I enjoy this location, downfall is the parking lot. At times it has been hard for me to find a spot and i end up having to use the Drive-​Thru.
Yes, this location has a Drive-​Thru! some love it im sure, however, i am old school and love the feeling of going in and ordering my drinks. there is almost NEVER a line inside so it’s quick and easy for me to come here in my time of need while im at work. The location is about 3 – 5 mins from my office.
I personally enjoy iced chi lattes and iced caramel macchiato’s! Some drinks have far too many calories in them for me, i don’t like hot drinks anywhere.
Anytime i have questions about new drinks the staff here is always helpful, i have not tried any of the food here though so i can;t give an opinion on that area.
They do always have a nice selection of glass to-​go mugs that i always eye up as i walk buy them before ordering. Starbucks, i know what you are trying to do and it won’t work on me, unless i absolutely love it, I’ve come close but not close enough!

Starbucks is my go-​to. I absolutely love it there — service, drinks, ambiance, everything.
I always get a triple venti caramel macchiato. It’s fabulous. There are plenty of options if you are not a big coffee drinker but you just want a comfort drink. This location is quick in the mornings as well. I frequent the drive thru because of the quickness and the location is near my work.
I also visited the location in Magic Kingdom in disney and wanted a cold drink with some caffeine and they made me something delicious. Some teavana drink. It was cold and caffeinated. They are very willing to customize.
Wishes: (why I selfishly deducted a star)
1. I wish Starbucks had more locations in Buffalo. Tim Horton’s quality doesn’t compare.
2. I wish they didn’t charge a fortune for a cup of coffee. My order comes to $ 6+. Kind of crazy for a cup of coffee. Which is why I go to Tim Horton’s for their $ 2 drink more often.
3. I wish I knew the lingo more. People go and ask for crazy concotions. But it’s a different language to me. The only reason I learned my «triple venti caramel macchiato» is because I think they were sick of me asking for a «large caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso» and kept reading back «triple venti caramel macchiato». So that’s that.

I’m not a typical Starbucks lover… it’s rare that I go here or to any of them. I love this one particularly because of the cutie boy with the scarfs. I love him. He makes me happy and so does their coffee. Plus I can buy a huge bag of espresso roast and they will grind it. Yay Starbucks! You make mornings more tolerable.

Just had literally the best triple dry Cap I have ever had! One of the best coffee experiences in my life. Strange I am not accustom to usually liking Starbucks. Normally prefer local coffee. Oh well.

This is the closes Starbucks to me and just defaults as my morning go to place for coffee if I’m heading out after 5 AM in the morning. I come to this Starbucks the most out of any of the other Starbucks around town as I am able to walk there from my place.
First off, the parking situation there is a mess (this is why I walk there most of the time). Although this may not be Starbucks fault, it doesn’t change the fact that the parking is awful with the angle of how cars need to pull in, limited spots and positioning of the entrance and exits.
Besides the parking situation I truly like going to this Starbucks to get my coffee. The Baristas for the most part are friendly, helpful, and keep out of the way when I’m planting myself there for a few if i’m working on the laptop. The place is small but the layout for seating has never been a problem and I have always been able to get comfortable in a spot for awhile without feeling like its too crowded. The wifi speed is good and I have never had issues with lagging or disruption of internet service. I feel that this is by far the best place to settle in in terms of having reliable internet in comparison to some other coffee shops I have visited.

This Starbucks has the friendliest people working the drive thru! Yes the food and drinks are great but you get a real customer experience when you through the drive thru. They are friendly and patient in the morning. I’ve even been given positive pep talks before heading to work after having days where I spill my drink at work. These people will set you in the right mood before heading to work.
If you’re curious what I order, I go for unsweetened shaken passion tea or a mocha light frappuccino. Skip the pumpkin frappuccino though; it tastes like you’re biting into an actual pumpkin.

This location is on my way to school, so it is very convenient to drive by in the morning. There are not many Starbucks locations in the area (a shame), otherwise I would certainly be coming here more often.
I enjoy drinking the Very Berry Hibiscus Refreshers in the summer. It’s tastes like a delectable blackberry iced juice, and it has actual blackberries in it as well. In the winter, I only drink them when I have cravings for them. My winter drink of choice is the skinny peppermint mocha, or just a regular mocha coffee. I do tend to add extra shots of espresso, because the flavored drinks have less caffeine than regular coffee.
I have also gotten the strawberries ‘n cream drink a few times, but it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s creamier, sometimes it’s icier, and sometimes it seems a little watery. Thus, it is too inconsistent for me to recommend it to anyone.
I don’t usually get breakfast here, just because I would get a bagel with cream cheese, but they give you a cream cheese packet to apply yourself. I’m usually eating quickly in my car, so I don’t have much time to slather the cream cheese on my bagel.

What a jerk. I spend thousands at Starbucks and I asked for an extra blueberry for my oatmeal (which they were out of dried fruit) and she said they would have to charge me! Really?! Really?! She was an overweight, seemingly miserable, white woman. Monday August 17^th 1:45 pm

I just had the worst customer experience. I am a frequent customer of this location and have never had a bad experience as of yet. I ordered 2 mini smores frapps. I asked for no graham cracker and no whipped cream on the top. The girl followed that by «no whipped cream? That’s the whole bottom of the drink» I said no just not on the top. She then proceeded to tell me to pull ahead, didn’t give me a total. I asked for a carrier and she looked at me and said «why» then threw it at me. Extremely rude for no reason.

Starbucks is my go-​to place for comfort drinks. I may be addicted to the Frappuccinos. People in Buffalo seem to prefer Tim Hortons over Starbucks, but I am certainly not one of those people. The drive-​thru at this specific location is extremely convenient. The specialty coffee drinks are in a category of their own. I love that they always have seasonal lattes and Frappuccinos.
One of my favorite parts of Fall is the Pumpkin Spice Lattes. I’ve had them at other coffee shops and they are never as good. I also very much look forward to the Christmas drinks. The Peppermint Mocha is my personal favorite. The summer drinks released are also always delicious. The new S’mores Frappuccino was incredible. You can never go wrong with a Caramel Frapp or a White Chocolate Mocha.
The employees are always extremely friendly. They all have excellent senses of humor. They’re always cracking jokes. I always leave this location in a good mood. They are also very efficient. i’ve never had to wait super long. They’ve also never messed up my order, and I’ve been there a countless number of times.
My ONLY complaint about this location is that it’s not conveniently located. There are really no Starbucks in Kenmore. I wish they would open one up. I would go there every day. If I want Starbucks, I need to budget 20 minutes of driving to get there and back to my neighborhood.
I strongly encourage any frequent customers to download the Starbucks app. You can load balances onto the app and pay with your phone. You also earn rewards with the app. After so many dollars spent, you will earn a free drink. The app also alerts you of discounts and special offers.

What can I say… Its Starbucks! Known to be the place where «overpriced» coffee was birthed… but in my opinion the coffee is just that good where I don’t mind paying the extra money… I enjoy coming here and the staff welcomes me with a smile a sample of their latest coffee blends and pastry. It’s a great place to sit and talk. Oh before I forget did I mention that I am in Love with the Flat White… Something so simple with depth and rich complex flavors that’s has me swiping my Gold Starbucks Card over and over again. If you have tried it… youre not starting your morning Right.

The drive thru is like a crap shoot sometimes it comes up snake eyes. The lil barista Steven screws my order up then proceeds to be a rude lil ginger barista. Typically when someone does something incorrectly they should be polite and admit their wrong and correct it. Customer is always right. This lil terd acts like he’s king of the barista brigade and gives me attitude. I requested a change of the croissant it looked as if it had been stepped on and burned at the stake. He had already messed up a simple order of two coffees with cream sugar on the side. The quality control sucks at this location. I will be contacting corporate and leaving a message with Howard Schultz regarding the store, the worker and will be contacting the health dept. regarding the cashier handling my coffee and food without gloves. They should train their peon baristas how to deal with mistakes before they set them loose on innocent patrons. Also look at the number of stars this location has it’s quite a bit lower than the others in and around Buffalo. So it’s not just me thank god for once.

The workers are very friendly at this location, but they need to work on their presentation and quality of food items. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from the drive thru window, which was still frozen on the inside. I brought the sandwich back and while the workers did apologize and provide a new sandwich, they refused to throw the frozen sandwich away.

It’s your typical Starbucks. Points for having a drive through, as I tend to always be five minutes behind schedule on the way to work. Can’t comment on the inside, as I only went through the drive through. They didn’t screw up my order, they rarely ever do– I would hope not for $ 3-​something a drink. Good little pit stop on my way to work to give me my much needed caffeine for the day.

No AC on a hot day, so it was muggy inside. The baristas looked frazzled, parking and traffic is horrible, there was a woman talking to herself in a corner of the shop, a homeless guy sitting by the front door that the staff had to shoo away multiple times, and a car full of sketchy looking people kept coming and going, and at one point they got out and started a screaming match in front of the store. I will never go back to this one, and perhaps the neighborhood in general. This was my 2^nd attempt at this spit, giving it the benefit of the doubt. But no. Almost exactly like before.

Starbucks to me is the same everywhere. Well, everywhere except Seattle. This location leaves a lot to be desired compared to a lot of other spots in regards to their seating inside but I love that it has a drive-​thru. This saves the day on a lot of cold Buffalo days. Prices are the same as usual– high. The coffee is good and I come when I feel like splurging on a flavored beverage. The staff is very friendly. My one true gripe is the parking lot and drive-​thru set-​up. It is a very sharp turn and causes a lot of clutter on busy mornings. For this reason I would often choose another coffee spot on the way to work… if it was another Starbucks that would be great but this is the only one in North Buffalo, boo!

Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is closest to my apartment. Pro is that it has a drive thru, in case you are feeling super lazy (and it’s nice sometimes on the way to work). The workers are really, really, really friendly which I enjoy. On one occasion, I was waiting at the drive thru speaker to order (there was no one in front or behind me) and I sat there for a few minutes, but nobody ever took my order. I drove up to the window and told them I was waiting. They apologized and ended up giving me my drink for free!
I tend to shop local whenever, but Starbucks chocolate for their mochas is better than Spot Coffee’s so I find myself here in the winter for Peppermint Mochas. It’s not really a place I see myself doing work though; it’s definitely a better place to go in, get your drink, and get out.

The baristas here are a very friendly and happy bunch, but I do have a few words of advice:
1. Bring a coat!!! It is always FREEZING, even on an 80 degree day. I usually bring sweatpants and a hoodie in the summer and layer up.
2. Avoid the frappaccinos (spelling?). My go-​to sbucks beverage is a chai frap, but I’ve stopped ordering them at this location because they’re never icy. It’s basically a latte with crushed ice, so I save myself the money and disappointment and order the latte to start with.
3. Be prepared for some background noise. As others have mentioned, there are some regulars, and one of them is a mumbling eccentric. She’s nice enough, but kind of loud if you’re trying to study. I try to bring headphones, but that’s not always the best fix, since my music competes with the house music, making reading even more difficult.
But again, they have happy employees and I love the free wifi.

It was a hot day. I ordered Iced Grande Black Tea. What I got was a Luke warm black tea on (mostly melted) ice. It was not shaken with ice, the way it’s supposed to be done. Not sure what happened, training or attitude issue?
Staffs are generally pretty nice and attentive most times. Quality of drinks is a bit iffy.
