Probably here monthly… despite the parking lot being a zoo(not their fault)…they are FAST& efficient!!! I do appreciate the attention to detail… and consistent food!

First off, this is taco bell. What do you really expect? I see mostly negative reviews, major complaints this place being slow. I came here on the way to Carpinteria Beach and honestly I get where the slowness comments come from. I actually ordered from inside but asked for the food to-go. The cashier was brand new, literally his first day so I give him a pass for not knowing how to do certain customization options. Food did take a little while to be ready. The dope thing is when it did, the manager noticed I had been patiently waiting awhile and gave me free cinnabon delight dessert things, kinda like tiny donuts. It was totally unexpected and encouraged me to write a positive review about that part of the experience. Also, I saw the image of a taco made from ASCII characters on the receipt… how nerdy and L337 is that?

I don’t eat fast food often. But today I came to this place and it was awful… maybe it was because I’m not used to it. Anyway it took 20 mins in the drive through and then they gave me the wrong order. 20 mins for a drive through is insane. I would have went home and made my own lunch and not risked getting cancer for $ 9.11. I dont want a coupon thanks.

This place is ridic. It’s the slowest fast food restaurant of any kind that I’ve ever been to, and it’s consistently slow. I’ve given it way more tries than I should. I work about a mile away from this location and I get an hour lunch, and sometimes I only have 30 minutes to actually eat because I’ve spent 25 minutes in line. All I can figure is that the owner knows it’s never going to lose business because it’s on a busy street in an area with few food options, so they don’t bother to try and make the store better.

As a vegetarian, I specifically asked for no beef and asked to sub beans instead. They still have me beef. Unacceptable, go eat somewhere else where they listen to your requests.

Like so many Unilocalers have stated this location is SLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOW. I thought this was a FAST food place? Everyone is just in their own world. C’mon folks step up the pace. How hard is it? I waited over 20min in the drive thru for an order of 1 crunchy taco and burrito, with a drink. I was tired and hungry and this just was unacceptable. Guy was nice at the window, but that was as far as the positive comments I will make about this location. Food wasn’t that great either. Great now wasted time and money. Yay me. Grrrrr.

This is the second worst tb I’ve ever been to. I’m a fan of tb but this one in camarillo is pretty bad. Most often the food is poorly prepared and slow. The people who work there are nice, but the food is horrible. I usually opt for driving 10 minutes further to the one in ventura but before realizing that was an option I would go here consistently when having a craving for tb so this isn’t just one bad experience, this is years of taking this abuse, ha! Please fix this store!

Tried this location last night and again tonight. Last night the service was so slow, if I could have backed out of the drive thru, I would have. They also got my order wrong and gave me the wrong item. Tonight, the speed was equally as bad, topped off with bad service. Complete with one employee yelling to another, «You dumb ass!» So everyone could hear. The speed of service alone should keep you away from this place, but if that doesn’t the service should. There were different employees working both nights, which leads me to believe, this is a management problem, not an isolated employee problem.

Don’t go to here. Bad experiences at night shifts somehow. They Forgot my tacos at one night and then another night my burrito cantina was cold and it was the size of a small burrito supreme for a 4 burrito. Hated it. I emailed customer service but no reply. Go to another taco bell location and don’t bother contacting their customer service… Just disappointing cantina burrito… it used to be very good.

Since all Taco Bell’s are pretty much the same, the rating is really more for the restaurant in general. The restaurant itself was kept pretty clean and well maintained. The same can be said about the staff that work at this establishment. Went here once for a Baja Blast with friends and it was good.

When going to Taco bell I know it’s not real Mexican but… I have been going here forever. The food was always decent but they are really cutting cost. I order steak nacho’s it was horrible. The chips were soggy and I don’t know what the so called steak was. I couldn’t even eat the meat. The doritos taco was good and the staff was friendly.

Don’t come here with a temporary(misplaced my BoFA card) debit card because they don’t accept them. Really? I’m not buying more than $ 20 in food. Oh well, bought food at Del Taco just down the road. They were more than happy to take my money.

Made a quick stop here today opted to go in since there were several cars in the drive thru. someone was ready to take our order at the register. Food came out quick. Our number was called and left on the counter. I am big on customer service and would have preferred being handed my order and a thank you would of been nice. As I grabbed hot sauce and napkins then proceeded to walk out two employees were at the register area. Neither said thank you, bye, or have a nice day, nothing. Customer service goes a long way Taco Bell. The food was fine.

Made a quick stop today and ordered what I thought was the usual deal 2 tacos for $.99(Ordered 4). Imagine my suprise when the total came to $ 5.12(with tax) instead of the usual $ 2.12 and the explanation(RUDE) by the male associate was this was not offered at their franchise. If a negative star was possible it would go here.

Ok, I know. Taco Hell. I’m way too old and sober to even be seen there but there are the days before paydays when cooking sounds horrendous and a burrito with chips in it sounds awesome. Twice now I have had what is probably some of the best customer service I have ever had, fine dining included, at the Taco Bell on Daily. Call me funny but it sort of rocks to see people, who probably really hate working in fast food, who are overqualified and severely underpaid, who still manage to not only continue to remain upbeat and positive, but who also are sincerely happy and friendly people! Myles, I’m just as overqualified and underpaid as you are, but your spirit humbled me. I super hope that one day you either own that place or are being paid to do what you love. I’ve been helped by another young guy there too working the drive thru with the best attitude… ya’ll are cool. Just thought I’d say so. I wish I had better jobs to give you, ones where people don’t trip out on you over sour cream or your soda machine being out of that turquoise colored Mountain Dew. But thank you for showing me how grateful I should be for the job I have. Also, my burrito was freaking delicious.
