Great food every time… we prefer the calzones(D’Favorite is the bomb).Service is great and the dueling pianos are amazing to watch… the other nights the atmosphere is a bit stagnant, but overall a wonderful little hangout.

There’s this older gentleman with grey hair and a pony tail who works here. He’s always very professional and polite. In fact, he could write the book on restaurant customer service. He’s that good. And he makes delicious Gyros. They are hot and fresh. I highly recommend this guy and this restaurant.

The last time I was here it was just opening for the day. So, I thought the wonderful flavors was a fluke and that it was only that good because they just opened. But I was happily wrong. This time I came in about 30 minutes before they closed. Once again they did not disappoint. I got the platter again. It is so good for the price and you get a little bit of everything. It is truly Mediterranean food and real flavors. I hate the mall and all mall food. But, I will come back for this place over and over again.

It’s really but they have been giving such TINY portions lately, it’s not worth it anymore

I’ve been coming here somewhat regularly for over 10 years. Ive tried Falafel all over the north metro area including Boulder and theirs is the best hands down. Their Gyros and souvlaki are decent but the Falafel is why I keep going back. If you love Falafel check it out

Delicious gyros! They are a little lacking for me in terms of the amount of meat, but this tends to be the case for most gyros I have had. I just order mine with extra meat, problem solved! The tatziki sauce is wonderful here, not too much mint. This spot is our ‘go-to’ when we have lunch at the mall. They seem to run through employees fairly quickly but the last time we went they were especially awesome and gave us the best service we have ever had there. I have also had one of their salads and the Caesar chicken pita… so yummy!

I didn’t have a chance to try it. I stopped there once but the employee was looking at me and trying to seem busy! I thought there was something wrong, but it wasn’t. I didn’t try it and it’ll never happen.

I love the salad options, the Moroccan eggplant, Greek salad, baba, and hummus are my favorites! The falafels are sort of spicy compared to the ones I had in Israel but they are really good! The taziki sauce is healthy and great on everything, give it a try on the fries! We have had them cater a few lunches at our office, which was a great healthy alternative to the typical meals we order in.

Had a gyro — not bad bit not the best either. Meat was a bit overlooked, tasted like it has been on the skewers for a while. Not totally ruling this out but will give it another try

When I am craving greek food, this is where I go! My friend and I love the gyro and falafel and they have a great, simple feta and pasta salad that I can’t resist getting a side of every time. Their tzatziki is also really good. I love that the owner is often there working behind the counter! The only bad things are that the drinks are small and that it is in the food court at the mall so you have to be willing to wade through the mall traffic and parking and then endure the loud food court seating if you don’t get it to go.

Really great, fast Med food! Was surprised I enjoyed a food court meal so much. I had the gyro/falafel combo and my wife the chicken gyro. Both really enjoyed it and we loved the excess of tzatziki! My Greek salad had very fresh veggies. Owner was there and I told him how much I liked the meal. If you’re at Flatirons you can’t go wrong with this little food court gem.

Always good food. Owner is friendly and the staff is for the most part. Some of the younger employees were rude. food is good quality. The hummus is excellent.

Great gyros. It’s in flat iron mall which seems weird but I go to the mall just to eat at the café. You can bring your food outside and sit by the fountain to create a better ambiance.

Keep walking nothing to see here. Ugh I don’t have high standards for most mall food courts but is it too much to ask for a salad that’s not brown and Gyro meat that’s not hard and over cooked. Yuck I won’t eat here again. The staff is slow and didn’t seem to care much when I complained about the food. There are a bunch of places to grab a bite in the Flatirons mall take the Med off your list.

I do love their chicken gyro sandwiches and shish kabobs, but thats about all that I like. I know I do eat there often, but its just coz Rubio’s would have a longer queue or I simply want to eat some med . They dole out orders as fast as they can and the service is friendly. All in all a good place to eat inexpensive med food while buying those expensive expensive shoes!

A long time ago, there was this place called Crossroads Mall with one place in its food court that made a trip to the mall worthwhile: It was(what is now) Mediterranean Café. When Crossroads died and Flatirons lived, Mediterranean picked up shop and moved to Flatirons, where it serves up falafel, gyros, greek salad, and general tastiness. Might I suggest the Combo sandwich, featuring both falafel and gyro, with a salad side. Yes, I might just suggest that. Just as you might venture over to Mediterranean, even if you(like me), hate the mall.

I really enjoy this place — I’ve been going to it since it was in Boulder at Crossroads Mall. I’m a creature of habit, so I can’t speak to all the food, but I can tell you all about the combo sandwich special with salad. I have the gyro and falafel sandwich with pasta and feta. I especially love the sauces, so I always get a side of both. The pasta and feta is good, but the noodle are a bit overcooked and most of the time the noodle are broken. I like a whole noodle — what can I say. The biggest flaw at this place is the speed. It generally takes 5 – 6 minutes at a minimum. It’s not fast food and I’m glad they’re making specifically for me, but even after all these years, I struggle to understand why it takes so long.

Good to see Flatiron Mall has some variety in food. If you’re sick of the standard mall food, you have to give Mediterranean Café a try . I didn’t really look at the menu, I just saw Falafel and already knew what I wanted. For around 8 bucks you get a choice of sandwich, salad or fries and a drink. The order size was perfect, my sandwich had a good serving of lettuce, tomatoes, crunchy Falafel and special sauce. I agree with Hannah E.‘s review, probably the best food in the food court.

While this is probably the best food in the food court at Flatirons Crossing, that’s not saying much. Their falafels, taken alone, are delicious and crunchy — and occasionally contain foreign matter that cracks your teeth. When you get fries with your order, they are yummy — and you get about 6 of them total. The initially well made pita sandwiches fall apart at the onslaught of tahini and you end up with — albeit tasty — slop dripping out of your flimsy to-go bag. Like Johnny C said, sometimes you’re lucky and get tons of meat/falafel, and sometimes you aren’t and you get microscopic specks. Still, I take my chances with them the maybe 2x a year I’m at Flatirons, because their food doesn’t make me feel sick afterwards, like every other restaurant in the food court.

Its hit and miss at this place. Sometimes the Gyro pitas are all ice berg lettuce cores with one tiny sliver of tomato and not much meat or sauce. Sometimes when your lucky they are more generous with the meat and even give you two slices of tomatoes and one sliver of onion. Oh yes, and they cut open and stuff the pita. This just an observation not a criticism, I prefer rolled Gyros.
