Not from the area and after a long day(mostly being stuck in traffic) I was excited to see there was a Starbucks near my hotel. So I found parking on the opposite side and walked in. Pretty good size, lots of seating. I was surprised to see items such as bacon wrapped dates and meatballs? Anyway I grabbed a fruit/cheese/cracker plate for a late snack at the hotel and ordered a coffee. The 2 guys behind the counter were busy getting some ladies pastries together so I waited at the cashier to pay until one of them helped me. I wasn’t offered a bag for my cheese plate or utensils. I requested my latte to be extra hot, that didn’t happen either. The girl making my drink just put my drink on the counter, didn’t call my name(then why ask for it) nor did she say thank you or something along that line. Don’t want my business? Fine, I’ll happily spend my companies money elsewhere. Here for 3 days, I’ll try another location.

Would be great if Eric the barista wasn’t ignoring me while playing on his phone. I wonder if the other conscientious employees get upset having to cover for this?

It takes a lot for a Starbucks to warrant a Unilocal review. I mean we all know the menu, grande vente blah blah blah. So we all know what’s on the menu but that’s not what this review is about. This Starbucks has one of the most fun and entertaining morning crews every. If it be bad puns, silly jokes or singing old school slow jams. This Starbucks has definitely made the morning grind an absolute blast! Xoxo

I know this is just another Starbucks chain… I gave such a high rating because they carry a variety of reserve coffee beans AND they serve those roasts. A lot of the Starbucks branches(if they even carry it) only sell the reserve beans by the pound; you can’t enjoy a cup of what you’re buying. I hate that. I asked for a recommendation, preferably something smooth and told the cashier that I tend to lean towards African blends. The Guatemala Finca Monte David was recommended. Not exactly an African blend but I actually really enjoyed it and got back in line to buy a pound of the beans. Yay my supply at home was dwindling and I wanted to get something new. While we were waiting for the coffee to come out, my coworker pointed out the new clover pour machine which I have never seen before. It was explained by the barista as an upside down french press. If you blindfolded me and told me that the cup of coffee was made via french press or aeropress or pour over or whatever, I would highly likely be unable to tell. Regardless, the clover machine was fun to watch while we waited for our orders.

Great new atmosphere. Only when I ordered drink off secret menu a Hispanic lady looked at me crazy and had a huge attitude because I forgot to mention that I can’t have dairy. Also my husband had ordered a caramel snickerdoodle machiato from Starbucks secret menu and when he asked for more caramel/sweetener because it was dry tasting the same Hispanic lady who appears to be the manager had the worst attitude. My husband had went directly to her and asked and she made a remark like he shouldn’t have ordered it and ignored his request and asked another co worker to do it. I worked LA boulange in past I know how it is when you have a morning rush but there is no reason to catch an attitude with customer when the customer makes a request of change to the order they paid good money for. The customer service at this location would be great if the manager had a more welcoming attitude.

One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to recently. Fast service, lots of seating and tables, and also has good-sized outdoor seating area.

They have taken their rude service to a new low. They do not make your order until ask for it twice. This is the second I have gone to this place and same thing. They have a HUA problem.

One of my stops during the morning commute to get coffee. Before 7am there is ample of parking on the street — after that, probably not so much. Larger store with couple of tables inside and a small patio, kinda like the one on University on Palo Alto.

I was so pleased with the service my best friend and I received today! We were there with her two year old son and he ate a cookie(or 3!)… We needed a cup of water and many times when I ask for water at Starbucks they charge me… The man today was so sweet and not only did he give me a cup with water but also ice and a lid! No questions asked!!!

The only place serving coffee past 5pm on Broadway. It is right next to Mani Pedi Nails salon and perfect for quick frapuccino grabs before girlish treats. They do have wireless charges that could be handy for those of us on a phone all day. It also have some outside seating in a shade that one can enjoy. I would not go here when café cappuccino is open across the street but would stop by when it closed. So if you are a fan of Starbucks, check this place

This place is on point! I’ve become such a regular that most of the people know my name and sometimes even have my drink ready before I get to the register. I travel a lot for work and always look forward to coming back to my «home Starbucks.» Everyone is always smiling and chatty which brightness my morning. Especially Sal and Ed, they are both fantastic guys!

I am a frequent Starbucks customer, new to this location. I am a mom of 2 young boys. I have always been very please with the family friendly restrooms Starbucks provides, until yesterday. I learned that not all Starbucks have changing tables in the ladies room. We left without ordering our coffee because a diaper change outweighed my need for coffee.

I love this location! First of all these baristas make the best drinks! This place has a kinda of a homy feeling. Almost the same people come here so you kinda get to know everyone there. Sit outside when it’s a nice weather and enjoy the people and dogs passing by. There lots of seating here. So just grab your favorite cup of Joe and enjoy it!

For caramel lovers like me, I am strongly suggesting the new Caramel Ribbon Crunch ! Plus, you earn 4 points in return if you are part of the loyalty program.

I frequent many Starbucks in the area and figured«hey! I have a reward to use, lemme trade it in to have a little pick me up before work.» Walking inside smelled like every other starbucks — aromatic, warm, making me excited to have a little morning treat. There was no line and the cashier rung me up quickly and I was on my way to waiting for my drink. However, the cashier misheard my order and thought I wanted a hot drink versus cold. I very politely told the barista that I asked for my drink cold because hey, no big deal right? I’m not going to freak out — it happens. The barista seriously GLARES at me with this nasty look and screams to the cashier«SHEWANTEDITICED.» The cashier promptly yelled back«UMSHEDEFINITELYDIDNOTTELLMEICED. IFSHETOLDMEICEDTHENITWOULDBEICED. SHENEVERSAIDICED.» All while I’m standing there. baffled because it’s 7:45AM and who does that? I’ve worked as a barista, I know the feeling of picky customers. However if I messed up, I owned it. One doesn’t blame it back on the customer.(I’m also not extremely picky; it’s just iced black coffee. unless that makes me picky idk) I don’t know what made their mornings so bad, but yelling in front of customers is never acceptable. Especially to really prove to the entire venue that the customer doesn’t know what their own order is. Customer service 101. Truly, it wasn’t even a big deal until the yelling commenced and everyone just stood there staring at them. I just wanted my iced coffee. Emphasis on the iced(just in case they didn’t hear me the first time).
