Terrible. They accidentally charged me $ 350 for lunch. My credit card company will take 3 – 5 days to credit. Oscar’s did not offer a gift certificate, a soda. nothing to compensate for their mistakes and my inconvenience. Very poor accountability and customer service.

Not the best gyro I’ve ever had, but I’d say it’s above average for this area. The place has really high prices for what you get. You can get much better ones for cheaper down 120th at the New York place.

I just tried this place on the recommendation of one of my coworkers. It was one of the best recommendations ever!!! This place is delicious! I had the Beef Soltani and it was out if this world! My friend got the gyros and and that meat was sooo good! That’s what I’m getting next time for sure! Love the flavors and the service was great too! Do yourself a favor and try Oscar’s!

A friend and I came here to catch up on girl talk. We were just about the only people in the restaurant which made for a quiet setting. The owner and his family were as nice as could be; really sweet and made the experience all the better. I was getting over not feeling well so kept it simple with rice and baba ganoush. I also ordered the dolmas. The rice was superb and full of awesome flavor. I also loved that it came with a side of butter; yes, yes, yes. I mixed the baba ganoush with the rice and had a really good meal. The flavors were spot on. The dolmas I found to have a sweeter flavor than I usually prefer. For dessert I got baklava which I actually ate a piece while I waited for my meal and then the other piece of baklava for breakfast the following morning. When I was leaving I ordered the gyros platter for my husband which he also really enjoyed.

A little pricey for what it is. Mostly because if you just want to add some hummus to your sandwich or plate, they make you order the hummus appetizer with bread. C’mon, charge me $ 1 and throw a tablespoon on! But, that aside, the falafel was super tasty and my husband said his chicken was good. Tasted fresh — I’d definitely go back.

Boyfriend and I went in today to try Oscar’s because we’ve seen it in passing and we both love Mediterranean food so much! We were really excited because it smelled awesome and the food on the picture menu looked pretty tasty. We got up to the counter and ordered falafel, two gyro platters and a couple drinks. It came out to $ 30…alright a little pricey but we ordered an appetizer so it’s alright. We sat down and waited for our app while watching the other tables… about 5 minutes later the young, nice gentleman that took our order brought us out hummus… my boyfriend brought it back to the counter to figure out the confusion and was told that no, we ordered hummus. After talking with the guy a minute he got it figured out and came back to the table. 5 more minutes later and a different guy comes back with the falafel… four of them each about a quarter and a half in size(nothing like what’s pictured on the menu) and I notice as he sets it down that the yogurt dip(tzatziki) is bubbling. I found that sort of odd so I stuck my fork in and gave it a taste… the yogurt was spoiled. The young nice gentleman came back over to double check our order(two gyro platters) and I mentioned that the sauce was spoiled. He apologized profusely and was very nice, and offered us a refund. At this point we had given up and decided we were going to go somewhere else, so we went up to the front to get a refund. The young gentleman was talking to who I assume was the older gentleman in the Oscar family, and after they finished talking he proceeded to come up to us and tell us that that was«always what it tasted like» and that«that’s what Greek yogurt tastes like». Both of us have worked in Mediterranean restaurants so we know that that isn’t true… we tried to tell them this but then the middle aged gentleman proceeded to taste a huge dollop of it and yelled back in our direction that we didn’t know what we were talking about. So disrespectful. I’ve worked in the service industry for 6 years and that’s not how you treat a situation like this. We considered going back to try again… before the two gentleman in the kitchen yelled at us in front of the whole restaurant. But to the young gentleman working there, thank you for being the only kind voice while we were there. Would not reccomend

If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out! This has to be one of my favorite spots to stop in for lunch. First, it is very close to the dealership and its quick and easy. I always get the gyro plate which comes out perfect just about every time. The family owned business is very friendly and will help you pick out what is good.

Had a late lunch here and i was one of two tables here. I ordered the gyro, hummus, and baklava. The gyro was decent nothing super special, it did its job filling me up. The hummus was a bit salty so I could of done without it. But I did eat it all anyways, cause don’t waste food right. The baklava though, $ 4, was good. I don’t get baklava often due to how pricey it is but decided to splurge because I was starving. And it was worth the splurge. It had a nice crisp to it and a nice nutty flavor. If I was in the area again I would go for the baklava and maybe not the rest. Heads up though the baklava is a pretty big slice. I would recommend splitting that with somebody and it is a lot of dessert for 1 person.

Love it!!! If you want street cart gyros, those are good but often just frozen meat. Im an gyro addict and these are by far the best I’ve had. Hearty thick lamb. Bangin’ babaganoush! And it is a mom and pop on the line with the adult daughter(i presume the relation) working the register kind of place. Soo good. Will be back

The gyros at this place are bomb as fuck. Though I would have liked a little less lettuce and more sauce in my gyro, I’ll definitely be going back again.

Got the gyro. I was really hoping for better as I haven’t had a good one in Colorado yet. Way to much lettuce and not even close to enough meat and a little on the small side. I will try it again soon in the hopes that it is better.

When you first walk in you are greeted by the family of Oscar’s they are warm and friendly and even suggest things to try if asked them. We got the Dolpin and Gyros, pretty good, would love to come back and try other menu items

I have to start by saying that Oscar’s is a regular lunch spot for because it’s very convenient. If I walk out my front door and turn left they’re about 18 feet away. That said, the restaurant that was in their space previously got less of my business in two years than Oscar’s gets in a week. This great little family restaurant has a varied menu that satisfies all of my cravings. There are days I want Italian Fries, and they’re awesome. There are also meatball and sausage sandwiches, which I love. You can get great traditional Greek food, like gyros and kabobs. Oh…they serve salads too. Everything I’ve had there has been fantastic, and I have it often.

We were in the area today and decided to give this place a try. We started with hummus as an appetizer. Hubby and I both had a falafel sandwich and our son had a cheese pizza. We all thought the hummus was really good. Both hubby and I agreed that our falafel sandwiches were okay. They weren’t the best or worst we’ve had. The portion size for the sandwich was decent. It seemed a little dry to me. Our son said his pizza was just okay but didn’t have much flavor. He said it didn’t taste like it had sauce on it. Overall our meal was okay.

I am so happy to see that Oscar’s has found a new home! They used to be on the south side of 120th, but the 120th Avenue Connection project forced them to close a few years back. Well, they are back and as good as ever. The Greek Salad is a huge portion loaded with gyros meat at a fair price. I am so happy to have another option for my beloved gyros.

My husband and I moved here a year and a half ago from Astoria, NY, which is one of the few concentrated Greek enclaves in the US. There was no shortage of delicious Greek and Mediterranean food to satisfy our cravings. When we moved here we struggled to satiate our craving for really good gyros. We trained the other restaurants around Broomfield, but none were great(one was horrible, actually). At work, people raved about the recently closed«Oscars», and we just sighed knowing that our search was still on. Cut to a year or so after when we see an Oscars Kebabs on 120th and Main. My heart skipped a beat, wondering if this was the same oscars we has heard so much about. Overjoyed, we gave it a try and HUZZAH! It was satisfying and tasty. I’ve since enjoyed oscars on numerous occasions, and they are consistently good. I have also ordered catering for my office from them and they are always great! They really aim to please, and the family that runs the restaurant works hard to make sure the order is just right. I really like this place, and I like the people who run the place. Oscars is a gem in the lackluster doldrums that is the Broomfield restaurant scene.

A friend told me about their old location and how much she enjoyed them, when they closed due to eminent domain/Road Construction I was sad I didn’t get to try them out. I was happy to see they were back in a new location and went over to check them out today. We ordered the Hummus(which is served with a dollop of olive oil on top but people may not be used to that) and then split both the Shish Kabob Platter and the Gyro Platter. The pitas were soft and delicious and the hummus was flavorful. I loved both the meals but the Gyro was by far my favorite. It was very tasty. Service was fantastic and friendly. The family was very welcoming and came out to serve you even though the shop is set up to be an order at the counter kind of place. The cook went and got me silverware and napkins after delivering my meal. I saw at least 3 people from the family walking around the restaurant talking to people to make sure they liked the food and welcoming you to come back. I enjoyed the food and LOVED the service and family feeling. I will be back for sure! NOTE: The Parking lot is a little odd to get in and out of, you can only exit off Main Street but there are plenty of parking spots.

Oscars provides a great selection of Mediterranean food. The gyro is very tasty and their rice is very good. My favorite is the koobideh kabob plate with the very flavorful roasted meat, the rice and the roasted tomato. It makes a perfect lunch or dinner. The service is also fantastic and is run by a family who knows their food. Simply a great place to eat! enjoy Steve

I had been to Oscars a couple times at their old location and thought thought the food was good. So I was bummed when they closed. Now they are back at their new location and the food is better than ever. Everything I have had has been delicious. You definitely have to get the baklava for desert it is great!

I’ve been driving by this place for about a month now waiting for it to open. When I walked in, the atmosphere is a bit run down, but the delicious smells convinced me to order the gyro sandwich. It was slightly speedy at 8 dollars, but it was definitely with it. The flavors tasted authentic and the bread wasn’t too chewy. The kitchen is completely wide open too so you can see hem prepare everything on the grill, which is pretty cool! Next time I’ll definitely try the baklava!
