Tim Hortons

I gave this location 3 stars because it is hit or miss. I’ve gone there and received exceptional service and got everything I wanted only to return two days later and have a horrible experience. It is really bizarre!
In terms of the bad experience, what it boiled down to was no available food. I went at lunch and ordered soup. Didn’t have it. I tried then to order mac and cheese. They were out. I then asked about a sandwich. They were out of bacon. I mean one thing after another and it was only 1230. That was a little frustrating, to say the least. I’d expect that at 7pm but not during lunch hour.
As for the good experience, went first thing in the morning. It was packed on the drive thru. Waited anyway, I need my cup of Joe! Waited less than 5 minutes and it was super busy! Got to the window and the cashier was polite and respectful and my order was perfect.
So definitely visit in the morning. After that, service is a crap shoot!

What’s the point of reviewing a Tim Hortons? I don’t know, but I will. I was excited when this location opened because this part of town was a Tim Hortons desert.
When I started going to the drive-​thru I would get the funniest greetings at the window that would always end with «see you tomorrow.» Um, I don’t go to any Tim Horton’s daily but certainly appreciate the charm of the customer service.
The food and drinks are standard across most Tim Hortons. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, I wouldn’t say it’s the worst and like other locations the parking lot is a nightmare when it’s busy. However, the customer service is great and not just at the drive-​thru.

Customer service had definitely improved! No complaints, I go there a few times a week.

I usually go here when I am staying in the area, as it is on the way to my college. I use the drive-​thru, and have never been inside, so this review is of that.
I like this drive-​thru, as it has to speakers, thus two lines to go through. Of course you end up at the window probably at the same time as you would with one line, but the two lines helps with congestion in the parking lot.
I also enjoy that they have always given me the correct order. Usually it is an iced capp or an iced coffee. Well done to Tim Horton’s!

This particular T. Ho has a really fast staff. The drivethru is typically really quick (though not 100%).
The coffee is what it is. Nothing is spectacular but everything is exactly what you’d expect.

This is one of two Tim Horton’s that I frequent with some regularity. It’s convenient in terms of distance from my house and that I pass it when getting on both the I-​198 and I-​190. Since Tim Horton’s is fairly standard in terms of products… I’ll review this particular location.
First, the drive-​thru: This location has a duel drive-​thru of sorts, two lanes that merge together after you place your order. During the morning rush, I am convinced this is the fastest Tim Horton’s drive-​thru in Western New York. I sometimes, however, feel a little rushed… particularly pre-​coffee, I move slowly! But seriously, the two young men who work the drive-​thru are impressive.
Second, inside Timmy’s: A somewhat newer Tim Horton’s, this is a cozy location complete with plenty of seating and a fireplace! Counters, floors, bathrooms all appear clean.
Customer service is fair… It could definitely be improved. I had some difficulties when trying to use a gift card once that could have and should have been handled differently.
All in all, four stars for this chain coffee location.

Always the best. There is no compitition. You can tell dunkin doughnuts and spot coffee i said so.

Okay, so yeah I’m reviewing Tim Horton’s. Lots of people in Buffalo are looking for Timmy Hos that have good Joe as the locations aren’t always consistent, can be stale, but this one seems to be great.
My small coffee with 1 cream here was a HIT. Not stale; smooth and tasty. This is what I remember Timmy Hos coffee to be, but haven’t experienced it in a while.
