The Optometrist was very professional, the staff was prompt and courteous, my eye exam went quickly and I checked out quickly. I went into LensCrafters and received the same excellent service. They promised my new glasses would be ready in less than an hour and they texted me as promised. I’ve been going there for about ten years now and have always been pleased. I will continue my patronage! Thank you for your friendly staff! They are the best!

Bought a pair of glasses, was told would receive callback on arrival. Was told 7 – 10 days. Called store on 11th day but call was repeatedly terminated after between 0 – 5 rings (called 20 times). Contacted online help which had same issue, whose solution was for me to try to keep calling and that it was a phone issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I regret using this vendor.

I decided to try Lenscrafters & it was a complete waste of money. They in-​house optometrist incorrectly tested my vision & gave me an incorrect prescription. After I got my glasses & noticed something was wrong, I was told that my prescription was correct & to «give it time» to get used to the new glasses.
I went back a month later & complained that my left lens was still out of focus & I was re-​examined. Again, I was given an incorrect prescription.
I went back a few months later to complain again about my glasses. Then, a salesperson told me I would have to pay for a new exam, when my glasses have never been correct.
I wasted over $ 300 for glasses that are ineffective. Lenscrafters optometrists, service & skill is incompetent & overpriced. I will NEVER go back to them again.

I recently enrolled into VPC from my Humana insurance and went with LensCrafters as they accepted my insurance. I called and they verified I was eligible, told me over the phone and in person how much I would be paying, what would and wouldn’t be covered, etc.
They directed me online to fill out the new patient form and everything went smoothly. I was in and out in under an hour! That’s with a dilation instead of a retina scan for the eye exam. The office is busy but everyone is on their toes and very friendly.
My experience included signing up as a new patient, eye exam, contact fitting, and I’m coming back today 8÷19÷15 for my one week follow-​up so I can order contacts which was covered under my insurance allowance of $ 150!

I came in for contact exam and was given a contact prescription made out for acuvue oasys. They gave me a trial pair to try. I absolutely hate it and throw it out on the second day.
Then I tried to go online to order for Acuvue 2, which is the one I’ve been wearing for more than a year. The order was cancelled because the optometrist office denied it because the prescription was only made to order acuvue oasys.
I called them and ask if I could have the prescription change to Acuvue 2 and they told me I have to come in for another contact exam because I was only fitted for that particular one. This is the first time I heard such a thing. Not only that but I have to pay for another $ 55, which I just paid last week, for another exam! I requested to speak to the manager and she say she will call me back after she speak to the doctor. I’m still waiting for the call back. Never had such a difficult time at the eye doctor.

The dog ate my glasses! I walked in and was greated right away. I will have my new glasses in an hour, wow! I need to be able to see! Good people, good prices, and they work with my insurance company!

Nice location in The Mall of Georgia. Pretty good glasses selection and the doctors office in here is great! I actually walked in on a busy day and they fit me right in. The doctor was super nice and I didn’t feel pushed to buy any different, more expensive contacts, or anything of that nature. My follow-​up visit to see how my contacts were working was even better! I walked in, and they walked me right back to the room and the doctor walked right in two seconds later. They seem to be super organized, and have a great staff. I will travel out to Buford and go into The Mall of Georgia for this location again!

Came to get my son new glasses since his mom is too lazy and cheap to get good glasses!
1. Called at 3:45– was with the doc by 4;30. Great service. 15 min later done with that part.
2. Then paid and went out to pick out glasses for my son– frames. Not cheap– but quality Ray Bans– I asked Julia to pick them out and found a great pair.
3. We opted for a warranty, transition, and they will be ready in an hour then we can go eat sushi!!!
Professional, fast, knowledgeable. Will make this location my std for both our glasses. Happy camper!!! Thanks Julia for the great service and the team for fast demanding needs from me!

I lost my prescription glasses lately and I have to go back to lens crafters for replacement.
They are awesome and helped me get thru all my budgeting and selecting of frames, etc. They gave me awesome discount and blah blah blah. Now I can see clearly and thankful to Lens crafters.
