Jack In The Box

The drive trough is very slow. They took 10 min to prepare my order.
Also they were impolite to me, when I asked to change the leaking bag, they did not want to make any efforts to apologize and showed me that I’m very annoying to them.

Idk why people complain get your 2 tacos for one dollar and get the heck out! Haha but really this place is chill you get what you pay for that’s the way I see it! Good food at a decent price service is good also

Worst place ever ! First off the girl was rude! Then when she gave me the first half of my order she hands it to me and says bye and closes the window I had to literally knock on the window like hello the rest of my food! Plus she gave me the wrong frys and drink! Horrible service don’t come here ever!

Well, no wonder they only have two stars.
I ordered a shake with no whip cream just the cherry, when I got to the window I get a shake with whip cream. I told the girl I’m sorry but I said no whip cream she takes it back and the other girl that seems to be the Mgr gets a piece of CARDBOARD that was on the counter and take the whip cream out of the shake when I asked if she had used a piece of cardboard they said no but I was in front of her I saw her doing it. Of course I asked to get a new one. That for sure will be my last time at that place.
That was disgusting!!!

About 10 parking spots on the via princessa side, and they share the lot with jiffy lube and other places and then a health club nearby. Anyway it’s convenient when I go to Costco. The buttery jack burger was worse than I remembered. I don’t remember their thousand island sauce on this burger… It drowns out the taste of the buttery sauce. I’d give them a two star rating, but everything else was good… Fries, service, new soft drink dispenser…100 plus Coke products. Their other items worth mentioning are their onion rings, two tacos for a dollar, and their teriyaki bowl combo. Three stars overall. A lot of tables and chairs … Hardly ever full here because of the location. You wouldn’t think it’s too busy with a health club and Costco in the same shopping center.

Once they served me a taco so greasy it leaked on my seat through the bag; then they had their lawyer respond to an email I sent them advising me they would never take care of that stain because they didn’t feel obligated.
Last night they took 20 minutes for three tacos. People were backing up out of the drive through.
Today they took 20 minutes for a hamburger and soda.
Never again!
Worthless corporation with an idiot for an icon. No wonder the people inside of there treat you so poorly. Minimum-​wage and an equal opportunity employer. A staff of uneducated stupidity — Eww!

This JitB USED to have the best service… friendly, polite and accommodating. Just went there today because Costco snack bar is closed for construction and was treated rudely by a server who audibly scoffed at me for daring to make a special request. With the Costco snack bar closed indefinitely, this could be a big bonus for this JitB location but not if they treat customers rudely, as I was treated. What happened to the GOOD employees?

Worst customer service ever! The manager is so rude they have false advertising!!! They got my order wrong! Overall this jack in the box is horrible!

My husband ate a buttery burger… their new item at 6pm and was sick from both ends by 5am. Called Corporate office and they asked a bunch of standard questions. No empathy in the persons voice from Corporate. I was offered FREE coupons to go back and eat there! Youve got to be kidding… We will never eat at a Jack in the box again just because of the way we were treated by their Corporate office. Free food… REALLY??? After my husband spent the whole day kissing the porcelain god. I dont think so.

I would have given them a higher rating if it wasn’t for the gross hair and booger we found inside our cup of peach ice tea. We went through the drive thru and placed our order during breakfast hours and then later at night tossed the rest of the drink. What we found was beyond gross. How could somebody miss that? I hope they find how who did it. I will be speaking to management about this. Pics are posted. I was disgusted!

Clean, food was fresh, and good place to stop on our travels. Call me old fashioned, but I really appreciate a clean bathroom with hot water and actual paper towels (I hate blowers).

Never in all my years have I ever gotten unedible food ya some times something was missing or cold something small and fixable.
I have visited jack in NV, AZ, HI, TX — here in CA about a billion times and even in Tijuana
Decided on the drive thru because we are usually satisfied.
Ordered 4 tacos with no sauce. Ultimate cheeseburger combo, chicken strips and fries; everything felt nice and hot. The drive thru guy was nice.
Fast forward about five mins as we are getting out of the car I see a wet spot on the cloth seat and my pant leg: ok I stayed calm thinking maybe it was condensation .
NO FUCKIN WAY IT WAS PURE GREASE!!!
We opened the bags at home and grease was literally pouring out of the taco envelopes!!! The fries were cold and tasted as if they were zapped in the microwave. We could eat none if it, not only was it all super greasy but the grease was dark dark brown as if it were cooked in really old oil or fell to the very bottom of the fryer!!!
Tacos were so overdone that there was only the smallest amount of meat that hadn’t disintegrated and packed with nothing but lettuce.
We called the actual store itself and the person we spoke to seemed not to really care just kept saying to call back in the morning instead of offering to fix it for us or give us back our money.
Living in the city where there’s barely anything open past midnight let alone 24 hours this was our fallback not anymore

This is hands down our favorite Jack in the Box, all because of Lyne at the drive through! I’m amazed nobody has commented on how amazing this lady is! She is so polite, helpful and such a hard worker! This place gets 5 stars because of her!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest Jack in the Boxes I have been to. The workers there are always polite and go out of their way to help you. Food is ready quickly, hot, and fresh. The employees there make you feel welcome and always thank you!

The last time I went there, Jack was actually there. We had the opportunity to take a picture with him. I am almost positive, it was the real one. It made my day. Food is ok, and place is pretty clean. Only complaint is they do have some idiot people working there.

WTF !!! A big hair in my food. I ordered a waffle breakfast sandwich and got a disgusting surprise. Gross !!!

This is my preferred fast food joint if I want burgers. I have such a soft spot for the Ultimate cheeseburgers, curly fries and the poppers. That they’re open pretty late, and 24 hours on the weekend, is certainly a help since I’m often not off work until around midnight.
Love the breakfast selection. Right up there with getting an Egg McMuffin (another guilty pleasure).
My only real complaint is that often the help is… stupid. More than once I’ve had to go back after going through the drive through to get my debit card back. Yes it’s fast food and often you’ll find idiots working the counter but come on people.

Eh, its just alright. got a spicy chicken sandwich which wasn’t too spicy. I like that they offer reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, which is why they are getting one extra star ;)

I agree with what Robert A said. This is the place to stop after drinking. I always get the tacos and eggroll

Drunken food at it’s best. For whatever reason, it seems to taste better at 3am after a long night of drinking. At this hour, though, you have to use drive thru as the inside is closed.
