year, and was told when I went to try and replace my iPhone I had to wait over a week for the replacement, and it would be $ 170.00 (apple charges $ 150). So, I went to the apple store, they replaced my phone FOR FREE, and I canceled my «insurance» coverage. Good store service, terrible insurance.
