I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, the shakes are to die for, and the customer service is unbeatable. Jessica is always friendly and helpful. I go there just for her! And the shakes. Keep up the great work guys!

Johnny Rockets taste good no matter what. I’m writing this review because I sat at the diner with my boyfriend one day and noticed a lack of team work I felt bad for our waitress because she seemed frustrated and busy and that stress reflected in her customer service/attitude towards my boyfriend and I. After looking around and realizing the restaurant was PACKED and she was working BYHERSELF while her lazy coworkers sat in the kitchen lolly gagging I totally felt bad for her. I hope a manager reads this and stops being cheap and put more help in there :) fight on girl

I was craving a grilled cheese sandwich and let me tell you… It was bomb! Order it just the way it comes and you won’t be disappointed. On another note… I asked the gentleman who helped me(CJ) if they had a comment card because he was absolutely amazing. That guy was running the entire place. He had the utmost excellent customer service and was able to touch base with everyone. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been here, but I’ll definitely be back soon.

Absolutely my worse dining experience at a Johnny Rockets restaurant. What has happened to their level of quality food? We dined at the location in the Commons in Calabasas, California. Coming from a Pepperdine basketball super hungry we decided on something that we all just KNEW would be a no brainier when looking for good decent priced food! WRONG! Nothing that we ordered LOOKED like the picture. How can a grilled cheese be served cold? $ 7.49 for a plain, cold grilled cheese? 4 of the 4 plates of fries were cold. I literally held them in my hands. When we told the waitress, she immediately came back with hot, fresh fries as if she knew our fried were cold. Bacon on the bacon burger looked burned twice over! Dried patty. The food was old. The waitress was nice. She offered desserts after we told her and we declined. She still charged us for that crap! Even most of the past reviews say something about bad the food. I hope the manager and Corp see this review. Wish I could remove all starts. They deserve nothing.

I will get straight to the point. If you like eating and watching a cock a roach crawl on your seat then this is the place to go. I was very disappointed to witness this. I do not recommend this restaurant site. In addition, the chili cheese fries weren’t as appealing to the eye and no flavor. Overall, two star rate, at least the waiter seemed nice.

Incredibly unflavorful food and terrible service. Friends don’t let friends go to this Johnny Rockets. Took 45min to get a sandwich. Food had no flavor, and the server seemed to not care about us at all. Please folks if you have a choice go elsewhere.

A few years back this was a nice place. Clean, fast fun. I just went today and first my glass had someone’s lipstick on it. Then when I asked for a knife it had moldy food on it. The floors were grimy, seats torn, generally the place was gross. To top it off the food wasn’t even warm. Come on guys. Do better.

With the ambiance of a classic, well kept diner, I actually enjoyed dining at Johnny Rockets. It’s the first time I’ve been to one that wasn’t inside a Six Flags or food court and I have to say I liked the vibe. The employees are really nice, but ask any of them and they’ll say In ‘N Out has way better quality for ¼ of the price. You can watch them make everything fresh on the grill, but for the price the burgers aren’t worth it. I got the cheese fries(which they take shredded cheese and melt it right on top. None of that fake nacho cheese. They were a little skimpy though so I asked for an extra side of melted cheese for $ 1) and an oreo milkshake(almost $ 6, not worth it IMHO. It was pretty milky with no large chunks of oreo). One more thing: Ask for a side of buffalo sauce. Ask for a side of ranch. Mix it together. Dip your fries in. You’re welcome.

I’ve always loved the thought of eating here, an old-fashioned burger place, nestled in the lovely Commons. Truth be told, I’ve eaten here several times and the food here is just okay. I’d much rather be grubbing at Red Robin across the street, but hey, that place is closed now… so what are you gonna do… It’s the atmosphere here that is questionable. The lighting is awful and makes the place look dingey. Servers seem passive aggressive. Their chili cheese fries are good though. Up your game, Johnny Rockets, and your reviews may improve.

FREE birthday hamburger with purchase one entrée and a drink~ Sign up on their email list! All burgers are cooked to order. The Houston — if you like spicy, you will like this burger. Lots of jalapeño and spicy sauce in the burger. Bacon Cheddar — The bacon is very crispy. The lettuce and tomato are fresh. Their vanilla milkshake is my favorite, lots of ice-cream in there! The Parking: So crowded. Too many restaurants in the same plaza. Unless you avoid the lunch and dinner time.
