The people are friendly enough but i guess its the business model of Verizon that does not allow them to actually help. I had a grandfathered unlimited data plan, and over the years Verizon has jacked up their prices. I have been due for an upgrade for 2 years but did not want to follow thru with it b/c I would be FORCED lose my unlimited data. It came to a point to where I I just had to change phones due to the out of date software and slowing way down and my phone broke from a drop. So I bit the bullet and went in for a new phone. I did a three generation jump form the Galaxy S3 to the S6. They didn’t have the phone I truly wanted and given i needed a phone that day I had no choice but to settle. As a customer paying top dollar I should never have to settle. The customer has lost all power here and is no longer valued if the response to this is «well you get what you get.» Now you would think that changing my plan from unlimited data to a fixed amount would cheapen my monthly bill but it absolutely did not. I went to the 12g plan and my bill didnt move? Going from UNLIMITED to 12G. I have been with Verizon for 11+ years and have always been in good standing. At no point did I feel valued as a customer and i’m stuck with a phone that i didn’t truly want on top of staying with Verizon b/c they do offer better service in my opinion, but not any kind of customer care. I don’t blame the store itself, it’s obviously a problem with Verizon customer care in general but I shouldn’t have to go broke just to have good service and a plan that fits my needs.

Love this store! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My phone charge port broke on my phone and I needed to get another one ASAP because I use my phone for business. I was really torn in regards to what new phone I should purchase. Due to the experience and knowledge of the staff they were able to find the perfect phone for me. This is not an easy task because I am very picky about my phone and I had lots of questions which they were able to answer. They were also nice enough charged my battery in one of their devices at their store. This allowed me to back up all my content on my old phone so I could restore it on my new phone.
