Awful service by Jude Neman today. Some people just do not have what it takes to work at a job the requires customer service. Please hire pleasant people who smile when they work for the customer’s money. I am long long time T-Mobile customer and people like him make me think twice if I should find another carriers and move on. Horrible!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They never had me sign in, they just told me they’d be with me shortly. I waited for 25 minutes without being acknowledged again, and there were 5 other people waiting who also remained Unacknowledged. I had no clue as to who was in line in front of me. There were two employees working during the busiest time of the day, and they weren’t even nice to the customers they were helping.

These guys totally lied to me when I purchased two IPhone 6, they swore to me that as I made payments on the phones that my monthly bill would go down. This is a total lie! I pay about 185 bucks for the service and the monthly payments for the phones, I definitely didn’t want to keep this bill so high so I made payments on the phones, after paying about 500 on one of the phones i noticed that my bill hadn’t gone down at all, when I called TMobile the rudest person I have ever spoken to pretty much treated me like an idiot and told me until I pay off the phone, my bill would remain as high as it was, so it pretty much sucked to be me. And by the way, TMobile service is the absolute WORST in the Ventura county, I do not get service where I live at all! Needless to say I totally regret letting the guys at this store lie to me and talk me into getting their horrible plans! I usually do my research first but I got played this time!

0 stars Avoid this location. They need to fire Alex for real this time. He is a complete idiot and rude as you-know-what. I started out in TO but they didn’t have what I needed so tried this dump. The stench was really the gem of an employee named Alex. Had to come back to buy some accessories for the phone we bought a few weeks ago from this idiot a-hole Alex. His snarky rude attitude is as bad as the gallons of cheap cologne he bathes in. We should all be grateful to be waited upon by this magnificent d-bag Alex. He won’t answer your question unless it is about the newest expensive pile of crap T-Mobile sells. Ask Crapforbrains if there is another store that might have it. His answer is we’re not supporting the S5 any more. Really dumbass? He must have been one of those kids who went without oxygen for the first 10 minutes of life. This is the pinnacle of his life and he can’t even do it right. Avoid this location. Last time he screwed up so bad I got my 5 lines for free for 2 months and was told that people like him don’t last long. Well he’s still there which really speaks volumes for this store and company.

Bought a Galaxy S5 for my fiancé last weekend and this was the only place I found that had the black color in stock so I asked if the gentelman can hold one for me since I was going from LA and he did. His name was Josh and he was real nice. There was anotger girl there working too and she also helped us out and was real nice.

I have been to this location several times and it’s allways packed with unhappy people waiting. With every experience the employees were not helpfull at all and did seem to care about our needs one bit. Between this store and the one in The Oaks, I don’t know which one is worse. I was a 5 year customer of T-mobile and simply could not deal with the poor customer service any longer. T-mobile offered us great service at a great price but must not pay their employees very well beacause they all seem to have the same bad attitude.

I have been to better locations. First off there is construction going on so there is no quick way to get there. This store is located at the furthest corner away from EVERYTHING else. I went in there to look at blue tooth devices and there was no one in the store which isn’t surprising. It took a moment for someone to ask if we needed any help. I’d like to come back when construction is done and maybe when there is better service.

4−11−11 Stopped to get gas at the Shell station at the corner of Las Posas and the 101 freeway. The Camarillo Towne Center is a really convenient little shopping center… Did I say little? I meant ENORMOUS! This place goes for a mile, with two interior roads in addition to the streets around it. There is a Home Depot, Target, Wendy’s, Del Taco, and a bunch of other stores. The entire place is landscaped and you are driving through trees and foliage as you wind your way through. Right now there is lots of construction going on to change the onramps/offramps of the 101, so Ventura Blvd. is truncated at a certain point. If you get off the southbound 101 at Central, you can’t get to the shopping center by taking Ventura Blvd. Get off at Las Posas. Pretty easy on and off for the freeway, even with the detour.

This T-Mobile store has a very friendly staff, their extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so 4 stars for that. The one thing that bothers me is they often don’t have what you need in stock, so minus one star. Whatever you can’t get here you can get via the net, they ALWAYS have it in stock and on the way, the very next day.
