Love this Wendys the best around best service and the people are so great food is hot couldn’t ask for a better lunch experience

I’d rate this place .1 stars, but Unilocal wouldn’t let me e.g. the One. Sometimes the speaker systems at Drive through restaurants make it difficult to speak, hear, or place an order: However, at this location… the difficulty surely stems from the poor Customer Service skills and lack-​luster attitude of the staff!
For starters, it is confusing to speak with more than one person at a time over a drive through speaker. I ordered a chicken snack wrap, and the gentleman who was took my order asked if I wanted «Grilled» or «Homestyle». I asked his opinion when a loud woman interjected answering some other question I had not asked. I had no idea what she was trying to say and repeated my question, «I was asking which was better the Grilled or the Homestyle»? I picked up an attitude as she said «Oh, Well HONEY WE didn’t hear any of that, try the grilled»!
I completed my order with a Burger and Fries for my 5 y/​o who was in the backseat, paid, and left. It was late and dark as I got about halfway home, stopped at a red light, and turned on the light to adjust my sandwich. To my dismay, I found a huge hair winking at me while marinating in my chicken wrap and I began to feel nauseous. I snatched the burger from my child, made him spit out what he was chewing, and (wasting gas) hurried back to Wendys. The loud woman was now taking orders and I politely said, «Hi, I was here moments ago and have found a hair inside of my sandwich, I would like to be refunded for my entire order». She said, «Okay, you can pull around».
I had already taken photos as she took the sandwich from me, examined it, even going as far as to dig her fingers in and pull the hair out. I didn’t need to see this, I was already creeped out enough. I wondered when her good Customer Service training would kick in, and she would resolve the issue I was having. After all, I now had an urgent date with my beloved bottle of Listerine. She asked for the other items back and she along with others began examining it also. I heard one employee say, as if he was somehow blaming me, «AND SHE ATE EVERY BIT OF IT»! (Which also served as a nasty reminder that, yes, we HAD eaten quite a bit of that contaminated cuisine prior to my discovery) as if I somehow knew in the dark that the hair existed and continued to indulge.
Tracy tried to close the window so that I did not hear the heckling going on and then said, «Im going to issue you a refund for everything except the fries, because you ate them». I responded, «The burger and fries were for my child. I made it halfway through MY sandwich & it is truly not a good feeling knowing that HAIR FOLLICLES made it into your food and that you & your child may have already ingested some. I couldn’t believe she tried holding me accountable after having served food that was not up to Health and Safety Standards.
To add insult to injury she processed my refund and said (Not Im sorry that you had this experience, or I apologize), «I don’t know who’s hair that was, it doesn’t match anyones here». I was done! It was NONE OF MY CONCERN WHOSE HAIR I had eaten, it could have blown in the window, or been an employees from another shifts for that matter; but I knew it did not belong in my sandwich… and that no one had paid close enough attention before tucking it into my order. Also, having taken photos, it CLEARLY WAS A MATCH to the Hair types of ATLEAST 3 of the employees there! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you have a taste for hair and abusive customer service!

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s iv ever been to this is the second time that I have gotten a home style chicken sandwich from this location and the chicken was frozen! Upon other things, Not happy!!!

Terrible service at the drive thru. Everything from them not listening and having to repeat the small order three times, to the disarray of our order once we got to the window, the entire experience showed that this particular location needs some training and obviously better management.

This Wendy’s is so close and open late. It is almost impossible to resist when those late night hunger pangs come. I have never had an issue with this place in terms of order accuracy or service, and Wendy’s, in my opinion, has the best fast food burgers. Win-​win.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The employees almost always get my order wrong and has quite the attitude every time I let them know about it. Overall, the food is fine but the service is absolutely awful.

Although I do not like how much the combo meal prices have increased over the past few years, I love Wendy’s. I would say that it’s my second favorite fast food burger place in Georgia (only after Chick-​fil-​A), and this Wendy’s in particular is the closest to my house.
Depending on how hungry I am (or frugal I’m feeling), I’ll either get an order of 5-​piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets (99 cents) and a Value-​Size Fries (99 cents) OR a Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich Combo ($ 6.09 for the «Small» combo, but I recall it being around $ 5.79 about two years ago). The Spicy Chicken Nuggets are decent, and the Natural-​cut Fries with sea salt are good — but Wendy’s makes an amazing Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich! Seriously. If you haven’t tried it yet, go and get it… Now! I love the seasonings and the *hint* of spice (it’s not really spicy to me, but I guess it is for some people).
I always get Buttermilk Ranch and BBQ sauces to dip my fries in, and I like that this particular Wendy’s does not charge for sauces. It peeves me that some Wendy’s restaurants actually charge for sauce when places like Chick-​fil-​A are so generous with their sauces!
Overall, this Wendy’s gets 4 stars for their consistently good food, especially my beloved Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich, as well as their fast and generally friendly service. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, too, and I noticed they had a 100/​A Health Inspection rating. =) This Wendy’s is about 5 miles away from my house, but if it was closer, I’d eat here way more often than once every two months. I guess it’s a good thing that it’s not that close…

Ok, so we can really review Wendy’s… Really?
The food is esquisite, it’s always fresh, however, if I arrive at 3PM like I usually do for Dinner, the fries have a certain rubbery texture to them. I’m pretty positive that they’ve never known a heat lamp… surely!
OK, for a Wendy’s it’s clean (and cold like Jeff said) and the staff is generally friendly and they do speak English! A plus!
Not only that! The staff can typically handle an order that is custom, like a hamburger with no mayonnaise! This is a major challenge at other Wendy’s.

I frequently go to this Wendy’s for lunch. The staff is always polite and food fresh. The bathrooms are always clean, and service is especially prompt for fast food. The only negative is the food is still just Ok being Wendys. The dining area is sometimes cold in the summer with the AC cranked all the way up.
