WORST Taco Bell in the area. The food is whatever, its just Taco Bell, after all. And the area is clean but the SERVICE SUCKS. Its like the place is manned by George Romero’s zombies — the people who work there moves SO SLOOOOWLY. Every order should NOT take 15 minutes to fulfill. It’s fast food!

My experience at this Taco Bell was a terrible one. Not only did they mess up my order but the Siera Mist tasted like soap. I am very upset and this experience will make ever regret going to this particular Taco Bell.

This is a nice little Taco Bell very close to the Warner Bros studios in Burbank. This is one of the smaller Taco Bells I’ve ever seen, otherwise it’s pretty standard.
Boy, just finished eating. The steak burrito wasn’t bad, but a little too much rice. How I wish I was eating a King Taco al Pastor right now :-(… I know, it’s not fair to compare because their in very different leagues…
Here’s what liked…
* Nice, clean, and safe looking area to pull over.

Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Very small parking lot. I had to park in the street. Didn’t want to mess with the cramped parking. The lot is much better for small compacts.
Food = as expected
Seating area = very clean
Service = friendly
Restroom = very clean

This place should get a nomination for the worst Taco Bell in the nation. The workers here do not care about their job. Avoid this location like the plague. This place needs to get shut down fast. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I’d like to warn any potential customers about this disastrous Taco Bell. Go down the street to the other one, you’ll thank me later.

Absolutely horrible and incompetent employees. I ordered drive thru in the rain, they messed up my drink to a freeze then I got home to a cheese quesadilla instead of a steak quesadilla. It was also cold.

This place is way understaffed, and your wait time will reflect this.
Take the time to drive down to the store at Magnolia and Buena Vista. That place actually has its s*** together.

What an ass of manager there is 4 people inside one is eating the rest are talking after 10 minute the ass tells me cashier coming in not cashier told him 3 of you taking together one is the cashier!

I made my order it was 7:52 pm. I only got my food at 8:11 pm… to top it off, my quesarito was super messy. Not worth the wait, many other Taco bell joints near by.

Taco Bell is a known quantity, and sometimes it just hits the spot. I find that the employees here, however, are the sweetest group of young people I’ve encountered in a long time.
Consistently. Courteous, smiling, patient, respectful, AND the order is always correct. I wish I could say the same for the frou-​frou places that have sprung up in Toluca Lake, with their often-​snooty employees.

So slow. Bad customer service multiple times messed up order. Would drive to another before I came back.

I used to live at Taco Bell when I was in high school and I haven’t been back since, so is it fair to write a review on a fast food restaurant I haven’t been to in years? Sure, this is Unilocal,go for it girl.
I did love their tacos. Crunchy shell, well marinated meat, good lettuce to cheese to meat ratio, what’s not to love? especially at 1:00am after a night out with friends. Not drinking… remember? i was in high school at this time. I remember I stopped coming to Taco Bell at around the time the Gordito had made it’s appearance, holy heck, how long has it been now? I was lucky enough to try it and honestly, I liked it. Crazy, I know, but I was a high schooler with absolutely no taste buds and 5 dollars to my name. I also liked the cinnamon twists, yum! and the mountain dew berry blast? also a winner in my book.
I don’t remember the service being that bad, it wasn’t every crowded when I would order and the drive through was fine in my opinion. The inside could use a little more cleaning up from time to time but again, I digress, it’s been a while since I came here so I don’t even know how it is now.

Slowest service ever!!! Even if it’s te simple items on the dollar menu!!!
Anytime I ever order 3 times in the last 6 months I’ve always had this issue AND if that wasn’t enough anytime I order something with «beef» I have an upset stomach within 30 minutes after consuming it!
I feel bad for the workers because the owner can’t seem to hire more people… THEYRE UNDERSTAFFED

Not bad as far as a Taco Bell goes. They alway get the order correct, and seem to move at a decent pace. Not sure what else one could expect:

Bad service! The owners will try to take your order and completely mess it up and act like it your fault. Go through drive-​through and you will be late for work. Inside as your ordering the owners will interrupt. There is a Taco Bell 2 blocks away. The food is always bad and spoiled I have called the health department on them. Do Not Eat Here! Don’t spend your money here!!!

Just had a lovely experience at this Taco Bell! I’ve come to the drive through before and that was good. Went in today and tried a new quesadilla with steak and cheese (sorry, forgot the name). It was delicious! The eat in area is very clean. Booths, tables and floor. My food was made fast too. They were very nice and called my name when it was ready. The manager or owner (I’m guessing) was very polite and helped me with my order. He came over to check that everything was good and let me try the new cinnamon desert. Highly recommend this location as it’s been the best one I’ve eaten at yet! Thanks, I’ll be back!

The drive through is good but geez, going inside for breakfast isn’t exactly fast food. Twice now it’s taken forever, even just ordering one burrito.

Omg drive thru at 2pm took over 20min missed my lunch bc of it really! Please hire or retrain staff to take orders in a quick fashion and not ask to repeat my 3times simply drive up the street to victory and get better service there

On our way north ordered two tacos and two beef burritos with green sauce. Our receipt showed the correct order (beef burritos– red sauce + green sauce) but we got normal red burritos with a small amount of green sauce added. I wouldn’t have realized it had any green sauce in mine except some dripped out.

This review is solely for their «Chicken Biscuit» taco.
Whoever the fuck came up with that horrible shit should be beat up with the douchebag idiot that decided it was a good idea to market it to the public. I thought, in my infinite fucking wisdom, that i’d try something new, that’s what I get for thinking.
The shit has no flavor, the «gravy» it comes with looks like cottage fucking cheese and guess what… no flavor! Oh and the worst part, as soon as you try to eat it… the goddamn thing falls apart. If it was tasty I could get past the crumbling mess, but it wasn’t and I couldn’t.
Taco Bell, please stick with what you know. You know how to make fattening, greasy, sodium-​laden, cheap shit food. Live mas.
