Had a very good Burger and friend enjoyed meatloaf dinner. Jeremy was our waiter and gave excellent service! An enjoyable meal…

This location was well staffed but severely lacking compared to other locations. Normally they offer honey cinnamon butter with their rolls, no choice this time. They advertise peanuts, but there wasn’t a peanut to be found, not at the bar, not at the front and certainly not on the tables. Also, the menu was old and not up to date with other locations. I normally order the mesquite chicken salad but had to order the roadhouse salad this time. It didn’t have any veggies in it, mostly a bed of lettuce, A bit of avocado, some bacon crumbles and a piece of extremely salty chicken. So-so, wont be visiting this location again.

The food was fine but a heads up on their liquor policy. One mixed drink premium liquor is 7. HOWEVER, it is NOT a jigger. That would be $ 10. Really?

I’ve ate here twice in the past month and wouldn’t recommend it. Most of the time, I can overlook bad service if the food is good. However, when you have bad food and terrible service then it just isn’t a pleasant experience. Just a heads up, never order their grilled chicken. It tastes like rubber. I’ve never had anything from here that I really enjoyed except for the rolls — the rolls are delicious… so get the rolls and run!

This place is a joke. Restaurant was filthy, none of the workers seemed to know what they were doing, and th food was horrendous! I ordered the Moonshine Chicken and it was brought to the table at or around room temperature. The previous review the guy wrote about the«beef nugget» was spot on!

Although my wife and I had a not so nice first experience, we decided to try Logans again for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised that our meals were very good and cooked exactly as we anticipated. Can’t say enough about our service, too. This is one of those cases when it is good to give a restaurant a second try. And my compliments to the GM for responding to my earlier review. I do not leave reviews a lot so my apologies for not following up with regards to that experience.

This place is so bad, I really don’t know where to begin… Let’s just say you should not waste your time & money in this«Cracker Barrel» crappy joint. You’d be better off eating anything, anywhere else.

Go buy a dozen rolls, then run back out to your car as fast as you can. Eat your steak Anywhere but here. My Mother’s «chopped steak»(which at other restaurants you can tell is high quality hamburger) was so inedible that when we took it home even my cats would not eat it. Those cats routinely eat dead vermin! Also, there was so much cinnamon on our sweet potatoes there were inedible. Otherwise the salad was good, even if my dressing was wrong.

Listen, if you are traveling just go sit at the bar, order a steak and a couple of beers and everything is fine. For a business traveler who eats at the bar this is 4 star. Don’t stray beyond the basics. Good bartender Michelle.

Needless to say, my table and I did not have a very pleasant experience at Logan’s Roadhouse. The stars speak for themselves. For starters, the food was mediocre at best and the service was slow(not our server’s fault, however; I think the whole restaurant staff was confused as to whether they all should serve food to people or just irritate them all unmercifully instead). The picture below of nothing on the table is what I starred at for what seemed like an eternity after everyone else was served at my table. A buddy of mine got the steak with a baked potato(also pictured below). As you can see, it’s less of a steak and more of a beef nugget, and even McDonald’s gives you a choice between sweet & sour or BBQ sauce to dip your nuggets in, but not at Logan’s. Instead — and after we all complained — the manager came out and said he was sorry, and offered some lame excuse for the size of the steak being that the new«meat slicer» guy isn’t the best. It was weird and we were all unhappy with this response. The manager also gave us a 10% «military» discount, which was cool I guess, but the damage was done.

Very quiet inside and food took a while to come out, even drinks. Not worth the wait… At all. You would think a Logan’s signature menu item would be good, had me asking for the check and no to go box and running to my car about to throw up. Nice people tho

No longer my favorite restaurant. Today my Sister found a fly inside her salad. It was alive, the manager confirmed it. She offered my sister and I another salad. I thought the Manager had lost her mind. We were both halfway through our salads. It made me wonder how many maggots had I already ate. I told them I would never be back. Thanks for a great fathers day. NOT !!!

If not for the manager my rating would have been one star, but she shouldn’t have to cut my 2nd prime rib to get the right size or give us a discount. Ordered the 16oz prime rib; was maybe a ½ to ¼ inch thick depending which half you looked at, which explained why it was cooked well done when I asked for medium. Flavor was average for prime rib and it was tender. My wife ordered chicken strips that were pretty good, but she waited fifteen minutes for her dipping sauce. Never got a refill on drinks and then waited fifteen minutes for take home boxes and the bill. Just traveling through, but wouldn’t come back if I was from the area. I would hire the manager though.

We ate here this evening with a group of 8 for my wife’s birthday. We arrived at 7pm and were told by the host/hostesses that it would be a 45 minute wait. We started out ok with that as it was a Saturday night. However looking around the restaurant there were empty tables all over the place. At one point we counted 15 empty tables. There was a 12 top in the back that left shortly after we arrived. That table sat un cleared for 30 minutes. The hostesses kept sitting 2 – 4 tops but never no one ever went to clear that table. Then the hostesses started sitting 2 guests at tables built for 8, it made no sense. When questioned they said they were told by the manager to seat small numbers at these large tables. The whole 45 minutes we were waiting we never once saw the manager. We finally asked to see a manager and it took her several minutes to come out of the kitchen.(female, short reddish-brown hair) When she arrived, I pointed out that this was the first time I had seen her and she should be checking on the front of the house more to manage the table flow. She said«‘I’ve been making bread all evening». So the manager f the whole restaurant is making bread instead of managing the restaurant? And somehow she thought her dedication to the bread would impress me? I told her the table management was horrible and she should be more aware of what is going on in the front of the restaurant. She continued to make excuses saying that there wasn’t enough staff to handle all the tables. We asked her why Logan’s built such a large restaurant if they didn’t staff it. She had no answer. We asked her to give us the number of the district manager and the CEO of the Company. She gave us the name of the DM but did not know who the CEO even was. She said she’d get the DM’s number and disappeared for 7 minutes. Meanwhile the hostesses took matters into their own hands(finally) and cleared two tables in the bar and pulled them together for us. The manager finally returned with the DM’s number and it looked like we finally getting to sit down. Then she decided to double down on stupid and said we should leave and she should call the cops because she didn’t like our attitude!(It would have been smarter for her to walk off instead of making that comment). We pretty much ignored her and actually had a pretty good meal. The servers were prompt with drinks and salads. The steaks still took a very long time, almost 30 minutes after we ordered them they arrived. The hostess actually came over and checked on us several times and apologized profusely for our wait. She could definitely teach the manager about customer service. Short African American female with gold teeth, very nice girl. My sister in law ordered her steak medium and it was medium well and resembled an overcooked hamburger. Other than that and the cook time, the food was decent. I don’t think we’ll be back as long as the management stays the same. We’re local and eat out often.

On my whole road-trip from nj to fl this was the best restaurant I went to. The peach sweet tea was amazing and served in Aaron jar. The coolest part was the fact that you get this bucket of peanuts and after you take the shell off you just throw it on the ground. I just kept it in a pile on the table because I felt bad for whoever was going to have to clean it up haha. Anyway the atmosphere was clean and cool looking. I loved everything about this place. Oh and I almost forgot about the yeast rolls. OMG best thing ever

Walked in and the manager was nice but they said they would be right with us and 20 minutes later after other people had been seated we left. The place was not even half full. Logan’s in general have gone downhill.

Stopped for late lunch on Sunday about 1302 o’clock the place is dead the food was ok service was great till the manager penny came to the table. I ask her for more Salas dressing and croutons she seemed put off even my son said wow she seems put off you ask her to get that. I guess he was right she did not get it nor let my server know. When the server came back by she went got it for me. The manager then had the nerve to check back again when I told her she never got what I ask for the first time she made lots excuses for the server and blamed her and told me that my server had been checking on me an d I had not ask for more till she came to the table she was nasty and argued with me to the point O had to tell her to leave my table

Service was good but food took nearly an hour to come out. Steaks were not cooked as ordered, server forgot rib combo, didn’t offer anything as compensation. Bread is far too sweet. Sugar on fries, would’ve liked to have been notified so could ask for it without. Very average experience.

I have given this place three chances and each new experience is worse than the last. The NY strip tastes just like what you could cook in a pan at home… salt, pepper and whole lot of blandness. They use very cheap cuts of meat here; as evidenced by the abundance of tendons and fat in all their New York Strip, Sirloin and Rib-eye cuts. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road about a mile and go to a much better steakhouse.

It’s good just remember that most restaurants offer USDA choice and not the best cut of meat for the price. The have lots of peanuts around here so be careful with that if you have allergies. The service is spot on and accurate. The food is prepared just the way you request and this is a fun family dinning experience. It is very close to the I-95 so it’s great for those of us that travel. Enjoy.
