It had been several months dining at LH so we decided to go there for our 46th anniversary. Upon entering the restaurant there was a smell that we associated with being dirty. I ordered Flo’s Filet medium well. It was so tough and didn’t even resemble a filet. I sent it back under the assumption that it was someone else’s order. When it came back it was edible but the quality was not what it used to be. So, bye bye LongHorn ’til your quality of meat and cleanliness improves… Sign me, Forlorned with LongHorn

Was driving by going to Florida and decided to go to the Long Horn Steak house in the state of Georgia. This place was clean quick and the steak was very delicious and juicy. Service was great, friendly and great desserts. This was one of the best steak house experience I ever had. I recommend: — Sirloin steak — For dessert there new cinnamon carrot cake.

The food and service are very good. The menu has been revised and seems very limited.

I’ve been to this location a few time and the service sucks. The steak last night tasted good but my husband’s was under cooked. He ate it anyway because we never expected her to come back. He also got a top shelf long island ice tea that tasted less like the mixed drink and more like lemonade. She never checked on how it was. She paused at the table once and said she would bring me more tea but never came back until the end of the meal. Sad thing was was she was training someone also. There were also two waiters there. Wish we had been sat in their area. They busted butt. If you go ask for a waiter because I’ve never gotten good serve and always had a waitress. Also stay away from their nasty tasting over priced mixed drinks.

Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress«lost» our order then was rude when asked a question. Steak was incorrectly cooked as well. Very disappointed. Won’t be retuning.

Was visiting a friend in the area and we decided that a nice slab of grilled meat was the way to go. We got seated and our waitress was very nice and attentive. My friend and I both got the Outlaw Steak. 18 oz. of deliciousness. It comes with a salad and a side of your choice. I went with the loaded baked potato. There is also bread while you wait. The salad and bread alone got me full. I got the steak cooked medium-rare and medium-rare it was. Juicy and delicious. The baked potato was also good. Great place in the area since there aren’t too many options to begin with. And all that food for relatively cheap is good in my book!

Friendly and Quick Service Went in to eat a good meal and catch game one of the Women’s Softball College World Series. Game was not playing when I entered, but the friendly staff kindly changed the channel to the game upon my request. Also, the food was top notch. Steak and Caeser Salad are fantastic. No negative aspects to my visit on this occasion and no reason to leave any rating other than 5 Stars.

Don’t bother. After an inedible salad, being poured a half glass of wine and rubbery chicken… drive a little and go to Outback. Meh…

What I’ve found from traveling for work is that no matter how much you want the local small owned places to trump everything, it doesn’t always work out. Also, I typically don’t patronize chains that often if at all but then when I do, they sometimes throw me a bone. This is where we had Easter dinner after going to the Mellow Mushroom and walking out *See that review*. We came in and our server was super awesome. The food was delicious and we totally gorged and was miserable afterwards. The crab and spinach dip was on point, no literally they come served with toast points! The fried shrimp appetizer was good but way too heavy. The steak was delicious as always too.

I had suspected their filet was not tenderloin in the past. Last night I was told prime rib was med-well or well done only(obviously re-heats). I ordered a rib eye steak. When served the server said, «Here’s your NY Strip» I said I had ordered the rib eye. The server left. The manager brought the same steak back. Said, «I promise this is a rib eye steak.» One look told the story. It looked like a strip steak. It’s texture was that of a strip steak. It tasted like a strip steak. The manager lied, no doubt at all. Didn’t make a fuss but won’t be back for a while.

I walked in to a horrible smell and a dirty floor in the front area. Turned around and left. Initial appearance is everything.

I ate here for an early dinner. The waitresses was very nice and the food was pretty good. I got everything in a reasonable amount of time. Their kettle chips appetizer was pretty good. The strawberry chicken salad was alright. I should have asked to have it on the side, I think it kind of ruined the taste of the other yummy things in the salad. Overall its was good.

Dined here on a Friday night. There were a decent amount of people dining but was very pleasantly surprised to see that there was no waiting line. Our waitress was kind of enough to give us some recommendations on what to eat. I ordered the T-Bone with a side of Mac n Cheese and seasoned fries. The T-Bone was average at best… it had a homey taste to it and by homey, it reminded me of steak I would cook on my own grill(I don’t consider myself the best«griller» by any means) The highlight of the night was the Mac n Cheese. Perfectly seasoned with cheddar cheese bits on top for an added crunch. Delicious. If you are looking for a reasonably priced steakhouse around the lovely… town of Brunswick, I highly recommend longhorn. Definitely try the Mac n cheese!

I stopped in about an hour ago(7:40pm)… Still waiting for my food at 8:40pm. It seems the restaurant got caught off guard by a local event FLETC graduation night. The staff seem to be working as fast and hard as they can to keep things going! This one star review is for the management team that did not know about this in advance and prepare their staff — they owe the staff an apology. If they knew about, then they owe me a refund for the one star! Young lady behind the bar doing her best to take care of all she can. Can’t imagine what my food is going to taste like, if kitchen does even an OK job, I will post another review and give them credit!

The crispy artichoke harvest was good but the portion was surprisingly small. The bibb salad was HUGE but I felt annoyed that it was not cored. You literally get half of the lettuce head. It makes me wonder if they even washed it. The seafood entrée was good however it smelled very fishy. How fresh is that Mahi Mahi?

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! Sat in this place for over an hour and watched four tables get their food before us(each of which sat down before us). Asked for our food 3 times and got no response. Was finally told our food was coming right out only to find out our food was never imputed. Asked to speak to the Manager twice and he never came out. We finally tracked down the guy ourselves who was finally honest enough to tell us our order never made it to the back. No one ever apologized with exception of the person who finally told us what happened! This place was the absolute worst service I have ever had at a Longhorn Stakehouse! I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for dinner!

My intent when I walked in was to order something healthy like a salad. Instead I succumbed to my waiters recommendation and went with the cheese soup and sandwich. Both we’re especially good and our waiter was very helpful.

A friend from out of town had visited for the week in Brunswick and we made a last minute decision to eat at here. I’ve had seen LongHorn’s Steak house a couple of times in passing and put it on my foodie checklist for the Brunswick area. I was excited to finally try this place out. We arrived about 6pm with no reservations for a party of 2. We were immediately seated in a spacious booth and given a menu and cutlery by our hostess. About a minute later our waiter came by and introduced himself and got our drink orders. I hadn’t seen my friend in a while so we spent a good 15 minutes catching up in which time our waiter had came by once to check on us to see if were were ready after about 10 minutes of chatting. We ended up ordering the same thing: the 8oz Flat Iron Steak with Stuffed Portabella with a side of green beans, except I ordered mine with a side of grilled shrimp. Since we were afforded 2 sides with our meal the waiter suggested a side salad of our choosing instead of a second side which we gladly accepted, no extra cost. The salad came out promptly and though nothing popped as over the top, it was still a delightful salad. Our entrees came out a little before finishing our salads, but I’d rather have my food a little early than extremely late. At no time did I feel rushed. Over all wait time from order to steak, 20 minutes including the time we spent enjoying our salad. The meat was cooked medium to my liking. The portabella mushroom was about the same length and width as the 8oz sirloin with a nice mild gravy sauce coating. My shrimp came out at the same time on a 1 skewer of with 5 on a bed of e brown rice pilaf on a separate plate. The green beans were firm and had a nice crisp and went well with my steak. Though the portions looked small, that is always expected when you go to a restaurant hungry. I left satisfied that the meal was a little above average but not the best steak I’ve ever had, but none the less still delicious. Cost was great! My meal breakdown: Flat Iron Steak* with Stuffed Portabella — 13.99 w/Fresh Green Beans & Mixed Green Salad Grilled Shrimp $ 6.29 Soda $ 2.99 Total about $ 23. Food was warm and delicious and I left with a overall satisfied experience. That is always a winner in my book. The last thing out of both of our mouths before leaving was: «I’d come back here again, for sure»
