Holy crap! that was unexpectedly very good. I decided to try it on my way home, and the service was amazing, prices were great and the food was delicious. you’ll need to plan on taking home leftovers because they definitely don’t skimp on their portions.

I took two friends from out of town here who had never had Mediterranean food. We enjoyed everything– whipped garlic!

La Sharm… more like Lawwww Some The food is always fresh and tasty and I cannot believe how big the portions are for takeout rice. It’s like my aunt is in the kitchen telling the cook that I need more meat on my bones and to scoop more food in there. The atmosphere is like an erotic Middle Eastern Palace. I say erotic and not exotic because as a fan of interior design, this place gives my a chubby and speaking of chubby, wait until you feast upon their mighty kebobs. — Shish, Shwarma, Tawook, and my personal favorite, Kafta. The people at this fine establishment are great at serving their clients. Back to the food… Middle Eastern Sausages are amazing. Sojok and Maqaniq are both magnifique’. You want to hear the world’s toughest question? What is better, their tabouli or their fattoush. It’s as hard of a question as what do you like better, their spinach pie or meat pie? The hummous is more on point than my homie 3 Legged-Lance talking about ex-girlfriends after smoking some ‘rillos. I’m talking all of your tastebuds will be feeling what the hummous is saying, simply perfection. Perfect texture, not too garlicky, but just right, although, you should still avoid kissing people for at least 4 hours, even that hussy neighbor down the road with them nice natural low hangers, «gurllllll I don’t care if your boyfriend’s not home, the neighbors are watchin, go on… git.» My friend Harf insists upon the lentil soup, but I never tried it. Just never got into the whole lentil lifestyle. Not for me, but if he says it’s good, it’s good. He doesn’t f*** around playas! Let me speak on what really makes this place good. The sandwich prices. For like $ 3.99 plus tax, you can walk out with some amazing pita sandwiches, from various meats to even hommous mixed with taboili if you embrace the vegan lifestyle. You eat it and you will be filled. They are nice sized and extra tasty. So yeah, come to LaSharm Canton, they will please you in cost, size, and of course taste. They also have amazing juices made fresh!

La Sharm has been around for quite time with different names. Currently it’s called la shish. Ambiance is very nice and catered towards a middle eastern look. Their selection of choices in the menu are extensive with shwarmas, sandwiches, meats, salads, soups and other entrees and chef specialties I liked my order of spicy hummus with lamb. It came with rice and salad. The rice was soft and cooked just right with a touch of olive oil. Lamb was delicious with pine nuts and freshly made hummus. Salad was topped with balsamic dressing and the pita bread came straight from the oven. This was a dinner size entrée and they do have a choice for lunch portion also. Try their freshly squeezed juices as they R real treat. They have a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices. I’m not a big dessert person so cannot comment much about their dessert menu.

When I’m too lazy to drive to Hamido, I go here. Although it has changed names at least 3 times in the past 2 years, consistently the food is still good. I ate here for the first time in at least a year for sit down, and although the woman who waited on us was super sweet, she was overstuffed with patrons in her section, though the rest of the restaurant was super empty. We ordered hummus(always really good), double bread for the growing nephews who can burn it off quickly, shish tawook lemon oregano(tasted less lemony and oregano-y than takeout), and a shish tawook sandwich with hummus instead of garlic. They are great about substituting here. I’m going to stick with my takeout. Usually one order gets me 2 dinners and a lunch for the following week. FYI if you get one dinner takeout, bring oven mitts because they serve it in a huge foil pan(think sheet cake) and it’s hot as hell. Even in winter, it’s not a great feeling on your arms.

The service was good. The food was okay. My husband and I wanted somewhere casual to go for our anniversary. Before we ordered, I asked if there was any peanut oil used as he is allergic to peanuts. She went and said she searched through the kitchen and said she only saw peanut butter which was for the juices and smoothies. So he ordered lamb chops and I ordered the fatoosh salad with chicken which was delicious. As soon as he started eating he started to not feel well and his ears and nose started itching. His throat got scratchy and he felt nauseated. I was worried so we got a box, paid for the food and left. He was sick the rest of the night. I’m not saying the food wasn’t quality, but something in it made him sick. I wasn’t sick, but I do think something was in it that he was allergic to. Our special night was ruined. If I were to go back it would obviously be for myself and myself only. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Service was okay, but the food was good. The breads always came to us cold for some reason but the food came out quickly after we ordered. A nice place for a decent meal.

I miss the old La Shish restaurants, I really do. This is not quite up to those standards, but it’s pretty close. Visited on a Saturday in Feb 2015, and we were seated quickly, hot bread and garlic brought to the table fast, great waiter. Salad and food was served within a reasonable amount of time. Great prices, nice restaurant. I would come here again.

Omg best pita ever! It’s fresh from the stone oven every time. Hommous and tabouli is ridiculously delicious. Have only had their shrwarma once and that was DELISH. Highly recommend

Delish! Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. One of my favorite spots! Fatoosh is crisp and fresh. Deboned chicken and rice is flavorful and moist. The chicken Shawarma is devine! The meal comes with warm pita, salsa, & garlic sauce. Yumm-O!

My really close friend from Canton recommended this place because of how fresh and flavorful the cooking was. I can’t disagree. I’m not sure why I waited so long before trying this place! It was a little empty and not necessarily the most comfortable, but this was on a Monday afternoon. Regardless, the food is so good!

This has to he one of the best places I’ve eaten at in a long time. The food was excellent! I ordered lamb & hummus. It also came with fries or rice and a salad. The lamb was tender and seasoned well. My friend ordered ½ chicken with rice she wanted all white meat so they gave her 2 huge breast well seasoned. It was so much food. Good prices 12 – 15 for a meal. They have this garlic butter they serve with the bread. OMG! I thought I was going to overdose on it it was soooooooooo good! The atmosphere was nice and the service was great! I didn’t expect this type of quality from a restaurant in a strip mall. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Delicious! I LOVED the garlic sauce & bread and could make a meal out of that alone. I ordered lamb over hummus — the lamb was a bit disappointing since it was small over-done pieces of meat instead of big chunks med-rare, but the rice and hummus were fantastic. Our waitress was wonderful. The manager came to visit us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. At the end of our meal we were treated to two pieces of baklava. I will definitely make this a go-to place.
