Worst customer service EVER!!! I went in there with my mother to return some very expensive face lotion she had purchased. Britta and Shoshoanna asked us to leave the store after them «trying» to help us figure out how to return the items without a receipt (they were able to pull them up though, and my mom being on THEIR store phone with customer service). They couldn’t help us and told us to go try to return the items to Sephora or Nordstrom since they sell their products. The manager was not working today, but they did text her to see what could be done. I guess they have great products, but I would never spend any money at this store nor reccommend this company to any one. Save your money!
