Horrible. I’ve never experienced such horrible service from a restaurant or fast food spot as I did tonight. I feel bad for the manager’s crew. Very rude and was not paying attention. Could not give proper change and was focusing on other things at once. Never again.

Oh my god. I felt bad for the employees. It appears that this location is also a daycare with kids behind the counter playing with all the cups. Very unprofessional, and there is good divethru traffic and walk ins but very very unorganized. As nuggs ordered she had to wait because the kids were being unruly and needed scolding first. Hopefully the person at the register is not the owner. This place needs training badly!

Going through drive thru. The guy was getting smart and very rude. Not a welcoming reply or any greeting or thank yous. I’ll never come back here again. Terrible customer service.

I was in the drive thru line for over 20 mins! They are so slow and the manager didn’t seem to care. The gave me watery dressing as well! I only gave it 2 stars cause at least the food tasted good. Never going back to that location again!

I’ll give it 2 stars just because I like El Pollo but this location isn’t great. Mostly my grudge with this location centers around the salads. Before my family and I vowed to not return we would always get the tostada salads and rarely would they give even half a cup of dressing, a few times there was barely anything in the cup(we have not had this problem at any other location we’ve been to.

This pollo loco is pretty standard. It’s just every single time I come the line is super long and they take forever. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes now and I barely put in my order. Other than that it’s cool. I would’ve given a 5 star rating otherwise.

This little cation… They forgot the dressing, I hate it when that happens, the nachos have hardly any toppings, they weren’t even watching the trainee who was making them. One scoop of beans, one scoop of chicken. I don’t have the patience for this today. They could have at least distributed the toppings properly. Pointless to be angry, but for the same price I could have eaten great nachos at YARDHOUSE.

Thought I’d give them another shot since its been awhile, only to find them out of chicken breast, 20 minute wait if I wanted chicken breast LOL I got a classic chicken salad which was super weak over priced cafeteria salad. Love the company’s chicken here. So savory and juicy plus grilled! The mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and rice are tasty sides also. I also prefer to go inside than drive thru because you can go the condiment area and get as much sauces as you need. I’ve tried their churros for the first time here and it is delicious! Especially the chocolate flavored one! Service and employee rating wise, I hate going when the small asian lady is working. She is so slow and her procedures(order how she does things) is all over the place. She does not take multiple orders at once and prepares it together. She rather takes the order, takes a long time getting the order together, packs it up, then gets the payment from the customer. Meanwhile, there are three other customers waiting. It is inefficient and takes too long. She should make better use of her employees on the clock. They are capable. They just need to be given the opportunity.

No stars if possible, I will never ever come here again. I love el pollo loco but this location is not ran properly, the manager JM? Is very rude and unprofessional. He would not honor my coupon because it was on my phone. I had just got off work and I was very tired, I was also spending like 35 bucks?! What was the problem? Oh I’ll tell you the manager position got to his head. Bad service will never come here again even though I work across the street!

Where do I begin… I had to wait about 10 minutes for my wife to call me to tell me what she wanted. While I waited, more people came in. By the time I was ready to order, there were 10 or 12 people in line. 10 or 12 people with only 1 cashier! I waited 10 minutes or so, as she took 1 order at a time, slowly working her way through the line. I finally got to the front of the line and placed my order. I asked what was on the Double Chicken Quesadilla, she pointed it out to me on the menu board. I ordered 1 with no avocado. Please note that I said NOAVOCADO! I placed the rest of my order and we went over it 3 times before she gave me the total. I paid for it, signed the receipt, and she gave me my receipt. I stepped away to wait for my order. While waiting, I looked at my receipt. It said an Avocado Chicken Quesadilla, no Avocado. Wait, what?! I wanted NOAVOCADO on my quesadilla, so I order an AVOCADO chicken quesadilla??? Really? When I pointed out that she had ordered me the wrong quesadilla, she seemed annoyed. She turned to the people behind her, making the sandwich, and told them to change it to an Avocado Chicken with no avocado. I had to correct her again, and then she still — for the 3rd time — got it wrong! I finally had to tell the woman making the quesadilla what I actually wanted. When they gave me my order, I opened the bag to make sure it was right. The cashier had the nerve to say that she hadn’t charged me for this quesadilla. I would have been happy to pay the extra $ 1.00 or so, ESPECIALLYIFTHEYGOTITRIGHTFROMTHEBEGINNING!!! I don’t know why this annoyed me so much, normally this would have been a minor inconvenience. Maybe it was the 10 minute wait, maybe it was that I told her 5 times and she still got it wrong. I don’t know. The food was delicious, as is normal for EPL. I think I will skip this place and find another for my next meal at EPL.

I love el pollo loco and eat it at least three times a week, but I will not visit this location! I drive 15 minutes out if my way to another location. The food is always old, never fresh, and they are stingy with the salsas they give out. I gave this location many many tries, but sadly won’t be back.

The food was fine… but it took 10 minutes in the Drive Thru to order chicken only with tortillas. It was their 10 piece special they posted on the window, and it was 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I’d rather drive to the Euclid one, or even the one off La Palma, even though they give attitude at their drive thru. Hmm, maybe I can get off my lazy butt and walk inside next time?
