I would have loved to try Cheeburger Cheeburger but when my boyfriend and I went there, we stood for about 20min without ever being asked how can we help you or being seated or even a hello, so we left. Needless to say we won’t be eating at this location and hopefully come across a different Cheeburger Cheeburger with a more professional and friendly staff. I hear their burgers are amazing, I wish I could have tried one.

Cheeburger Cheeburger! + Very friendly staff.(The manager even came to say *Hello* to our table). + Delicious milkshakes.(especially the peanut butter cup). :-) + Juicy(correctly cooked) burgers. — I wish I had bumped my 7oz patty up to the 10oz… the 7oz wasn’t enough enough to cover the bun. 10oz would probably create a better bun to burger ratio. + Toppings were fresh, and there’s a whole bunch of options for cheese & sauces. — Olive on the toothpick that held the burger together was unnecessary… I didn’t eat it. + Fries were freshly cut, crispy, seasoned nicely and a small basket is definitely shareable. + prices were totally reasonable, especially coming from NYC. Burgers range from $ 5 – 7 depending on size. Sides(fries/onion rings) cost $ 2-$ 5. And the shakes were $ 3/half & $ 4.50/regular

I can’t really speak for the sit down experience but I have ordered take out 3 times and 2 out of the 3 were wrong. I mean how hard is it to make a burger. Definetly not good enough to put up with the constant mistakes.

Ate here for the first time yesterday with friends(I’ve been to other Cheeburger locations before). The burgers tasted fresh and were not greasy at all. Everything came out perfect, at least for me. If you don’t like your burger with too much sauce or dressing, order it on the side. I put mayo on my burger myself, but one of my friends got mayo and horseradish on hers, and it was a mess. The small fries are definitely big enough for two, and most of them were crispy and perfectly seasoned(but not all). Bottom line, you’ll have a good burger here in a fun atmosphere without breaking the bank.

TL;DR — There are better places to spend $ 8 on a burger. I’m really, really, REALLY torn on this review. On one hand, I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere, the waitstaff, and the restaurant itself. It was decorated kind of like a 50s-ish malt shop, kind of not. Either way, it was quirky enough to work. The prices are fair — about what you’d expect for a middle-of-the-road chain. I believe we spent ~$ 10 per person. Where Cheeburger really lost me was in the burgers themselves. They came out very nicely wrapped, first in wax paper and then in foil, with a number on each burger corresponding to a number on the receipt and an olive on a toothpick sticking out of each one. Open the foil, however, and what we got were patties that were far greasier than anything 5 Guys have ever churned out, and almost completely tasteless. It was a damn good thing we got a fair number of toppings, because the meat was just so incredibly BLAH. My bacon burger was entirely underwhelming.

Order me up a onion ring and french fry basket for the whole family. I like variety, and this place serves it up. Its a little busy, but we were there before the rush. Friendly, fast, and table service was attentive. It’s out of our way by a longs shot, but we will be back here again. Next time, I’m saving room for dessert.

My husband and I are big fans of the food here. I always order a burger and he always orders the chicken, portobello salad. I’ve been to 5 Guys and believe the burgers are better here and the onion rings are absolutely the best I’ve ever eaten. Problem is, everything — except the salads — are frightfully fattening. This may sound like a shockingly stupid statement, but I’d really appreciate something a little lower in calories to go with my lonely burger. How about — oh, I don’t know — a little fruit salad? Would it be too much to ask for frozen yogurt? The servers are friendly and usually very attentive. The location could be better. It’s small, and on a cold day it’s nearly impossible to sit at a table that doesn’t get blasted with cold air every time the door opens — which is frequently.
