This review is based on ordering from this particular Round Table delivery service on numerous occasions; and on each occasion there has been something wrong with the delivery.
As I write this review I am waiting for the delivery driver to go back to Round Table and get two items he forgot but were clearly on the receipt. And also, this deliver was about 30 minutes past the estimated time of delivery.
First things first: Food has *always* been great. So whoever is making the food is following the directions from the home office. Five stars.
Delivery: Late, over-​charged, wrong items, missing items, drivers that can’t communicate with you to discuss what the matter is. One star because I can’t give zero.
If you have any choice on the matter, do not use this Round Table for delivery, you will not be happy.

Terrible service. The manager is absolutely useless. They made ordering for a large party the hardest thing to do when in actuality it should have been easier. Instead of just taking over the register and putting in the coupon discounts he had our party bring seven people in line to do each transaction. All on their ONE register. I feel sorry for the overwhelming confusion the staff had to deal with and the people waiting in line through the chaos. Worst place for friendly customer service for sure.

Coming here for many years with my family of 4! A large is usually more then enough, today’s large seemed more like a medium. Slices were very thin compared to the previous pizzas we have had here in the past. The flavor was still so-​so. Completely different experience hopefully this was a one time thing.

We’ve been going here for years. Not sure if this location is under new management or ownership, but we will not be returning. Long story short, we called in our order, when we arrived part of the order has been forgotten, they assured us it would be ready in 8 minutes; that turned into 15. Then, we were chased outside by the poor pizza guy because the incompetent cashier working in the front had given us an entirely wrong order. From now on, we’ll be going to Mountain Mike’s or The Garrett.

I’ve had roundtable before in other cities. Never had an issue, always really good pizza. Until we started ordering from this location. On not one, but 5 (FIVE) occasions they have gone to the wrong home and tried to deliver pizza there.
Look, people mess up, but when your address is listed on an online order VERY CLEARLY and even additional information provided in the instructions, thats ridiculous.
What’s even worse is trying to call and found out where the pizza is, they claim that an attempt to deliver the pizza was made and that they tried to contact us.
No…no phone call and delivering to the wrong house does not count.
So, no thank you Campbell round table pizza, we will be ordering elsewhere

Don’t usually order round table, but I was already passing by it and didn’t feel like cooking dinner so what the hell.
I got one large veggie delight and a medium pepperoni to go. It’s got to be said that the service is pretty damn slow here even for small orders like mine. Took almost half an hour before it was ready and there was literally one other person in front of me ordering a personal pizza. Good thing is they aren’t too expensive with added coupons and the pizza isn’t half bad either. A bit on the greasy side, but still passable for sure. Four stars for the pizza, two for the service.

Rude older Asian man named Tao ruined our stay here. Kept changing the channel and was swearing at us for no reason. He had tape over his name tag, probably because he knows he’s being rude but he was working on Saturday at 2:30. Please fire him.

Came in here to watch the Warriors Game. Some rude Asian guy working here named Tao, or something like that. That might not be his name because he covered his name tag with tape but he was working here on a Saturday at 2:30pm. He was an older Asian guy wearing the standard uniform with a black baseball cap. Anyway, he kept changing the channel to some women’s baseball game. We asked to change it back and he would and then he’d change it right back. Idk when the employee on his lunch break’s needs became more important than the customer’s but the entire situation was totally ridiculous. The rest of the staff was nice enough and changed it back. Feel bad for them and any other customers that come in this guys path.

All you can eat pizza and salad bar for under 20 dollars for 2. Not bad for the price and no clean up. However the server did not supply us with our soda until the end of the meal. stating they had not swapped out the soda and was hooking it up in just a minute, which turned into 30⁄40 minutes later. She ended up giving us a credit back which was nice and good customer service. If you want to watch a hockey game or basketball, they’ll have it on. Place is clean and they keep the pizza coming.

Terrible place to eat pizza this location is terrible slow service terrible employees but the only reason why I went there is because of Victoria she was a great employee there but I’m happy for her to leave there to get a better job that will treat her right! They need to hire nice & great customer service people there! The pizza was burn in the breadsticks didn’t even taste garlic on them!

I am writing this review based on a small take out experience, I was super hungry and did had time to cook, so finally thought of giving this one a try (its right next my home and still I kept delaying).
I tried the roasted veggies and chicken flat bread, individual portion. Crispy corners and quiet a descent amount of toppings, chicken was tender and flavorful. Veggies included olives, mushrooms, zucchini, onions and tomatoes. Fresh basil gave that extra kick of flavour. All in all tasted yummy!
Can’t say much about the service as it was a to go order but the cashier was polite and helpful.
Will definitely try other stuff from here.

I didn’t actually go in, I have been going to the prospect location ever since i moved into a house on saratogo. the manager there was seaming nice after she gave us a free pizza after she gave us a extremely cold pizza (it was a fridged pie) i still at it. We called the campbell location only because i was really drunk and prospect location had stopped delivering at 7:30pm! who does that!!! when i called campbell a sweet young lady with a beautiful voice and a slight waft of pizza over the phone, she informed me that they didn’t delivery to our location but when i expressed my destine for the prospect location, she was more than happy to help me out and deliver to my location, her name is Victoria, she was kind, understanding and more then willing to satisfy my hunger. the pizza they delivered tasted better than any pizza i have ever had. 1000 stars goes out this wonderful lady.

Just called at 9:51pm to do a pick up order. They close at 10pm. The girl who answered was rude. Tells me we are only doing pick up orders I said that’s fine and I said your open right. She says well we close at 10pm and literally have 5 minutes. Wow! No wonder your at a 2 to 3 star Unilocal!Poor customer service! I’d fire my staff if it was my restaurant and they were turning business away before we were close! We order from here all the time but not no more.

The lunch buffet + a drink is going to be around $ 11.
The pizza is bland and super duper greasy.
The salad bar is the most underwhelming thing over seen since d. roses’ return to the NBA.
Overall: will not return.

I’m not going to hate on Round Table, and I hope to keep this brief. But it’s just not for me.
I understand that a lot of people enjoy it, but again… just not for me. Here’s why.

Big flavors, lots of toppings and mouthwatering. great experience at this location. Pizza came out warm, nice! Bursting with toppings! Finally a place that gives you more!
Place is huge, good for sports teams eager for some pizza. There are several TVs for Sunday NFL or whateverz… Service is good.
