Men beware! A couple of the employees here are shysters and I will not go back there. Several months ago I painted my complete house with top-of – line paint from here, on sale, at the tune of $ 81.00 dollars a GALLON! It was expensive but I wanted the best and spent over $ 600.00 there on the complete paint job. A week ago, I noticed that I missed some areas so I went back to get a small quart of touch-up paint in the same light brown color I originally purchased. The two dirt bag shysters there looked at my paint code numbers, walked back to the paint storage mixing area, whispered in a conversation to one another and returned to the front counter and exclaimed the following… that they didn’t sell the paint I needed in a quart and that I needed to buy a gallon of my paint!!!(At $ 81.00!). They said it was IMPOSSIBLE to mix/sell me a quart of this paint! I refused and left furious that after all the money spent here, they tried to stick it to me for a $ 16.00 quart of paint, they wanted me to spend another $ 81.00! The next day, I told a female co-worker the story and had her go in with the same paint codes and sample and had her ask for a small quart of the paint they refused to mix for me. She went in, and came out 5 minutes later with the quart of paint and paid only $ 16.00 for it! What a jam job, scam! I hope the management sees this and gets rid of these employees that try to take advantage of honest, hardworking, decent customers that know what they are doing and questions such unscrupulous practices! I will never go back there. Go to the store on Bascom Ave; they are at least honest there. They have lost a loyal, great customer. Thank you.
