Wendy’s

Horrible, the staff was a mess it took the girl about 10 min to take our simple order. When we did get our food and drinks, our food looked messy and not good at all, the fruit punch my kids got tasted like water. The restroom was so dirty and nasty, I can go on and on about this place, but I’m not I just know I will not go to this Wendy’s location again.

There’s a good reason minimum wage is paid to these cashiers. When you ask for something to be made fresh and you receive it 30 seconds later, you know the cashier should not get paid any more to do her job. Some folks cannot handle following simple instructions

I see why there’s only three other customers in this place. There is another couple using the Wi-​Fi for the Internet and then the husband is on the phone. I ordered a simple dinner tonight here at Wendy’s and this person at the register tells me sorry, I don’t know the register. What?!? He gets confused on the register and the manager had to help. She was also doing the drive-​through. I just wanted a sandwich only, not a combo. I did not get charged for the combo, but this guy was very inexperienced and slow. I ordered it for dine in, he gave me it to-​go in a bag and he forgot my water. I asked him 3 times before I got the water, not going back here again. This place is getting bad

Generally speaking I have great food and great service. If you want a special order such as no cheese, please check your order. I ordered no cheese and received cheese.

This place is great. The workers are so friendly every time I go there and I always get my food super quick.

Smoked Gouda Chicken Sandwich had way too much mayonnaise on it. I was really hungry, and thats pretty much how I ended up eating here. The chicken was tasty and the bread was good.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s in existence. The people who work there spend more time gossiping then working. The manager doesn’t care how their employees act either. I went in there ⁸⁄₁₁ to complain my burger had cheese on it but when I didnt present her the receipt (WAS NEVER GIVEN ONE) I was told «too bad» «so sad»
I asked for her name and she told me it was Jenny, and I said ok I will just tell Wendy (THERE IS A HUGE SIGN RIGHT OVER HER HEAD SAYING TO TELL WENDYS HOW YOU FEEL) To which she says to me «A lot of good that will do» Well Ma’am, if you think the customer has no voice you are sadly mistaken!

I used to like Wendys… But they let homeless people squat in the restaurant and that is gross. I cant eat there any more. Food wasn’t bad but, I can’t think about my food being made in a place like that.

I can’t even tell you what I think if the food. When we pulled up the cashier said she would be right with us. After a long five min of waiting we said something and we’re finally informed that they were having computer problems. Good customer service seems to keep hard to come by anymore.

This is one of those reviews where no stars or negative stars are needed.
I really like coming here because of their awesome salads and value menu but just one person had to ruin it completely for me.
Before work today, I went through the drive thru to order a spicy chicken caesar salad. Luckily I had a coupon of $ 2 off that we all get through the junk mail so my salad price went down to $ 4.73 at the window.
I gave Karen the cashier $ 10.75 (a ten dollar bill and 3 quarters) and after receiving my salad, she gives me 0.28 cents. WTF. SERIOUSLY. She also realized her mistake, gave me $ 5 for the «difference» and gave me another 0.25 cents because she claimed she gave me back my 3 quarters! :O But honestly, the worst part of it is she played it off as if there was no problem and that she didn’t FUCK UP.
I did the math quick in my head ($ 10.75 — $ 4.73 = $ 6.03) and $ 5.53 is NOT RIGHT. I looked for my receipt in the bag but she had 2 copies of it (I don’t get why Wendy’s doesn’t give receipts… shady palm tree). When I checked, it said she typed in the register that I paid $ 5.00 in cash for my salad which makes sense why she gave me $ 0.28 cents back but you can’t just throw me a $ 5 bill and call it even LOL :(
I know mistakes like this can happen in any job but it makes me furious to see that she didn’t handle this in a responsible way and pretended that she didn’t make a mistake when she clearly did. I left the drive thru and when I parked at my work, I called Wendy’s and spoke with the manager Pedro. I told him about Karen and that I did not receive my full change. He said he can give me the difference that Wendy’s owes me and I know it’s only 0.50 cents but it’s the morals of owning up to your mistakes and asking for help to fixing the problem that are important to me. Please, Karen, let’s get this right and correctly as we can. Count out loud if you have too. Don’t recommend this place to anybody out of hungry desperation.

Drive thru was fast. Food was perfect.

It’s a Wendy’s, what else is there to write?

Fries are saltier than I prefer, but he loves it. (He loves salt though, so don’t rely on that opinion)
Fast service. Well-​lit lot.
As BC said, make this your pit stop as you continue up north.

Better then McDonald’s…

Ever since Wendy’s changed the recipe for their french fries (they’re now adding sea-​salt to it), it’s been for the better. Wendy’s fries are neck-​and-​neck with McDonald’s fries.
I’m not really a fast food frequenter, but sometimes the call of soggy, salty french fries is louder on some days. It can satisfy my fix.
And, as always, Wendy’s frosties are yummy!

If you are headed to Santa Barbara AND missed lunch AND the line at Del Taco is too long…

I guess my inner junk/​fast food voice is coming out today. This Wendy’s is in a prime location… Just off the 101and close to the entrance of the Premium Outlets. After surviving the terrible 4 way stop entrance to Target, I stopped by here for the bacon and blue hamburger and drink. It was… well, an interesting combination. Can’t say I will be running back to another Wendy’s for seconds. Dont get me wrong, I like bleu cheese, and bacon on just about anything, but put them together and well, it was a bit odd for me. Atleast it was made fresh and the dining area was rather clean.
Ill refrain from yet another rampage on ill mannered children. Suffice to say that this location was crawling (and jumping, and screaming) full of them. Thankfully they have an outdoor seating area that when the wind is not gusting to 50, can be quite pleasant. I came, I ate, I was refreshed to take the drive down PCH
