This location is always great to come to! I came in today and the workers were all so friendly and lively (as seen in the picture). The recommendation the girl made was great and was made quickly. Thank you for the great customer service and great smoothie!

Friday afternoon I walked into Jamba Juice and the girl in the blonde hair with blue eyes was so fucking rude. She snatched my debit card out of my hand, like that was so unnecessary and unprofessional. Whether a she’s having a bad day or not her attitude needs to change in the work environment. Disappointed with my customer service at this location.

Best Jamba Juice location hands down! I came in the other day and was instantly greeted. The staff was all friendly, and the brunette girl (I think her name was kiara?) at the register was so friendly and helped me decide on an order. I will definitely be costing more often, the drink was delicious and the customer service was great!

Slooooow service, at least the music was so loud the juice server couldn’t hear 2 patrons waiting for service at 7:15a ! (that’s sarcasm !) then she makes an energy bowl for herself before serving waiting customers ! Weak

I went on Sunday around 5pm and there was no lines =]. I got to order quickly but the person on the register did not look like she wanted to be there. Its alright though, I got my drink and I was out of there as fast as i could.

This jamba juice is located behind the olive garden. We had some trouble finding it. Parking is pretty busy. It was around Sunday at 4. We got our drinks fast. And my drink was delicious!

I tried the tropical greens juice. It was disgusting. Before I ordered it I asked the Asian cashier girl if it was any good and she said its the most popular and she loves it. It was so gross. So gross mushy and pasty. I think I just drank mushed up grass with a spoonful of pineapple juice. Bleh

Probably one of the worst Jamba Juice locations in existence. If you could pin point something as an example of why the company is going bankrupt, it’s probably this store. Employees don’t really care to do their job. I ordered through the Jamba Juice app and they said they didn’t receive the order. They also told me they couldn’t refund. So I was out of juice and out of money. I can’t wait for their financial woes to catch up to this location and for it to get shut down.

I always have a good experience at Jamba Juice except for this time. Considering the price you pay for drinks… I was quite upset when I got to my car (on the other end of the parking lot) and took a sip and got like a taste of something rotten. You know when an orange is not good anymore it has that weird taste? Or better yet when orange juice is expired… something like that. And it took over the whole drink that I couldn’t even drink it. I threw it away :(so upset … My advice is try your drink right away while you’re there so you can have them make another of its nasty like mine was.

Pet peeve… why wouldn’t they just fill the @$%} class with the smoothy left in the blender vs tossing it and leaving me with a short fill and bad taste in my mouth

Jamba Juice has always been a favorite place of mine. I remember buying their steel cut oatmeals which was 100 times better than the flimsy and cardboard like version from Starbucks.
I especially enjoy their smoothies. Since today was a really hot day in Burbank at over 100 degrees, I was sweltering so decided I’d take a break and have a smoothie.
I saw they had added a variety of new flavors and I saw the new Peanut Butter Moo’d which the guy at the counter confirmed with me as a really good one so I went with that. Man, he was right! I love peanut butter and they were actually able to make the peanut butter work with a slight tart taste in the background. Who knew?
I loved it and would have it again next time! Jamba Juice is a perfect place to come in for a refreshing beverage or bite.

Rudest staff. I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes with no greeting and an attitude by the little Armo chick working in the morning when she opened with «So you ready…»
I used to be a lead for years with Jamba. I’d fire this entire morning crew if I could. SMH…

Love this location! Always make my drinks right and never wait too long. Mary is usually here and she is an absolute pleasure! She’s always really patient with me since I tend to be one of those indecisive customers and she always tells me exactly what’s in the drink which helps me make my decision :) overall, great location!

You may THINK this is just another Jamba Juice. And you’d be right. It’s located in a very cool complex with lots of choices. There is a TON of parking, but it is almost constantly busy. Today… A Saturday at 5, the gym nearby was nearly vacant, but this parking lot is stuffed. Be prepared to look for parking for a few minutes useless you luck out. Inside Jamba Juice of course it’s refreshing and the staff is friendly. They also have their new point system that you can sign into for free and get discounts and such. I usually get the Peanut Butter Moo’d here because it’s delicious and I add protein for after my workout.

I had a great experience at Jamba Juice. The worker helping me out, Mary, was very friendly and nice. She knew the ingredients of all of the juices and helped me make my decision. This Jamba is one I go to very often, and Mary is the reason. She is very welcoming and makes her customers happy with her enthusiasm.

A ton of parking spots; not a single one available. Not sure if the 6:00 PM timeframe in a food-​laden plaza had something to do with it, but we had to circle the area a few times before I just jumped out to take my place in line. Absolutely redonculous!
A tiny mix up with my order, but the staff was nice and acknowledged the error. Would definitely visit this JJ again, but during a less congested time.

I don’t usually come here during lunch because parking is pretty much impossible. But today I felt patient and was craving jamba so I braved the parking job.

I visit jamba juice about once a year and when I do I never experience any problems.
The service is fine, and I love the fresh, delicious flavors of the mango smoothie and the razmataz. I’ve also tried the piña colada but I think it got taken off the menu.
