Is it that difficult to get a simple two sub order correct? Simple order, one meatball, and one hook and ladder. Asked for one on wheat, one on white. That’s all, nothing special. They got the bread reversed. When I pointed it out, I got«sorry bout that». No offer to correct the mistake. Poor training on customer service

Just found Unilocal so I must go back and harp on all the terrible service I have had. 5 months ago my family and I went to dinner at FHS Mall of Georgia. While ordering this young gentleman behind the counter kept looking at me and mumbling stuff to his co-worker and laughing. My family looks at me and asked if I knew him… The answer was no. We sat down were waiting for our food and the kid kept looking at me… I’m a normal person. The kid was the one that brought out of food and I met him half way and said do you have a problem, which he replied do you have a problem. I kindly said yes you don’t know me I would appreciate it if you stopped running your mouth about me and my family to which he return shoved the food into my hands. I was on the verge of revenge until I asked the«manager» who the owner was. She then states we do not give that information out and if you have a problem you can talk to me. I told her the situation and she said the kid was not talking about us «clearly». I called corporate and never got a call back. It’s been six months and still no call and we have not been back to any firehouse since. By the way if the young gentlemen with long shaggy red hair still works there it was him and a young African American woman as the manager. I was going to leave two stars but then got pissed off writing this so you deserve one.

Every time I goto this location I always get great food and great service! Been eating here for awhile and they haven’t let me down yet. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great sub!

YUM! Been wanting a meatball sub from here for a while and it did NOT disappoint! There is no comparison to those ‘other’ sub shops around. Yeah it costs a few dollars more but it is worth it!

One thing I can say about the Firehouse Subs venues that I have visited is that the food is consistent. Other chains have considerable variability even within the same venues — sometimes you can read the menu on the wall through a slice of their meat, and the next day the person running the slicer is very generous. I like Firehouse because I always know what I’m going to get. Plus I like their Cherry Limeade drink.

My first review… I am so excited! My wife and I were out today(Saturday) and got really hungry around 1pm, so we decided to stop at FHS by the Mall of Georgia. We both ordered medium combo meals… she got a cheese steak, chips and a drink and I got the #3 corned beef, chips and a drink. Total bill was about $ 16.00. It was a Saturday and crowded… really crowded… so we waited about 10 minutes for the food. They actually had one of the employees bring the food to our table, which was a surprise. When it arrived mine was the size of a hot pocket cut in half. Hers was a bit bigger because it had more filler since it was steak and cheese. I know we ordered medium meals but this really should have been marketed as a small. It would not have filled up our 11 year old son much less me, a grown man. We spent $ 16 and left hungry. Overall the food was decent but we both thought it was very over priced for what we got. About 2 weeks ago I went to Subway and it was a much better deal for the money. Will we go back to this FHS location or to a FHS franchise in the future? Probably not given the small portion and large price tag. The meal was decent, but forgettable.
