Dr. Chow is a very nice optometrist, and she does her job well.
The reason I am writing this report is because of what happened today: I dropped in to get my prescription for contact lenses, about a month after I should have gone for my follow up. She was there in the front office, she greeted me, and then she asked me when school started. She remembered I was a teacher! I can’t recall any doctors that remembered who I was before checking my file.
