Carl’s Jr.

Breakfast is pricey and not good at all. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit was tasteless and hard. The hash browns were cold. For a place that wasn’t busy you think they’d have time to give fresh hot food. $ 7.19 for the meal total waste.

Ok usually this is my go to place for when i get out of work late. Its on the way and it cheap. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. (~$ 1.20) And lately the food is starting to match the price. Not once and not twice but on severally occasions I’ve been served stale meat and u can tell! After the first time i was like whatever but now its just ridiculous! I can even eat this! One bit and can tell! It’s disgusting! Aren’t they supposed to check the food before they serve it?!?

I drove thru this Carl’s Jr earlier today and the girl taking the order was so quick and rude. One order was placed and before even asking «anything else» she was so quick to give the total amount as if the drive thru was packed, there wasn’t any cars behind. And she also didn’t put any napkins in the bag of two burger combos, napkins are essential with burgers.

The Service: Very efficient. Staff behind the counter was very friendly
The Food: Sausage biscuit… SUPER SUPER SUPER SALTY! I think they put too much salty when they make the biscuit. The sausage is a little bit salty already… eat it with the salty biscuit, too much!

This Carl’s Jr has an average of only 2−¼ stars. I am going to add another 1 star review to this Carl’s Jr.
I was hungry so I decided to stop by Carl’s Jr. I ordered the Western Bacon Cheese Burger Combo. I paid the cashier, take my number, got my drink and sit down at one of the table.
When they bring the order to me, I used the Etekcity ETC 8250 Infrared IR Thermometer to take the temperature of the food.
The Fries were at around 130 F degree and the burger patty was around 100 F degree with both being dried. Per the FDA, the food should be maintain at least 140 F degree for safety reasons.
It is obvious that this food is not safe to eat per the FDA guideline. But I did not want to complaint especially with what I know. As I had a classmate in High School that work at one of the National Fast Food Burger Chain, which I will not mentioned the specific name, who told me that if you complaint and piss them off, they will play hockey with your burger patty. And I myself purchase a 2 pieces combo at a KFC and when I received it, one of the 2 side order was missing so I mentioned to the fat female cashier. She gave the missing side order. Unfortunately when I took it home miles away from the KFC, there was spit on one of the two chicken piece so I had to throw one chicken piece away.
Not wanting spit in my Burger or them playing hockey with my burger patty, I ate the cold Fries & Burger. The Fries were at 130 F degree was still warm enough so I finished the Fries. But the Burger was so cold and dries that I could only finished 60% of it and had to throw it in the thrash, even though I was very hungry and only had very little to eat all days.
If you want to check the temperature for yourself, buy the Etekcity ETC 8250 Infrared IR Thermometer so you can verify if what I said is true for yourself.

Do not go to this Carls Jr. Way overpriced. $ 1.50−2.00 more on average per combo meal. And they repeatedly mess us your drive through order. I ordered a double western combo and they gave me a big carl.

Stood in line while one employee at the register and another employee ordering food joked around. Neither person acknowledged us. Finally after nearly 5 minutes, the general manager comes out and takes our order. Very dry. Only stating «can I help you». When the food was brought to us (by the employee who was at the register joking)…all we got in terms of greeting was «#75». No thank you… no smile… just dropped the tray and walked away.
On the bright side… the food was great. Too bad the customer service sucked.

I wish there was a option for zero stars. Disgusting and horrible service. We simply ordered two combos and it came to $ 20, they overcharged us $ 4, charged an extra fry and extra drink. It wasn’t a complicated order. Left and they put the wrong order in the bag. Just ate it instead of dealing with them again. Tasted horrible. I wouldn’t ever go back ever. This is by far the worst location. Way to give carls jr a baddd name.

Carls jr has the best chicken sandwhiches. I love the spicy chicken sandwhich and the big bacon Swiss chicken sandwhich. I went there the other day and in my medium fries there was three onion rings I don’t know why but I still love carls jr!!! This place is so frustrating when you go through their drive thru. These people are some of the slowest employees ever! If you want to eat here, avoid the drive thru! You get your food faster inside.

The most disgusting restrooms ever. Reflection of the restaurant. I’d like not to have a fecies burger.

Especially the green burrito menu is delicious especially the street tacos. This street tacos remind me of those tacos they sell in downtown l. a (the ones u see in every corner).

No better, no worse then the hundreds of other Carl’s Jr joints I’ve been to in my lifetime…

So pissed right now! Got the wrong order, but they sure as shit got the right charge correctly! How does a Cod burger end up as the western bacon burger? Also, ordered a burger protein style, meaning wrapped in lettuce. The crap I got was thrown together, all sloppy. I get it’s not a gourmet meal, but shit! If I pay for something I expect to get what I want!

Gotta say — Carl’s Sweet Potato Fries are GREAT! They’re best, of course, when they’re hot, but these babies are even good when they cool off. Try ‘em!
Also — Carl’s Grilled cheese bacon burger is GOOD!
This Carl’s drive-​up window service is always fast and friendly too.

Carl’s Jr. is my favorite fast food chain.
This particular one is excellent because they usually have one item a lot cheaper than other Carl’s Jr. franchises.
For a while it was the $ 1 Famous Star, and now it is the $ 2 Big Carl.
Always great for a late night dinner/​4^th meal!
PROTIP: Big Carl = $ 2! Try it!

Fast food is really only for hangovers and time management issues in my life. Such as coming home from vacay and not wanting to grocery shop, then well past the dinner hour knowing something had to be done and it could not be pizza. So we decide to try a Green Burrito part of Carl’s Jr. for the first time. The Order was;
nacho taco– so-​so– crispy shredded lettuce, ground beef was just okay
green burrito w/​chicken-​excellent and huge, only complaint is that they skimped a little on the green sauce
chicken bacon ranch taco– reminded my boyfriend of old school (aka good) Taco Bell
steak quesadilla– dry, not cut, bland, but finished nonetheless
steak nacho deluxe– excellent for my taste, but be aware no jalapenos and it is nacho cheese not shredded.
For what it was, it was good.
