Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings gets a three because the food is only blah, but the staff is super. The servers are so great they deserve a five, but I only give the wings, fries, and cake a two. Two feels slightly high, but the food was hot and edible if not tasty.

Server was nice and food was just right. Price was a little above the norm, but no major issues like those mentioned by previous reviewers

Great service from the bartenders and waitresses! However, they allow smoking on the «outdoor» patio, which is enclosed and they leave the double doors open. The secondhand smoke easily travels inside and whether you’re eating or drinking, you smell it.

If i could give this play zero stars I would do so. Service is absolutely horrible and prices for beer/​food is about 30 percent higher than other spots in area.
We arrive at bww and pick a table in the bar area. There must be 12 waitresses working, yet no one even acknowledges our existence for 10 minutes. Eventually my wife has to flag down the manager just to get someone over to take drink orders. A pint of Stella is $ 7. This isn’t bad for Atlanta or Charlotte, but that prix is pretty outrageous for Brunswick. We went to a bar later that had good beers for $ 4 – 5, which is far more reasonable.
Another issue: so Alabama was playing a no name team and winning literally 55 – 7 late in the 4^th quarter. There were NO bama fans in the bar, yet that game (and audio) remained on the big screen even during a very close Michigan state vs Ohio state top 10 matchup. I get we are in the south, so maybe play an sec game? Olé miss was playing LSU at the same time so that would have been an option too.
Didn’t even get around to the food because we left after one drink, but it didn’t look great.

Horrible service. There was a recent incident where a group of young men were having a great time and kicked out for «cursing». To me it appeared that they were doing what everyone else in the bar was doing talking, buying drinks and food, and enjoying the game with some good trash talking. The manager asked the young men to leave and even called the police. It was just another nasty incident from this establishment. Boycott this place, they don’t care about the African American patronage.

No stranger to BW3 we stopped on for some wings, beer and ntn trivia. Very new location clean and friendly. Fell short on food though. We tried the chips with buffalo chicken and half were undercooked and raw. Our server was good but not great it was a little slow following up with the drinks. The wings were good. Had hot bbq and sweet bbq. Recently upgraded the ntn trivia devices to touch screen within I loved.

We normally have decent service. Food is normally up to par but for this past visit I felt I needed to review. We had a server named Christopher. Automatically judging us from the minute he got our drink order. Me and my boyfriend have both worked in the restaurant business for years now but because we are teenagers he assumed we were cheap. His service was slow and due to the fact that he didn’t feel as if he was going to get a good tip he didn’t make as much of an effort for our table as he did the rest of his section. After sitting through horrible service, he felt the need to write out gratuity on the check in pen as if we didn’t already know 20% was what we were supposed to tip. I give it 3 stars for the awesome servers we have had in the past and the food normally being up to par but Christopher really made our experience horrible.

Worst service every. We went on 2÷27÷2015, waited 20 mins for drinks. Tvs were blaring loud with talk. Horrible food. I am a BDUBS fan, but will never go back there.

Normally service is poor, but this time we sat at bar. Great service and good food. Will sit at bar more often.

Last trip here was terrible. My wife and I decided to try it again. We are glad we did. Service was GREAT this time. Food was hot and prepared correctly. I’m glad they have made positive changes.

Great food and excellent customer service! My daughter ordered a flat bread pizza. The manager came out with the pizza and said it was over cooked for his liking and already had another one in the oven for her. Food tasted great, but I do think the food could have been hotter in food temp than it was.

Terrible service. Place is dirty. Tables are never clean. Called to order take out. Lady was very rude and had me on hold for over 10 min when I arrived the place was so slow. WORSE BWW I HAVE EVER BEEN TO and I love BWW.

I thought the food was good. I had the spicy garlic wings and there was a great amount of sauce on them that wasn’t watery it was nice and thick, the sweet tea was wonderful. Not too sweet like most places have where you have to get half and half to be able to drink it. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. I will definitely be coming here again.

I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo wild wings… This one was the strangest. It’s small and the staff is not great. Food and drinks are the same as all the others so thats good. If you don’t care about good service and just want somewhere to eat and drink this will work.

Good service. We went during a busy game and fight night and server was still very attentive. They had the BTN, which impressed me and I was able to see my game! Everyone thought it was strange that I was drinking red beer and several servers said something to me about it, besides them being sheltered I thought it was a good experience. However they don’t have pitchers or drink specials so that takes away from the rating.

Food is very inconsistent and quality has gone down tremendously. For a chain restaurant, this location should be avoided. Management needs to be replaced.

The wings here a hefty and meaty. I love the huge selection of flavors and the wings are very tasty.
The service is slow at times and the fun games are always a nice touch. The issue here is spotty service and slow cook times. I would go back and see if this has improved. So for now 3 stars until I see some improvements.

I don’t often frequent chain restaurants. But, I had some friends from Germany visiting and I thought this restaurant doesn’t get any more American, so I brought the Germans.
Before we went to Buffalo Wild Wings I checked Unilocal.There was one review and it had one star. I have to say that our experience mimicked the other person’s experience. We got there around 1PM, so the lunch rush was over. It took a really long time for us to get our beer and even longer, maybe 35 to 40 minutes to get our food. The food was cold and no one ever checked on us to see how the food was. In fact, I saw the waitress look round the corner and when I tried to waive her down the turned around as if she hadn’t seen me.
The waitress told us she was new, and we could tell she was struggling. I tried so hard to be nice to her. What bothered me most is that there were SO many servers and no one helped her. There was no team atmosphere in this place. Very few patrons, many many staff memebers, patrons hungry, staff memebers standing around doing nothing.
I spoke to the manger as we were leaving. He was sitting at the bar, not drinking, but not working either. I told him that our experience was really disappointing. I told him I wasn’t expecting him to take anything off of our check, but that he needed to seriously look at the service. He didn’t offer to fix anything, nor did he ask which table I was sitting at or who our server was.
This place sucked. Don’t go. The other locations might be better, but this Buffalo Wild Wings has a lot of work to do if they plan on having any returning customers.
