Best gluten free pizza in the Bay Area! Very generous with utensils, pepper flakes and cheese!

Run by kids.
The pizza here is fine, good for the price. The kids meal, where they make their own, that’s fun.
But this location is being run by kids that are not too concerned with customer service. They chose to make my children wait for food while they watched some computer problem slowly resolve itself. No effort at all to keep people fed while the computer was sluggish. I had to go up twice to complain, each time being told by a teenager to just sit and wait. With my hungry kids. 25 minutes before I could put pizza in my 2^nd grader’s hands.

I love thin pizzas and they have pesto which is my favorite! Plus I get free pesto ranch… YES! I have tried Big Sur which is another favorite. One slice can get me content but two slices is a lot unless I haven’t ate anything all day. This location was very clean and I always love the people working at every location. They are all so cheerful and they just give great customer service! They make me happy to eat their pizza. Haha how cheesy of me…(I did not just try to make a joke…) I did take away a star because I think $ 4.50 for a slice is out of my budget.

Stopped by for dinner around 8:45 and although the food was good. Our experience was ruined by the filth. Every single table had dirt, food, grease, crumbs and part of the floor was impassible from filth. Although it was only my boyfriend and I and one other patron. The 6 people working could not manage to wipe the tables or the floor.

Pizza My Heart was a place I stopped by regularly in high school, but stopped going to once I could afford lunches over $ 5/​meal… Then I found myself in Burlingame wanting delivery dinner, and this turned out to be a great option! We ordered a half Watsonville Apple, half Maverick’s. Both were yummy, but I recommend trying the Apple if you are looking for somethng a little more unique! A medium pizza was a decent amount of food for two, leaving just the perfect amount of hunger left for dessert. :P

I ordered six large pizzas for 15 people. It was the perfect amount to feed everyone and tasted great. I ordered delivery, and the order arrived thirty minutes early. The person taking my order on the phone was super helpful and patient even when I accidentally gave the wrong card information and had to repeat the card information again. The delivery man was very polite and helpful, too. I will most definitely order Pizza My Heart the next time I visit Burlingame.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Anywhere. (Nice surfer ambiance, though). I can’t believe this place is in business! For $ 4.50 I got a slice of combo pizza that seems as if it has only a thimble’s full amount of sauce, scarce toppings, and a paper-​thin chewy and overcooked crust.
I live in the neighborhood and had never eaten at any Pizza My Heart. I was really hoping for a better initial experience that would leave me wanting to come back for more! Instead, this will my last visit. But not the last time I tell someone how disappointed I was…

I called at 730 for a pizza 1 medium pizza… They told me 45 min to an hour I said ok… An hour an 10 min passed and I called to check on my pizza she verified me by my PHONE NUMBER and told me he was on his way… 30 minutes later now 930, I get a call saying that they didn’t have my correct PHONE NUMBER on file so the driver couldn’t contact me, whereas when I called earlier the female VERIFIED my identity with the CORRECT. Phone number on file… I waited around for 2 hours on a pizza that I didn’t receive HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!
and I’m still hungry smh!

I love it here! Wednesday’s special with pastrami and pepperoncini is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Their ordering system is very effective. It reminds me of Philz Coffee. Order a slice and pay while they warm it up for you. Once it’s ready you can grab it and go. Definitely my favorite place for lunch on The Ave.

First and last time going to this place. First off I called to get a pick up and he said 25 minutes. I should up in 20 minutes and it was done. I drove 5 minutes to my house and had a bite it was cold. The crust was hard and chewy. Tasted like rubber. Flat out one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had!

The pizza here is amazing!!! They sell by the slice, and the slices are a great size! The quality of pizza is also really good.
Also, the environment of the restaurant is very nice. The people who work there are friendly, and the music there is great! The wait is always very short, so if you are in a rush, this is definitely the place for you!
Overall, this is one of the best pizza restaurants I have ever tried. I go there all the time after school and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
if you are looking for something new to try, The Maui Wowie (Hawaiian) is my all-​time favorite.

This is my go to spot for picking up pizza for my youth volunteers. I have had better pizza, but I love that my volunteers really appreciate it. They have really great pesto ranch dressing so I always recommend getting a salad to go with your pizza. Also… bonus, they will deliver!

So I was on my way to Five Guys and instead went to Pizza My Heart. I just couldn’t resist some yummy pizza! The guy working the register immediately greeted me and was very friendly. I ordered the combo which included a slice of pizza, Cesar salad and a drink. I added another slice to my order and the total was $ 12. Well priced for the amount of food I got. The Cesar salad was delicious. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was awesome! Pizza is always good here, I go the the Hawaiian pizza which had lots of pineapple and ham on it. Overall, good food and prices and great customer service!

Have to take away a star for the ordering process. Every time we call it’s completely unprofessional, with the employees consistently laughing and having side conversations in my ear, saying «what?», and repeating the order back wrong until you correct them 3 times.
Tonight I called and said «hi I’d like to order delivery?» I SWEAR the girl goes «ooh.uh…(long pause).»
So I say hello? She says «yeah?»
Basically they all seem pretty out of it, or like they are texting while talking to you and can’t pay attention.

My new favorite place! If you love pesto and pizza, this is the perfect place to have it… it’s easy to order and everyone that works here knows customer service. They smile, they are all nice and the service is awesome! They are organized as well. The wait is not that long either, even if there’s a long line. To eat in or to go, the service is consistent. The place is pretty clean, hopefully it stays this way.

We came back to ask if someone turned it in and yes, someone turned it in-​thank you whoever you are!

Love this small local chain. Good pizza and a good value. I have been here a number of times, and always happy with the quick service. Fun place to relax, watch TV, and enjoy great food. The people that work at Pizza My Heart also contributes for the pleasant ambient. Fast and efficient take out. Friendly staff and customer service is super. This restaurant offers a good variety of interesting specialty pizzas by the slice and salads in addition to whole pizza. Selections include some with meat and others with veggies only. Something for everyone and all look good. The two we tried (Santa Cruz and D’Lex chicken & bacon) were very good and I expect the others would be also. Always fresh toppings, several menu items, soft drinks unlimited on site. If you like a pizza with a thin crust, plenty of mozzarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, and basil leaves this place will satisfy your needs. They are located at a nice shopping center in Burlingame and you will find that this is that kind of place where locals do their shopping and have their meals so it gets crowded at meal times. I will definitely go back to try their other pizzas.

I always order from PizzaMy Heart. I’m live in an apartment building, and this time they call and ask me to go downstairs to pick up. I felt so bad for the delivery guy, I guess they have new policy he cannot go upstairs, Buy it was good Pizza, I like it.
I give 3 star for new policy. And 5 star for Pizza.

Super long wait for really average pizza while the whole time a dude is yelling names at the top of his lungs.
We ordered a whole pepperoni, slices of cheese and two slices of chicken & bacon. The cheese was decent but the crust was a little dry. Pepperoni was oily. They managed to forget the rest of my order so I had to go back up after 20 minutes and find out where the rest of my slices were. Really lame that things don’t come out together so you wind up eating separately.
The chicken on the chicken and bacon I think tasted and were shaped like those packaged up chicken slices from the grocery store.
On the positive side they have a Coca-​Cola freestyle machine so all the kids get their favorite beverage and the pizza slices come on frisbee so you can stage a world-​class food fight.
There must be good pizza and ambiance in Burlingame. It’s just not here.

I’m glad that there’s a closer Pizza My Heart to me in Burlingame. Now, if only they can keep moving north and open one in South San Francisco. But I guess I’ll have to settle with picking up a Big Sur from here. I only wish they’d deliver out to SSF, that would be cool.
If you’ve read my PMH San Mateo review, then you know I how much I really like the Big Sur. I love garlic, and this sucker is fully loaded with it.
Big Sur —

40 Cloves of Roasted Garlic, Organic Tomato Pizza Sauce, Pepperoni, Sausage, Portobello Mushrooms & Green Onions.
I’ve also ordered their DLex pie for a half and half pie along with the Big Sur.
The Dlex is fully loaded as well with Chicken, Bacon, Mushrooms, Garlic, Green Onions in a White Sauce. It’s an awesome combo!
Parking here isn’t too bad but like the San Mateo location, it can get hard to find a spot during peak hours. It’s a good location regardless and close to a lot of other cool places in downtown Burlingame.

A standard Pizza My Heart gets 4 stars based purely on the freshness and variety of toppings, the tasty crust that has a good crunch outside and chewy inside, and the freebies (get a punch card and you’ll get either a drink, salad or slice of pizza for free practically every time).
The Burlingame location loses a star and a half for the following infractions:
1. Ordered a slice of Big Sur pizza on a Tuesday night which was «accidentally given to someone else». Ended up waiting for 35+ minutes for them to make another pizza. Granted, they made up for the wait with an additional free slice and more punch cards — the reason why this isn’t a 2 star review.
2. Too many Burlingame area teenagers who frequent the joint, act like jackasses, and smirk at you while they do so.
3. On another visit, one of the guys tossed away a perfectly good slice of pepperoni pizza because it wouldn’t fit on one of the pizza pans. Don’t these entitled teenagers realize there are starving masses in San Francisco?
