GNC

I come in here often to purchase the same item. However, I do not need comments or the one jabs from the employees on how often I purchase this item and how often I frequent GNC. Its rude and can they mind their own business please? I’ve transitioned to ordering online because of the lack of the pleasant customer service.

Is is really that hard to put the hours of eperations in here? I mean I call and call, no one picks up either. It would help not just me but also others who would like to visit this store.

It’s the first GNC I’ve been to where the sales person didnt try to push other ish on me. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me and I was in and out of there. That’s much appreciated customer service! Probably met his quota for the day with all the rich Burlingame folks that shop there lol. But if you want to shop in peace this is the GNC to go to!

After having a TERRIBLE experience (read last post on GNC Foster City) it was an absolute relief to come into this GNC. The guy that worked at GNC must work out himself. He had so much information to give to me that I didn’t even ask for. It was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all the information that he gave me.

I often come to GNC because my boyfriend is always running low on his work out supplements. The ones at the malls are kind of cramped and when we stumbled across this one, we were so happy because
1) The store is usually empty
2) Conveniently located in downtown Burlingame’s newest shopping plaza (Yogurtland, Safeway, Pizza my Heart, etc.)
3) The employees are nice and helpful.
I think this store has been open for a while, but we always see the same guy working. His name is Erick and he’s very informative. So feel free to ask him about anything in the store from Workout Supplements to dietary vitamins to whatever is in the store. This GNC does carry a lot of stuff and as usual GNC has some pretty good prices. You can sign up to be a gold member so that you can get one week sale at the beginning of each month, but I really don’t think it is necessary. Especially if you are someonn like me and just goes in to buy something once in a while.
I took off one star because every time I go in… there is no music playing! It kind of gives me the chills!
