Ordered a hot-dog with a side of tots. The tots were good but the hot-dog was cold on the inside and so was the melted cheese on it. Bf ordered chicken strips with fries. Chicken strips were good but calling the fries lackluster would be flattering.

Had severe radios talking the customer and we had to drive up to the window. He was apologetic and kept say I’m sorry, but he got us our drinks during happy hour. Which one of the cups had syrup on It. The guy at the window said here is napkins I am not allowed to take it back it the restaurant be it is a safety hazard which ok. He was trying. To do right thing by the book, but all we want to get the syrup off the cup with a wet cloth because the napkins were just being torn up with the sticky stuff. So he gave us a wet towel and said there you do it. A little abrupt. It was not my fault that this happened he had to see it, try to get a name on him at the drive through and there were no names on him. Just thought you should know. Thanks, Samuel M. I absolutely love Sonics! Their happy hour is amazing and the drinks are so good! Their food is hit or miss, but seriously the drinks are spot on! I alone would go there just for that crunchy ice! I always get the cherry limeade which is perfect every time! Service was fast and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Stopped by to try the new BLT with the funny TV ads. Ordered. Waited 10 minutes. Contemplated on how fast food at a drive in should be fast. At 12 minutes, considered walking in to inquire. Left at 14 minutes. Don’t have time for that. Could have stopped at Village Foods, bought my own bacon, drove home and made my own BLT in less than 10 minutes.

THISPLACEISTERRIBLE! I kid you not, everytime I have tried to come late to order through the drive through, the place is closed early! Whether the time is 20 – 75 minutes(I try never to go to a place 15 minutes before closing to be nice) before closing, it is always closed. I was desperate a couple of months ago and went through 45 minutes before closing. At that time I was told ‚“I’m sorry we’re closed.” I nicely replied back, «Really, because your hours say that your open another 45 minutes.» She then huffs and puffs and tells me, «Ma’am, I don’t know if you realize this, but this is a college town and we try to close as early as we can so our students can go study.» Please understand that I know what it’s like to be a student, but jeez, that is the most unprofessional response I’ve heard from someone working in customer service probably ever. I for the life of me can not understand why they are still open. So to add insult to injury, my husband and his coworkers grabbed lunch there about a week ago. Unfortunately, a few hours later my husband was crouched over the toilet exploding every which way because of the unsanitary food. We both thought it was a bug until the next day when 3 of the 5 co-workers he was with had the same symptoms. Thank god it was always closed when I drove through or my fate would most likely be food poisening as well. Hopefully this place will close down for good soon so no one else gets sick. Nothing good to say.
