I have to admit that I’ve been eating way too many pretzels on this vacation. I would like to blame this on my oh so cute 4 year old asking for them or maybe the smell Auntie Anne’s gives off for a fourth mile radius, or the lady outside giving free samples of the cinnamon sugar pretzels, however it’s me and those dang cheese filled pretzels. Holy Smokes! We ended up with 3 orders of pretzels on top of the pizza’s we ordered from Blaze. Those are amazing. They do take about 5 minutes to make because they have to make them fresh however. Definitely recommend. On top of that I end up with the hot cheese because I’m a fatty and it just tastes so good. I’m sure I’ll be here this next week when I make up an excuse to go grab running pants at Under Armour to run off my pretzels.

If you’re craving an Auntie Anne’s pretzel like I was on the way home going down the 10 freeway… you might want to keep driving! We stopped in and all they had was a couple original pretzels, one almond and pepperoni. My fav is jalapeño and apparently they only make them to order! So I put in my order and waited the 7 minutes they quoted me! Well I am so sad to say I should have stuck with the old ones in the case, because the jalapeño one was a complete let down! They simply made an original one and plopped jalapeños on top! Boo! I know these are corporate stores, someone needs to stay on top of these«outlet» shops to make sure they are keeping the quality of the brand up! The other pretzels we ordered were old, dry and really lacking flavor! So sad! AA is one of my fav fav fav places of all time! Will have to hit one in a mall soon to get the«bad taste» out of my mouth!

I was looking forward to an Auntie Anne’s pretzel, stopped at this location only to find out they were out of pretzel’s. How can a pretzel place be out of pretzel’s? I was told I can wait 10 – 15 minutes. One week later I stopped again, this time they had one with pepperoni and two plain(I was hoping for jalapeño). I purchased a plain one only to find out it was very dry and tasted like it had been made many hours or the day before. Very disappointing as I always enjoyed Auntie Anne’s.

The pretzels here are so soft, buttery, and delicious. We also love the little sugar-cinnamon pretzel bites, as well as the little buttery bites. They have check-in specials, but you have to ask. I didn’t see anything advertised on the walls, which is a bit sneaky. One of the deals was to buy a pretzel and a large beverage and get a pretzel of equal or lesser value for free. Bites were included in this deal. We ordered a large frozen drinks, which was really just too huge and too sweet. but my family of 3 sipped on it for a while until our hands were too cold and we ditched it in the trash. After eating our pretzels, we always want more. Not just because we’re hogs, but they taste so good. That’s a good sign. We always get a pretzel here when we stop to shop. Yummy. Thanks, Auntie Anne’s!

All they sell is pretzels and soda. The pretzel was hard – it had probably been sitting for a long time.

I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels, but this particular location almost ruin it for me. Worst auntie anne’s branch of all branches I’ve ever visited across multiple states. There are a lot of employees working, but yet there are only 3 pretzels ready to go. I took a chance on 2 of the 3. They’re both stale and tough, they hurt my gum(and I have a healthy gum). We ordered the cheese jalapeño & almonds. First tried the almonds, it was almost crunchy but not quite, so it was oddly in between(in other words, stale). I thought it might be the almonds. Sadly, the cheese jalapeño was also dry and stale. I would’ve tossed them if I wasn’t starving. So maybe they’re the leftover — there should be a rule to toss them out past x minutes. Where’s the QC peeps when we need them? The cashier was too busy talking to her peers, I had to wait for her to take the card out of my hand. That was just as awkward as un-reciprocated handshake. Maybe this is their off day, but I think I’d rather get some hot dog from the cart in the outlet mall next door.

Friend and I received a coupon for Auntie Anne’s. If you buy a honey wheat pretzel you can get an original, cinnamon, or lemonade for free. Unfortunately, they ran out of the cinnamon sugar pretzel so we ended up getting the original with salt. Anyhow, Tiffany helped us and she was nice. She let us know that we could keep the coupon for next time since they ran out. But I wish they had it…

I like pretzels a lot. Especially one’s covered in Cinnamon and sprinkled with love. The people here are always friendly and attentive and are prompt with your order. I love their lemonade also. I have tried their cinnamon pretzel, which was incredible, their regular pretzel with salt, which was one of the best i’ve had, and their peperoni pretzel, which was very strange but not bad. The reason it’s not 5 stars is because if you don’t get a fresh pretzel(ie: one that’s been in the display a while) they aren’t as good and because their cheese sauce is not fresh cheese but something out of a space-like, freeze-dried container.

Every time I come here the service is awesome! The staff is friendly and not only that but they’re always in a good mood. How can I explain how good the pretzels are? Yum. I love it here!

I will knock this Auntie Anne’s down and make sweet love all over it. I LOVE pretzels. I truly do. And Auntie Anne’s is, to me, the very best. There’s just something going on with their dough that no one else can beat. Something ALMOST flakey, not chewy doughy. It’s on the train to croissant town, but it’s not quite there. The only black mark for this location is that the did not heat their cheese sauce for me. That’s their one-star miss. They also have really delicious pretzel sticks and pretzel dogs. So bad for you, so delicious to ingest.
