I am a very patient consumer, I understand that there are often long wait times and am very willing to do what’s needed to have my problem solved. I had called AT&T earlier in the day to ask if I needed to have my name on the account to swap out the size of a SIM card, as my husband’s was too large for his new phone. I work for my parent’s business part time, and the phones are under that account. They assured me I didn’t, that if the rep asked we could just call the account holder, and that they could quickly swap it out at any AT&T store. That’s why I wasn’t too worried when I was told it would be a 15 – 20 minute wait when I arrived and checked in at the store. They offered to text me when I was third in line(I started at 6th) and I gladly agreed. I popped over to Starbucks next door and ordered a coffee while I waited. After not hearing anything for about 20 minutes, I went back to AT&T to see the line hadn’t moved at all. New customers were coming in, now 10 and 11 in line, and were being told it would be 15 – 20 minutes. The manager walked over to try to joke with us about customers being mad about wait times, which I found very inappropriate. At the one hour mark, I received the text message that I was now third in line. All told, we waited for an hour and a half to speak to a sales rep. They quickly told me the info I’d gotten from the Customer Service line wasn’t true, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked if I could provide any account info to prove we were associated with the line, as I was the one who set it up for the business and could corroborate everything listed in there. I even asked if we could call the account holder, something customer service told me would be totally fine. Nope, corporate policy, need the person who’s name is on the account there in person. This is all info that I could have been given within 5 minutes of walking in the store. The combination of a wait that was completely nuts for such a small number of people in the store, in addition to terrible confusing customer service is quite possibly some of the worst service I’ve received. It is no small shock that customers flock to alternatives when they are offered. I will be leaving AT&T at the end of the billing cycle for Project Fi.

I don’t have at&t but my boyfriend does and I’m always there to handle my boyfriends problems. Today I had a lot of errands to run and was afraid at&t would take the longest. With the help of Vu Le I was able to tell him the problem and he was right away to fixing it. Unfortunately it didn’t work and he believes its a manufacturing problem with the phone. But from right there he told me other options and I enjoyed my service. I was in and out with no problems. So the main point is to ask for Vu Le.

I’ve always gotten prompt and courteous service from the people at this store, and I’m not an easy customer to please. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is confused. I purchased a bodyguardz tempered glass screen protector for my phone and was told that if I had any issues with it within one year to bring it back to the store for replacement. Sure enough the adhesive failed and the protector moved off of my screen within 90 days. I called the store to confirm that I could get it replaced and the young lady told me to come in for a replacement. I came to the store and the manager told me he could not replace the screen…

Me and my family waited for a hour even we made a appointment that night. Around 9:40, my family ran to Petco because our favorite salesman said its ok. I WASWAITINGINTHESTOREFORMYFAMILYWHENTHEYWERENOTPHYSICALLYATTHESTORE. Then the manager came up to me, and rudely told me that I can’t finish the service. She refused to let my family in the store after nine!!! It was the worst experience we had among all the services. My family love the salesman, but the stupid store policy and the rude manager will never bring us there again.

My siblings and I were shopping at the Mall of Georgia when it came to mind that I should talk to a live person at AT&T about U-verse and bundling the internet service with cell phone service. After learning absolutely nothing about AT&T’s services and plans at the AT&T kiosk( ) on the first floor near JCPenney, we remembered that there was another AT&T kiosk located a level above the food court. Hopeful that the employee(s) at this kiosk would be more friendly and helpful, we headed over. Since it was getting close to closing time, there was only one employee at the kiosk and he was finishing up helping another customer. As soon as he was done, he asked us how he could help us. I asked if I could bundle AT&T’s internet service and cell phone service without adding cable, and if so, whether it would save me money. The employee responded with a «yes.» He said he was sure that you could«bundle» anything with AT&T. However, he apologized and told us that he, himself, was«new» to working for AT&T and was still in the process of getting trained on all the details. When I told him that the other kiosk told me just to go to their company-owned store outside of the mall, this employee told us he actually agreed that they would have the most information regarding bundling of services. Overall, this AT&T kiosk on the«upper level center court» of the Mall of Georgia gets 3 stars for their good location and the friendly employee. Although we left this kiosk with hardly any more information than the other AT&T kiosk, at least it seemed like the guy was sincerely hoping to help me and he felt bad that he wasn’t able to. That, in itself, deserved an extra star. I doubt I would return but at least I know that they’re more helpful than the other kiosk downstairs. [Review 313 of 366]
