Great customer service. Suggested a really delicious pizza called the Thai Pizza and it was. I was told to order this on a gluten free dough for a healthier and crunchier dough. So Unilocalers… give it a try and see what you think. Happy eating! Update: too bad this location closed down… heard a brawl broke out between employees and customers. True or not, its still lame reason for closing.

I’be been here time to time and I always order a single slice of pepperoni pizza. It’s fantastic! The best pizza I can find in Burbank. I recommend.

passed on the pizza which was a mistake. I ordered two items for $ 6.95, a pear & Gorgonzola salad and half turkey sandwich. I held the Dijon and mayo on the sandwich and the taste was deli-esq. dry and the baguette was flakey but not crispy. the salad was very dry and the dressing tasted like Kraft dressing. I think I prefer subway. I recommend Only ordering pizza at this place

All my gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, and vegan brothers and sisters rejoice! Zpizza has you covered! Yes, this place has gluten-free pizza crust. Yes, they have vegan Daiya cheese too,(which is not soy-based, bonus!) They even have a very yummy vegan chipotle pesto in case you don’t particularly care for tomato sauce. They have an exciting selection of veggie toppings, including zucchini and shiitake mushrooms. The owner of this franchise is super nice and helpful, and answered all my questions and odd requests with a smile. The only problem that I have with this place is that it is all the way in Burbank. Which I guess is good, because I shouldn’t really be eating pizza anyway. At least I have to make an effort to drive all the way over there if I want to be naughty.

WTF is with the bad reviews? First off let me start by saying I hope you don’t go out of business now that you don’t have me as a weekly customer, Z-Pizza(because I moved –not for any other reason). Second of all — I think the people writing reviews have REALLY bad taste and like crappy delivery pizza b/c this place is great! First of all they have online ordering — which is great. I don’t have to talk to some bonehead on the phone that MAYORMAYNOT be paying attention to my specific requests(and believe me I know I can be annoying!). wait I think I said ‘first off’ like ten times. either way. ADDITIONALLY they may be the ONLYPLACEINTHEUNIVERSE that can make a BBQ chicken pizza WITHOUTONIONS(when you ask for no onions) *GHASP*. Why oh why oh WHY is that so hard for people to comprehend? Anyway they almost ALWAYS got my order correct which is totally abnormal for take out — I pretty much just expect everything to be wrong and get SHOCKED when its all there AND correct(yes I feel lowering expectations is the best way to forego disappointment nowadays.) I usually ordered the pizza«well done» so it was a little crispier — but the options are great — all organic ingredients AND lots of options for those who have food allergies/intolerance’s and they DO pay attention to the requests! Plus their tiny little dessert cup things are fabulous! Delivery was always timely & friendly, and prices are good for ORGANIC and delicious food. If you want a $ 5MSG pizza go somewhere else! My favorites were the BBQ chicken pizza and Hawaiian style pizza. OH you can do ½ and ½ pizzas of any kind too I you don’t want leftovers(weirdos).

Awful, Terrible, Super Lousy! Avoid at all costs!!! One pizza with one topping, a Ceasar salad and one drink= $ 36.00!!! Pizza was undercooked and dry. How does that happen? Well, you undercook it and you put no toppings or sauce on it– that’s how that happens. What a horrible disappointment. And to top it all off, we waited 45 minutes for that mess. Never, Ever, Ever, Ever again. If there were minus stars, this would be minus a million.

Ultimately the pizza was passable but didn’t taste oven fired ATALL. So that threw me off. It was thin crust and so should have had a crisp but it didn’t and almost had a stale«bite» to it. Flavor was fine, nothing impressive. I would have given it a 3 star but the cashier yelled across the room at a pedestrian walking in to use the restroom(not a customer) and persisted until he left the restaraunt… It was pretty unappealing and I mean, REALLY, it’s a few rolls of TP? If I had to pick between disturbing my customers and letting someone use my bathroom???

This review is not for the food, but for the ambiance, and overall customer service experience. Keep in mind that Z pizza is a chain. The other shops I’ve been in: fantastic, especially the West Hollywood store. But this spot in Burbank is terrible. First of all, the signs all over the restaurant telling you their policies, what you can and cannot do, that you cannot use the restroom if you are not a customer, really speak to the inability to run a business well: customer service means enforcing policies kindly and fairly, not pointing to some cheap sign you printed on your Mac and then stuffed into a page protector. These policies make me not want to give you my money. ZPizza is a bit spendy, but in my opinion worth it; however, that is contingent upon me not despising the owners. Even worse is the fact that you have to get a key to open the restroom. I get that it could be annoying for non-customers to use the restroom, but what about customers? Hey!: you serve food that is traditionally eaten with the hands, and when you go to the restroom to wash them, the last thing you want to touch afterwards is some nasty key on a measuring cup that spends 50% of its time lying on a nasty, bathroom surface! The service wasn’t polite, but cordial, borderline apathetic, and the mood was depressing. I will not be going back to this spot, which is too bad, because I really do think that the product is solid. To the owners of this place: please sell to someone who can do a better job. The End.

Only 3 chips with a sandwich? I’ve ordered from here twice and both times were just«whatever». I may be weird for getting a sandwich from a pizza place but the first time I got the chicken curry sandwich which was ok but bland. The second time was ridiculous. I ordered a turkey sandwich which was a bit skimpy on the meat and only arrived with 3 chips! Not my favorite place and with the plethora of pizza /sandwich places in Burbank, there are better options than here.

This place is amazing. IF your like me and have a sibling or close family that cannot eat gluten, this is the place you must go to to make the whole family happy. My sister cannot eat anything gluten or cross contaminated gluten. It is hard to eat out. That being said, we tried this place out, and get great results The pizza is yummy, it has great quality, and its consistent. The pizza can be ordered in a gluten free format, just let them know that you are allergic to gluten, and they will change their gloves and use different workspace where it is nowhere near gluten anything. To top this off, i went one time and they had a promo that if you buy 1 large pizza you get the 2nd large pizza for free! good service.

I’m only speaking for delivery pizza. Not enough cheese and too much pepperoni for too little crust(and I like thin-crust pizza!). I’m not one of those ‘eww meat’ type of people but you can only take so much of salty, sort of spicy pepperoni when there isn’t enough cheese or crust to balance it out. The only saving grace was the Caesar salad(with avocado I stole from the California salad)

Not bad at all. My friend and I usually either hit up Z Pizza or Buffalo Wild Wings right across the way before our usual midnight movie premieres at the burbank AMC16 right there. I’ve had the chicken caesar salad and it was pretty good, but I usually get the ZBQ pizza(bbq chicken pizza). It’s a really tasty pizza don’t get me wrong… but when I am really craving pizza I’ll take Vito’s or Dino’s pizza over this place any day. The thing I do like is I never feel bloated after I eat this pizza, it’s pretty light and as «healthy» as a pizza can be. Good cheap pizza, good service, worth a try if you haven’t had it.

Wow, my experience was so bad here today it’s inspired me to write my first-ever review! I’ve been a Z Pizza regular since it opened a couple of years ago. I work in the area, and this is one of the few places to get a quick, cheap lunch, so I’m a fan of the $ 6.95, two slices and a drink special. But it’s been a few months since I’ve been here, and man, have things changed! We walked in, and the dude behind the counter barely acknowledged us. I stepped up to the counter and ordered two slices(from the magical revolving readymade pizza display thing at the counter). The guy who took my order seemed a little put out at having to take my money and put my slices on a plate. Difficult tasks, both, I know, but could you at least force a smile for a customer’s sake? Now, in the past, the premade pizza has been piping hot, the service has been at least marginally friendly, and not only that, but they would offer to ‘crisp’ your slice in the oven. No crisping offer this time. Strange. I took my plate of pizza and cup and went over to the soft drinks, and… no iced tea(there is usually a giant carafe next to the soda machine). Went back to the counter to ask if they were just out of tea, or??? The other dude behind the counter just stared at me and said, «It’ll take one minute» while the other other dude who was making salads glared at me with disgust as if I’d just said I liked to eat dog poo. We took our food outside since the weather was so beautiful, figuring we would eat while we waited for the iced tea to brew. Took one bite of my pizza and… ew. Lukewarm, and NOT good. I’ve had many a tasty slice at this place, so this was particularly disappointing. By the time we’d finished eating, the tea was finished brewing and I was able to at least enjoy that on the walk back to the office. So disappointed in Z Pizza. Bad food, bad service. Not sure I will return.

YES! Finally! Gluten free pizza that doesn’t suck. I love you so much, Z Pizza. Thank you for the impossible. Just an FYI, the consistency of the Burbank pizza is different than the Larchmont location. I think it’s because the Burbank location uses a special wood/fire type oven and Larchmont uses a rotating fire-less(from what I could see) oven. So ya, although it tastes the same, the consistency of the Burbank crust is much better. If you are gluten free, go! It is much better than the whole foods pizza and pretty much on par with Lucifer’s in Los Feliz. They also list the GF toppings here. So nice to be able to order knowing you are not going to suffer. Five stars, YEAH!

Not bad, Z Pizza. Not bad at all. So to be fair, I only had one slice of vegan pizza, but it was pretty good. Not the most phenomenal thing I’ve eaten, but a good choice for vegan eats and a super convenient spot. I will update next time I drop by for a legit meal because I know you’re all impatiently waiting for my opinion on things.
