Good branch, it’s close to my brothers house where I go every other week. The food is alright, same as any other Panda branch, it’s the service that I enjoy a lot. Marissa’s my favorite employee, she’s very welcoming and she knows exactly what I wanted to get every time. There are times when they’re swamped especially during lunch hour, but it’s no big deal to me. They’re fast enough to get the line moving. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot begin to tell you about the horrible experience I’ve had at this location. I along with six other people witnessed what was a poor attempt at service. Little food was available. There was a ten minute wait on a lot of appetizers. I was so hungry I had to settle for what came out of the kitchen. Due to the little food available. The servers were confusing the plates with the according customers. The rice and chow mein looked so poor in quality. To have paid for that horrible service and that quality of food… I really regret it but what are you going to do when your starving? I recommend you try the sharkeys next door or just avoid this location all together. This was a Saturday night and I feel sorry for all others waiting in line for food.

So. where do I start? The customer service is awful, the cashier argues and can’t figure out that teriyaki sauce isn’t honey sauce, and the person in a black shirt(I’m pretty sure is possibly a manager because everyone else is in a red shirt). So. I got honey chicken and asked if I could get a side of the honey sauce. I always ask for the honey sauce and get it, as it’s used for both the shrimp and the honey chicken. The cashier I ask tells me they put teriyaki sauce over the honey chicken. I asked if it was actually honey chicken then. She said«yes». Then continued to argue the point. The one in a black shirt continued to say«we only cook it into the chicken because it comes with it». Huh? It’s the same sauce on the honey shrimp. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never come back to this location. Time in: 20:309÷27÷15 Continuing update. Restrooms are horribly disgusting.

Came here for lunch with friends and was greeted by one of the employees. Their grilled teriyaki chicken was the bomb! It was a busy lunch hour and we’re standing in line with other people and when we got our turn. Marissa, took our order. We kind of couldn’t make up our mind what to really get, but she stayed patient with us. You guys! Try the teriyaki chicken it’s awesome

Long wait, only 2 people working the front during a busy holiday lunch hour. Language barrier with the employee that helped me. I noticed several other customers struggled with her also. Food was normal, it’s panda so your typical fast food quality. Tables in dining area were all dirty due to possible staff shortage. Great location but go to the panda off of Arneill. No problems there

So the last time I went in they completely gave me the wrong order; however, the manager made me a fresh plate at my connivence so that was great ! I believe his name is Carlos ! Great man :) This time I went in and it was DEAD ! Elvira gave great portion amounts BUT she was super short. If I didn’t ask for it, she wouldn’t give it to me ! She was rude. Oh & the rice was hard. That’s all :)

How is it that a dinner time your Orange Chicken looks like it’s from 3pm and its on its last spoonful, with nothing in the wok? Pretty sad!

Give credit where credit is due, after my last complaint they resolved the issue and was given premium chunks of meat when I ordered Shanghai beef, not just that but very smooth interaction and a calm atmosphere even though it was the exact same time I arrived last time. Thank you.

Came in on a weekday for lunch. Quality was awful. Chow mien and steamed rice were crunchy. I had two chicken entrees various pieces of meat and vegetables were cold. While the rest was hot. Go figure. I’ll give those location one more try maybe it was bad timing. Definitely disappointed. I give this place 2 stars for location and cleanliness.

I never knew that I would write a review for panda express… Especially with 5 stars… I saw the friendliest panda employees here. When I asked for two fortune cookies because I share plates with my wifey, a girl gave me 4. 2 for each. That’s not all. Another girl named Melissa, looking very good-hearted, walked around with tray of sauce and fortune cookies. She asked if anyone needs any extra. Melissa worked very diligently. She worked like Panda express is her family business. If I were the owner, I would make her the manager. I am writing the review because she was impressively diligent and nice.

First I understand this is a chain but that being said, you expect a certain minimum standard with a chain and that was not remotely met. In fact my expectations with a chain are much more tempered, but the portions are not good for the money and the customer service is terrible. No one wants an ass kiss but please be pleasant and polite behind the counter. If your in this neck of the woods, go else where for Chinese food. Support a ma and pa place instead.

This Panda Express did not disappoint me. Contary to what the other reviewers of this place said, they had all the menu items fully stocked and it was a clean joint. You can nver go wrong with the panda if you’re craving some good, cheap chinese food. The new surf-n-turf item was pretty tasty but it costs a dollar extra. I do love their egg rolls too. Oh, and the ragoons. Ok pretty much everything here is delicous and they don’t use MSG!

I love the JUMBOSHRIMP new entry. It is my second favorite after orange chicken. Very nice staff and fresh ingredients.

Quick and easy. The new(ish) signs on the food make it easy if you are watching what your eating. Parking lot is kind of a mess with the construction next door. But over all its pretty good. Not much to say about a national chain like this.

This panda is extremely disappointing. They are constantly out of many of the options and are very very slow at refilling them. If there was another panda nearby I would choose that one 10 out of 10 times. Unless you really want panda I would NOT recommend this one

I prefer not to review the chains unless it was really good or really bad. This one needs some serious help. The place was dirty to begin with, corporate fast food place should never be that messy, defeats the whole concept of corporate standards. They were SLOW!!! When things are getting low, fire the next batch so there is minimal waiting… that lesson is clearly still giving them trouble. Then when you wait double the time they told you, apologize or offer a free egg roll. Believe me, I’d never take it but the fact that you are acknowledging the wait is SUPER appreciated.

Yet another pretty standard Panda Express, this one is located in the Camarillo Town Center(where the Target store is located). It is one of the smaller Panda Express that I have been in but the food is more than good enough. I was a little disappointed when they didn’t have my string bean chicken, else I may have given them 4 stars. But they may still make it up to me in future visits and I may be obligated to increase my rating of their restaurant.
