Went in to upgrade(jump!) my phone and I was greeted by a lovely lady named Silvia, who helped me throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and it all went so smoothly. It actually turns out that she was off the clock, but she stayed another 20 minutes to make sure everything got done, as far as transferring all my numbers, pictures, and even getting a new number. There’s also the fact that I can be complicated at times, but she stayed patient and professional the whole time I and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Great experience.

11 service people but nobody knows how to do jack. Definitely were passed over for our ethnicity, which was not latin. This store has gone from good to manure. Sad, good bye, hello costco, with actual customer service.

Horrible service today!!! I was treated like a criminal when I went in here! Refused me service for not having my ID even though I gave the girl there every kind of information she needed. …all I was getting was a replacement SIM card had to get my husband out of the van for an ID, mine was at home… the way I was treated was I was not liked because I was white… I have never felt like this before. When WE came back seconds later my husband showed his ID and she just starred at him… he finally said you need an ID here it is… her response was I didn’t know what was going on she acted like we were sticking up the place… all she did was glance at it from afar… she couldnt see it. I will never go here again… when I told her how GOOD my experience was LAST with someone else some guy from left field that worked there said that’s not how it’s supposed to be.

Do not trust the associate named Kecia. Yesterday, 4÷15÷15, I took my daughter to finally go Jump! her phone to the Galaxy S 6. The machine that they use to transfer media files to the new phone was down. We wanted to wait until the next day and made it perfectly clear that she had not backed up her pictures and media and would not relinquish her phone without transferring her pictures. At this point, Kecia advised that she had already processed the Jump! Claim into the system and couldn’t reverse it so we had to proceed. Not only that but we asked for a 64 ram and she then told is we could only get a 32 ram in store. We reluctantly agreed after Kecia explained that she was upgrading from a 16 ram and would have enough room. But there was the other issue that My daughter was freaking out about loosing everything but her contacts. Kecia made a promise that we could come back the next day after we Jump! And get the pictures and other media off. Kecia asked my daughter to put her memory card and case back on the phone so she could set up the new phone. All the while, both of us are repeatedly asking her that she is sure we can get the pictures and other media off the old phone the next day. She promises again each time. Says its no problem. Well needless to say, we returned today after my daughter got out of school and Kecia comes out of the back room to the counter and says why’d you come in so late? They had to send out the phone. My daughter and I turn to each other and smile. She had to be joking. But no… It wasn’t a joke. No phone call to say, I couldn’t hold the phone for you please come up here right now with the new phone so I can get your files transferred for you. No remorse, no regret. No offer to try to do anything to help. Kecia didn’t flinch when I demanded to know how she could let this happen. It hadn’t even been 24 hours. She gave her word. Promised. We believed she was sincere. Its not like they didn’t have our phone numbers, they are our cell phone carrier!!! My daughter was inconsolable. We had to ask one of the other associates to give us the number to the insurance claims center as Kecia blew us off for another customer. They couldn’t help because in store Jump! go to a warehouse not to Assurant. I called TMobile customer service and explained what happened and the kind associate on the line was actually trying to locate the package and was making notes on the account of all the grief this caused. Not to mention was compassionate and truly understood how to provide customer service. I’m the end, the only thing she could do was give me a bill credit in the amount equal to what the phone case. But at least she did her job and apologized profusely… Over and over. If Kecia says she will do something for you, Do Not Trust Her. She has no integrity and does not care at all. Dispicable customer service from Kecia.

Service was fast and easy. Have had problems with T-Mobile in the past but not today. Great customer service. Professional as well.
