Holiday season might not have been the best idea regarding timing, but despite being packed the customer service is just fine. Every employee was busy helping people and working. Keep in mind, almost any visit for phone issues is going to take a very long time. Even though it took probably an hour to get what I needed done, it was done and I’m very pleased. The have a $ 35 restocking fee if you return anything, so make sure you definitely want to buy whatever it is you purchase before you actually do. Also don’t expect them to be able to help you with any IT style issues. If you get a new phone and you need to connect with work related stuff, save those questions for your offices IT department.

It took for-ev-er to get a new phone. They offered to update software but didn’t mention that it would take almost 2 hours and even after that the new phone still wasn’t ready! Terrible customer service and efficiency!
