I have been here 4 times, and finally had a wonderful experience. Ben made that happen. He is the first worker to be happy to take my order, make my sandwich, and otherwise service me for lunch, well dinner today. I hope this subway continues to be happy to serve its customers and fulfill customer experiences with a smile. Thank you Ben!

Long wait for someone to help me. There was no customers in store. Then a young man came from back with an unimpressive dress attire of a backwards Raiders hat. Saggy pants. And was not friendly.

June 21st, 2015, around 922AM. Ordered a 6′ egg and turkey sandwich. First off the male heavy set employee decided to make his sandwich first. Read the review about the manager getting upset about putting too many ingredients on a sandwich, might want to review that. Basically, like all the other reviews very sloppy and painful service. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

I have worked near this location for over 3 years and have gone by for lunch more times than I can count. In the past, I’ve had wonderful, warm and friendly service, the only consistently bad service I’ve had, has been from ‘Kim’! She’s rude, condescending, argumentative and just plain unprofessional! Today was like any other day, I was greeted nicely by the other girl working, she started my sandwich and then Kim took over, she again was rude and argued with both me and the other employee when I asked for a particular condiment saying ‘that’s not what goes on this’. Well, last time I checked, I’m eating it, not her. She kept on with the comments and went to ring me up, I threw my change in the tip jar and she yelled dramatically«ohhhh thank you so much, you’re soooo generous» and then rolled her eyes and walked away without saying another word. Someone please get this woman out from behind the counter and bring back the employees who were actually pleasant to deal with!!!

The manager is rude. She yelled at an employee for putting too much ingredients on a sandwich in front of a full line of people I have been here more then one time and experienced nothing but poor service here

Wow thanks for not letting us know what we have to get our kids meals together why ask me what i want to drink if im the one that has to fucking get it? Even a fucking can do your job and you some how manage to fuck that up. Fuck you and go to fucking hell

This is probably one of the worst experiences that I’ve had at a Subway, and every time I go in I have a worse experience. The owner of this facility should really take a look at the customer service level that his employees portray. Not a fan and won’t return anytime soon.

I’ve been to this Subway about 4 times. Each time has been unpleasant. The man that rings you up is as unfriendly and grumpy as it gets. You can tell he’s not happy running the cashier register. There are very light handed on what they put on the sandwich too. Almost put no lettuce on.

Horrible! The manager of the place was too busy talking on his cell. He also, neglected to put bacon in my breakfast sandwich. I noticed and asked him to put the bacon in, he said there wasn’t any bacon. He then went back to his conversation. I walked out, after he toasted it. These folks moved from working 7−11s to Subway, horrible people. Just horrible.
