Zaxby’s

Initially a positive customer experience. Greeted nicely. Order repeated correctly… Our table wasn’t clean. We cleaned it. waited for our order. 4 numbers were called *after our 3 salad order was in. we asked about our order. They sat our order down. 2 salads were incorrect. Once we brought it up 1 was corrected the 2^nd took 5 min only to be incorrect again. Pictures taken of receipt showing order and salad incorrect next to receipt. No apology was offered. Unhappy Marine will not be back. #customerservicefail

The food was pretty good, but that’s about it. The floors were disgusting and felt like a movie theater floor, the fancy pants soda machine had too much carbonation for every flavor I tried, and there were little piles of food under the tables. This used to be my favorite Zaxby’s. Now I’m going to follow the sticky trail of ketchup out the door and not come back for awhile… maybe it’ll be cleaner next month.

This used to be one of the best Zaxby’s around this area, but in the past few months it has gone from the best to the worst. I have had several miserable experiences here over the past month or month and a half. From the screwing up my order (the same way, 2 times in a row) to rude, disrespectful customer service, one of the cashiers even called me a liar about what dressing I ordered. After today I am asking all of my friends and family in this area to stop buying from this location — we can go to Warner Robins or Macon, but that is the only thing a place like this listens to, you have to speak to their wallet, once it hits their revenue then maybe they will make some changes. Just for the record, I don’t want a free salad or for everyone to keep saying they are sorry, I want to see some real change! So until then we are all going to be eating somewhere else. We hate to say bye, but this is the only way to get them to listen.

I am from Fl and I love the Zaxby’s there. Came here w my family and it was awful! They forgot my order. Had to remind them after they serves everyone that came after me. Then when I got my food the bread was soggy and falling apart, the grilled chicken and fries were cold, my girl’s chicken fingers were burned and tasted like the oil was way to old to be used. The fries had so much salt that I swear it raised my blood pressure, and some of them were mush. I can’t believe that they served food like that! I sent it back and it took 15 min to get the remake. Overall this was a miserable experience. Made me wish I had went somewhere else for dinner… Be warned. This location is TERRIBLE.

We stopped at zaxby’s in byron after back to school shopping at tanger outlet mall last night. Our kids were very hungry. We went to the drive thru. Someone was ordering before us so we waited about ten minutes in the line. As soon as we got up to order it was about 9:59. The worker said we close at 10:00. My husband said his clock said 9:59. They didn’t say anything. They lost about 40 bucks we were about to spend. It was more important for them to turn us away I guess. We were in line already before 10:00 that was rude of the workers in my opinion!!! And I didn’t want to even give one star for this place!!!

This place is so whatever. If you order something just get a salad. Wings aren’t worth getting. Fried chicken is ok, but will not satisfy any kind of discriminating palate. It’s not even up to the Chick-​Fil-​A standard.
I do not understand the fuss whatsoever.
And their shakes are huge and gross and taste like fake vanilla.
Two stars because it was edible.

We love Zaxby’s but there is something off about this one, staff and servide is good but their food tastes OLD, got a salad lettuce had brown edges, tomatoes were mealy, I
call they say yeah they are having problems with our produce, I wait a month go back, get the chucken sand with onion rings, it was disgusting, looked like someone stepped in it, flat as a pancake, totally unediable didn’t bother calling just won’t go back, sad however the way they are hurting a great brand at this location, its a shame, not cheap

For some reason the evening crew can’t seem to get my order right. This has happened on more than once. I figured the person who looks in my carryout tray before they give me my food is checking to see if it’s right, but I guess that’s not what he/​she is doing. Maybe they just look in it to act like they are doing something.

Their grilled chicken sandwiches are the best! The best part of the menu to order from is the mealz dealz because its the best value for your money!

I’m not a fan of breaded fried or greasy chicken so this is why it only has 3 stars.
The food was ok and you get a decent amount for the price.
I just hate the after taste of greasy fried fast food so I wasn’t thrilled with zaxbys.
I was on a road trip when I stopped here & wasn’t 100% sure what it was since they aren’t up in chicago.
I wouldn’t go to one again.
If your a fan of chick fila, mcdonalds, Burger King or KFC then you will like this place.

Just ate here for a quick 30 min lunch. Service was quick & food was hot. No complaints here… It’s just like all the other Zaxby’s!

Would not eat there. Service is horrible. The young girls/​guys are more worried about talking to their friends than work. Going through the drive thru, I never get what I ordered (been there multiple times.) Have had problems with them giving cold food as well.

This place is to pricey for an order of chicken wings/​tenders and you don’t even get a whole wing. We walked in shortly after 1pm and the counter help was like in another world! everyone is walking around in a daze. When we rec’d our order the tenders were not hot nor were the wings, we believe they were sitting under a frickin’ heat lamp.
We are so sick of going into these eateries who advertise they can do ribs, chicken, grits, etc. and can’t bust a grape! STICK A FORK IN ME… I’M DONE… with eating at these low end places!
If you can’t cook then you need to get out of the kitchen! Now that’s all I have to say. I should have know better, this Zaxby’s was located on Hwy 49…
