The mediocrity of the place cannot be summed up in a short review. You should go and check it out for yourself. You’ll leave feeling slightly dissatisfied, but not enough to actually do anything about it. I went in a few times to look at dresses, shoes, and accessories and had a ho-hum experience each time. The dress collection was okay(not large by any means, but this is BCS we’re talking about). What bothered me the most was the ambivalent attitude the workers had. None of them were very helpful and they all just seemed bored with their jobs. It was a little awkward trying on a dress and having to go in front of the entire store to see how you looked in it. You’d get everyone’s opinion on the dress before you knew it and everybody is a critic. There was a dress that I specifically wanted to see and they assured me that they were getting it in two weeks so they took my information down with promises to call. Three weeks later, I call and they assure me that I’ll be the first to know when the dress comes in. Two more weeks later, I call and they don’t even have a file on me any longer. I guess this lack of hard work can be attributed to that are the only major game in town. The other shop in town is forgettable at best, tiny, and has shorter hours. I ended up buying the dress that I asked them to order in, but had to go to Dallas to get it. Had Blissful Wishes been a bit more competent, they would’ve received my order and my commission.
