Fossil Store

An employee named Mary Grace helped us tonight, she was so very patient with our questions and professional. We will definitely return to this Fossil store in the future based on the customer service we were given. All around super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

Great deals veterans weekend! Staff was great, helped me find everything I didn’t need :) bought my hubby a nice watch for a great price and I’m very happy! Love the new store location it looks very nice.

I love coming to fossil and buying watches. But this visit was a hassle. I am understanding to an extent but it was such a bother being asked every minute if I needed something or about what I was looking for. I am grateful for acknowledgment but this was tiring. I like to be left alone to chose my items. Especially from the same people who kept coming up to me. Please understand sometimes it’s nice to have service but not the extent that it feels obnoxious. Makes me want to walk to the watch shop next door.

I have always been a fan of Fossil. From the bags, watches, wallets and other accessories, I love them! Never had the urge to write a review about it til now. The workers here are genuinely helpful. Story here is, I’ve been searching for a watch for months on end that had been sold out for months. I try every two weeks or so to see if they have restock so I can buy them, but no luck. On January 26, 2015 my god my luck changed. The associates, Nathan and Robert that worked there gave me beyond what I expect as amazing service. I didn’t know what the watch was called, they seriously took time to search and figure out what the watch was called. I wasn’t expecting them to go that far but they did. Then when they found the name of the watched they asked me, without being an a** and no pressure, if I’d like for them to search where they have it in stock, of course with my delight I couldn’t say «yes» fast enough. They kept coming to me back and forth to still check if I needed anymore assistance and they were friendly. When they found out where the watch was they told me that it was out of the state and that I may have to pay for shipping, but I didn’t care, I wanted that watch. So they did the whole transaction over the phone with their Las Vegas branch with Steve on the other phone. Not only did they help me out for my long search, they were also to give me the same promotion sale they had in the store, which I tell you is amazing sale AND they were able to wave the shipping fee. they are amazing. So if you are ever in need of a watch or other things, go here and you will definitely will be welcomed with such amazing service. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

Well, this place went downhill since the construction, that’s for sure. I used to hit them up before any other store because I could easily get lost in the clearance tables for an hour or more, but now they’ve cut back the cheap inventory and replaced it with the normal bullshit «outlet» items that are last season’s models for a marginal discount that you can find at any department store during a sale. I’m afraid this is the beginning of the end for the «outlets» and they’re transition to a boring outdoor mall.
They used to have 4 or 5 clearance tables with watches 3 or 4 boxes deep. The volume of cheap watches was impressive and even though there were plenty of repeats, the sheer number meant there was an extensive selection if you took the time to sift through it all. The prices were awesome, too, with beautiful watches being sold for $ 20 or $ 40. The styles were anything from classic to classy, trendy to silly, oversized to overcolored.
But the last time I went they only had a single table of watches only 2 deep. The styles were all ugly and obviously models that no one wanted when they were in season, let alone afterwards. I don’t recall the prices but even if they were as cheap as they used to be, it isn’t nearly as good of a deal because of the slim pickings.
The missing tables have been replaced with lots of other Fossil items that aren’t what I expect when I go to an outlet. They looked nice, sure, but the prices were not anywhere remotely close to a bargain. I’d rather go to a mall and look for a sale.
On the plus side, all of the full-​priced current-​model items looked great, exactly what I expect of Fossil. Too bad I’m not about to spend $ 400 on it.

For it being at an outlet center, the deals just aren’t to be had here.
In the day-​after-​Christmas sales, the best sales they were offering were 25% off. Meh. OK, I guess, but not spectacular.
This location features watches, and also wallets and handbags. Both Relic and Fossil watches.

Great selection of watches! There is plenty to choose from.
There are tons of handbags for both women and men.
Fossil leather goods have always been one of my favorites!

Customer service was average; definitely not as friendly as they should be. I was asked only once if I needed help by a woman who was actually heading out toward the back. After that, I was ignored despite having spent about 25 min there.
When asked if I had been helped by anyone, I said no. Yet, the gentleman still put «Shannon» as the sales person. Annoying since no one helped me at all.
They have some cute bags and wallets in their vintage line, however. I might be back for a watch in a couple of weeks. The store is organized, clean, and overall great selection!

The staff here were helpful and pleasant. We were disappionted in the sales. Not all the prices seemed to be great deals. We bought two watches as Chrismas presents. One rang up more than expected (it was on the sale table). Over all, they have a pretty good selection of watches for acceptable prices.

If you want to save a bundle on a new watch this is the place! Bought a watch from a regular store, 110 bucks. here, 39.99. I was so pissed!
