This place is amazing. They are honest, quick, and affordable. I’ve taken 4 cars in my household here and they provide great work. Work done here include brake pad replacement, ball joints, a broken dip stick, alignments, tires, rotation and balances, they do it all. I highly recommend this PARTICULAR store and associates. A nice FYI, you can apply for a CFNA credit card and transactions over $ 299 you get 6 months 0% financing. Great for those costly but needed repairs.

Best Firestone out there! I travel for work and have to stop for oil changes every couple of weeks. This was by far the best one I have visited. DeeDee is awesome! She was so friendly not just to me but everyone that walked in. Give this girl a raise!

I am a regular customer (over 10 years) and just started going to the Mall of Ga location. I would like to say it is so good to know that there are people who truly value «customer service». DeeDee is the best employee I’ve encountered when it comes to putting the customer first and providing «honest» recommendations. This is very rare in the automotive repair business now days. She is pleasant with everyone that walks through the door and you can tell she has an excellent reputation with all the customers!

I had taken my car in for an appointment I had for Brakes and an Oil Change. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me that one of the techs called in and they only had one tech and it would take a half a day to finish my car. I was not pleased and told the girl she should have called and told me that before I made the trip to Firestone. I had to drive to work on Monday with brakes that were grinding and I was petrified to stop. I sent an email to Firestone on Monday and telling them I wasn’t happy with what had happened. The manager called me 15 minutes later and told me he would like to take care of me by offering to replace my brakes for FREE! When I got there Monday after work, I mentioned to the gentleman there that my appointment was originally for brakes and an oil change but I would be thrilled to get the brakes for free if they didn’t want to do the oil change for free. When I picked up the car, they had suprised me by doing the brakes AND oil change for free. Now if that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is.
