HORRIBLEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! i had to exchange some accesories my husband had gotten for me for our anniversary, was in the jewlery department for at least 15mins looking for someone to help and the girl that was standing 20feet away from me(turned out to be the manager for the department) did not even greet me nor bothered to ask if i needed any help. She was so busy talking to a young gentleman who also seemed to work there with her. They were wrapped up in «last night’s» events that they didnt even see me walking by 20times looking for help. I have always loved shopping at dillards in the past couple of years, however, last couple of times were a really bad experience(unproffessional staff) Poor choices picking out associates and managers to represent the company!

Walked and stood in the men’s dept at least 20 min. At first the salesman was at the register then walked the customer he was talking to almost out of the department. I walked past them twice he never asked if I needed help. And Roundtree and Yorke are my slacks of choice. Flirt with the women after work! No stars!

Worst customer service you will find! Especially in the shoe department! I bought these Giani Bini heels and they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The sales rep was rude and ironic. I worn the shoes once, almost broke my feet and the sales rep couldn’t even give me store credit. Considering Dillard’s reputation, this is unacceptable. Customer service and customer satisfaction is at a minimum. A company that wants to keep its clients and name up high should probably at least attempt to make people happy. Do yourself a favor and go shop at another store instead of paying double at Dillard’s and getting half the service.

An easy store to shop in but not the cheapest in town. They have a nice selection of mid to upper mid and high end merchandise.

Although I have always had positive shopping experiences in Dillard’s, it’s been a while since I bought any clothes there. This review is mostly for the Clinique counter. A few years ago, I used Clinique skincare products and had the best skin of my life(wow, I sound like an infomercial). However, I stopped buying their products, largely because the original salesperson who got me hooked(and several ones who«helped» me in future months at the same counter) insisted that I *needed* at least 10 different products. I was 28 or so at the time. There’s no reason that I needed THREE different wrinkle creams. Come on, people. Anyway, I wanted great skin so I got sucked into her spiel. The only problem was that 10 different products wasn’t really a maintainable regimen for me. My wallet was really hurting. So I gave up and switched to Mary Kay, and then eventually went to all-natural skincare, which(sadly) my skin REALLY does not like. Fast forward to present day, with my skin a hot Atlanta mess because, as I mentioned before, it does not like natural skincare. I was walking through Dillard’s and the Clinique counter called out to me. I went in, fully prepared to purchase all 8 million products that my original salesperson told me I needed in order to live. My skin is that bad right now. Imagine my surprise when she told me that(even with my horrifying skin eruptions and Saharan dryness issues)… I didn’t need all of those products. Shock and awe. A Clinique sales representative, telling me to buy less? Not that I didn’t still walk away from that counter with $ 250 worth of products. Because I did. But I felt good about it! Three cheers for Nisel at the Dillard’s Clinique counter! :D
